Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
A neck massager 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 17.
As shown in fig. 1, the clamping device includes an intermediate bracket 11 and two clamping arms 13, the intermediate bracket 11 is arc-shaped and surrounds a storage space, the clamping arms 13 are rotatably connected to two ends of the intermediate bracket 11, two clamping arms 13 can be switched between an unfolded state and a folded state, at least one of the two clamping arms 13 in the folded state rotates into the storage space, one of the two clamping arms 13 in the folded state rotates into the storage space and is in a limit folded position, the other clamping arm 13 is overlapped on an outer side surface of the clamping arm 13 closer to the intermediate bracket 11, the other clamping arm 13 is in a travel path towards the limit folded position to which the other clamping arm 13 can be folded, and thus the clamping arm 13 closer to the intermediate bracket 11 is pushed to stably stay in the folded state. The grip arms 13 are rotated into the receiving space when in the folded state and the two grip arms 13 are rotated to be overlapped with each other, and the two grip arms 13 are stably stopped in the folded state by being overlapped with each other.
As described above, the two clamping arms 13 stably stay in the folded state means that the clamping arms 13 in the folded state do not spontaneously switch to the unfolded state due to their own gravity, but need to be unfolded outward by applying a certain external force.
The principle of the two clamping arms 13 resting in the folded state by being superposed and stabilized is exemplarily as follows: the clamping arm 13 which is folded firstly is at the limit folding position which can be folded, but a certain slight shaking allowance exists, so that the clamping arm cannot be independently and durably and stably stopped at the limit folding position, and the acting force of the elastic piece 111 (details are shown below) on the clamping arm 13 almost disappears (as shown in fig. 8); the clip arm 13 folded later is overlapped on the outer side surface of the clip arm 13 folded earlier, so the clip arm 13 folded later is still in the travel path towards the limit furled position where it can be folded, at this time, the clip arm folded later has the tendency of continuing to fold towards the limit furled position because of the acting force of the elastic piece 111, therefore, the clip arm 13 folded later can push the clip arm 13 folded earlier to stay stably at the limit furled position, so that the folding shaking margin of the clip arm 13 folded earlier is eliminated, meanwhile, the clip arm 13 folded earlier also pushes the clip arm 13 folded later in reverse to balance with the elastic force of the elastic piece 111, so the two clip arms 13 stay stably at the folded state with the overlapped posture.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, there may be no shaking margin for the first folded clamping arm 13, but the second folded clamping arm 13 can still push the first folded clamping arm 13 by the overlapped posture, so that the first folded clamping arm 13 stays at the extreme folded position more stably, and this also falls into the protection scope of the present application.
The first folded clamping arm 13 in the folded state has a certain further free shaking margin with a small amplitude, and the design has the advantages that the free shaking margin can effectively absorb the vibration generated by folding the clamping arm 13, the clamping arm cannot rigidly collide with the middle support 11 or parts arranged on the middle support 11 due to direct folding in place when being folded, the collision between the two clamping arms 13 due to mutual overlapping can also be buffered to a certain degree, and the service life of the neck massager 10 can be effectively prolonged. In addition, because there is the free allowance of rocking between folding arm lock 13 and middle support 11 earlier, can not have folding interference to back folding arm lock 13, does not have the problem that needs set for arm lock 13 folding order because of two arm lock 13's folding position is single, promotes user's folding experience.
It should be noted that, the rotatable to fold condition and the expansion state of arm lock 13, under fold condition, two arm locks 13 rotate for middle support 11 and then make neck massage appearance 10 appear the effect of being folded, specifically speaking, the left end of middle support 11 can be rotated with left arm lock 13 and be connected, the right-hand member of middle support 11 can be rotated with right arm lock 13 and be connected, when rotating left arm lock 13 to fold condition earlier, when rotating right arm lock 13 to fold condition afterwards, the internal surface orientation of left arm lock 13 is close to the internal surface of middle support 11, the internal surface of right arm lock 13 is close to the surface of establishing at left arm lock 13, right arm lock 13 under fold condition like this, left arm lock 13 distributes from inside to outside in proper order, two arm lock 13 form laminated structure. Therefore, the neck massager 10 has a relatively small occupied space in a folded state, and the neck massager 10 is convenient to carry; meanwhile, when the neck massager 10 is needed, the clamping arms 13 which are stacked can be unfolded quickly to be unfolded, so that the switching is rapid, and the neck massager 10 is more convenient to use.
Further, middle support 11 protection arm lock 13 can be let to inside folding arm lock 13 to improved the stability of neck massage appearance 10 when carrying, simultaneously because neck massage appearance 10 wholly is the shape of encircleing the neck, arm lock 13's outer end is the arc, make inside folding arm lock 13 of accomodating more laminate neck massage appearance 10 than outside folding arm lock 13 of accomodating, neck massage appearance 10 after folding occupies the space littleer, and neck massage appearance 10 stability after folding is higher.
Therefore, the neck massage instrument 10 is stored in the storage space through the folding clamping arm 13, not only the storage space inside the neck massage instrument 10 is fully utilized, the occupied space of the neck massage instrument 10 after the neck massage instrument 10 is folded is small, the neck massage instrument 10 is convenient to carry, and the stability of the neck massage instrument 10 can be increased, furthermore, the clamping arm 13 is in a stacked shape when the clamping arm 13 is folded, at least one clamping arm 13 is located in the storage space, another clamping arm 13 is close to the outer side of the clamping arm 13 located in the storage space, so that the occupied space of the neck massage instrument 10 in a folded state is small, and the neck massage instrument 10 can be more attractive after being folded.
In some embodiments, the clamping arms 13 can be switched between an unfolded state in which the angle between the clamping arms 13 and the middle support 11 is the largest, and a folded state in which the angle between the clamping arms 13 and the middle support 11 is the smallest, and can stay stably in any one of the states.
It can be understood that the included angle between each of the two clamping arms 13 in the folded state and the intermediate bracket 11 is not necessarily the same, and the expression "the clamping arms 13 are in the folded state and in the folded position with the smallest included angle between the two clamping arms 13 and the intermediate bracket 11" in this embodiment means that, in the folded state, the two clamping arms 13 are in the folded position with the smallest included angle between the two clamping arms 13 and the intermediate bracket 11, and the clamping arms 13 cannot be further folded. The "extreme folded position" mentioned above refers to a position where the single clip arm 13 is folded to the maximum extent toward the middle bracket 11, and also refers to a position where the two clip arms 13 in the folded state are closer to the middle bracket 11, i.e., the clip arm 13 located at the inner side.
Thus, the clamping arms 13 are connected with the connecting piece 12, so that the clamping arms 13 can be folded towards the direction of the middle support 11 by taking the connecting piece 12 as a circle center, the neck massage instrument 10 is in a folded state and an unfolded state, and the clamping arms 13 of the neck massage instrument 10 in the folded state are in the folded state, so that the neck massage instrument 10 in the folded state occupies a smaller space and is more convenient to carry; the clamping arms 13 are connected with the middle bracket 11 by arranging the connecting pieces 12, so that the clamping arms 13 are more stable and firm when being fixed to the middle bracket.
In addition, the connecting piece 12 not only can play a role of connecting the clamping arms 13 with the middle bracket 11, but also can set the connecting piece 12 into a complete set of rings, at the moment, the connecting piece 12 can play a role of a decoration, and the surface of the connecting piece 12 can adopt a plating layer simulating the metal texture so as to improve the texture of the neck massager 10 and enhance the attractiveness and individuation of the appearance.
As shown in fig. 1, any one of the clamping arms 13 can be stably stopped in an unfolded state in which the clamping arm 13 is at an unfolded position where an included angle between the clamping arm 13 and the middle bracket 11 is maximum, and in a folded state in which the clamping arms 13 are at a folded position where the included angle between the clamping arms and the middle bracket 11 is minimum.
Neck accommodation space is injectd jointly to neck massage appearance 10 and arm lock 13, connecting piece 12, and middle support 11 is deformable and then makes neck accommodation space have certain control range for neck massage appearance 10 can the complex neck scope grow, has reduced the sense of cramping of neck when wearing neck massage appearance 10 simultaneously. Can stably stay at expansion state, fold condition through making arm lock 13 to make arm lock 13 can not fold when using and tightly when avoiding the elasticity when leading to the fact the neck atress, can not expand again when accomodating and receive to collide with in order to avoid arm lock 13 or middle support 11.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the clamping arm 13 may also have a plurality of unfolding states, and the opening angles of the clamping arm 13 in the plurality of unfolding states are different to correspond to different clamping positions, so that a user may select a clamping position that is most comfortable to experience according to the neck thickness of the user.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the neck massager 10 further comprises a connecting member 12, the connecting member 12 is detachably connected to the intermediate bracket 11, and the clamping arms 13 are pivotally connected to the connecting member 12. Specifically, arm lock 13 can be connected with connecting piece 12 through pivot or hinge, and connecting piece 12 can be connected at the tip of middle support 11 through detachable connected mode such as grafting, joint, like this, when any one of arm lock 13 or connecting piece 12 has a problem or is damaged, can directly pull down connecting piece 12 and arm lock 13 whole fast, convenient maintenance is changed.
As shown in fig. 8, the neck massager 10 further includes an elastic member 111, a mounting bracket 112, and a fastening member, wherein one end of the mounting bracket 112 is pivotally connected to the connecting member 12 via a rotating shaft 122, the other end of the mounting bracket 112 is fixedly connected to the clamping arm 13, and the elastic member 111 is fixed between the mounting bracket 112 and the clamping arm 13 by the fastening member 1113.
Therefore, when folded, the elastic member 111 can be used for positioning the clamping arm 13, and avoiding the clamping arm 13 from being restored to the unfolded state, and the elastic member 111 can also provide stopping force for the clamping arm 13 to stay in the unfolded state when the clamping arm 13 is unfolded from the folded state. Like this, when the expansion state, elastic component 111 exerts the pretightning force to arm lock 13, thereby avoids arm lock 13 to inwards bend so that arm lock 13 can stably stay in the expansion state, and the setting of installing support 112 can further assist the installation of arm lock 13.
As shown in fig. 9, the elastic element 111 includes a fixing plate 1111 and an elastic plate 1112 connected to the fixing plate 1111, the elastic plate 1112 has a plurality of bends, the fixing plate 1111 is fixed to the mounting bracket 112 by a fastener 1113, the elastic plate 1112 is located between the fixing plate 1111 and the mounting bracket 112, and a free end of the elastic plate 1112 extends out of an end of the clamping arm 13 and is adapted to the connecting element 12 in an inserting manner.
In this way, the fixing piece 1111 fixes the elastic piece 1112 on the mounting bracket 112, and meanwhile, because the elastic piece 1112 is provided with a plurality of bending sections, the bending sections at the positions on the elastic piece 1112 can be sequentially deformed to provide a stopping force for the clamping arm 13, so that the clamping arm 13 becomes more stable in the unfolded state.
In the specific example shown in fig. 8 to 10, the fastener 1113 includes a screw 1113a and a screw housing 1113b, the screw housing 1113b is embedded in the mounting bracket 112, the inner wall of the clamp arm 13 has a fixing hole for positioning the head of the screw 1113a, and the screw 1113a passes through the fixing piece 1111 to be connected with the screw housing 1113 b.
Therefore, the fastening member 1113 is connected to the clamping arm 13 by a screw sleeve embedded in the mounting bracket 112, so that the fastening member 1113 can fixedly connect the mounting bracket 112 and the clamping arm 13.
As shown in fig. 16 and 17, the elastic sheet 1112 includes first to fourth bending sections 1112d connected in sequence, the first bending section 1112a is perpendicularly connected to the fixing sheet 1111, the second bending section 1112b extends in the width direction of the fixing sheet 1111 and gradually approaches the fixing sheet 1111, the third bending section 1112c is arranged in parallel with the first bending section 1112a and extends to be flush with the fixing sheet 1111, and the fourth bending section 1112d is perpendicular to the third bending section 1112c and extends in a direction away from the fixing sheet 1111.
Thus, the elastic piece 1112 has a plurality of bends, and each bend promotes the bending of the elastic piece 1112.
In some embodiments, the mounting bracket 112 has an inclined groove 113 for accommodating the elastic piece 1112, a bottom wall of the inclined groove 113 conforms to the shape of the second bending section 1112b, the fourth bending section 1112d extends out of the inclined groove 113, and the fourth bending section 1112d is inserted into and matched with the connecting element 12 in the unfolded state.
