本发明公开了一种含有茶树油的纳米精华液,油相组成:十六醇2%‑4%,硬脂酸3%‑9%,牛油果树果脂5%‑10%,羊毛脂2%‑6%,玻尿酸1%‑3%,透明质酸钠2%‑8%,甘油5%‑10%;水相组成:牛奶1%‑3%,库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.5%‑2.5%,苦参提取液3%‑7%,去离子水64.4%‑75.4%,本发明涉及化妆品技术领域。本技术方案制作一种纳米形态的精华液,这种精华液容易被吸收,有效的解决了背景技术方案中所提及的传统精华液中主要是通过对职务的提取,而提取物的分子较大,因此在使用者进行使用的时候不易于被皮肤吸收的问题。

以纳米技术从芳香植物的花、叶、根、皮、茎、枝、果实、种子等部分,采取蒸馏、压榨、萃取、吸附等方法制得的具有特征香气的油状物质。它们是许多化合物的混合物。主要有萜烯烃类、芳香烃类、醇类、醛类、酮类、醚类、酯类和酚类等。
传统精华液中主要是通过对职务的提取,而提取物的分子较大,因此在使用者进行使用的时候不易于被皮肤吸收,因此本技术方案提供一种含有茶树油的纳米精华液。

油相组成:十六醇2%-4%,硬脂酸3%-9%,牛油果树果脂5%-10%,羊毛脂2%-6%,玻尿酸1%-3%,透明质酸钠2%-8%,甘油5%-10%;
水相组成:牛奶1%-3%,库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.5%-2.5%,苦参提取液3%-7%,去离子水64.4%-75.4%。
一种含有茶树油的纳米精华液,包含以下制作步骤:
S1:将酵母提取物和TTO按6~8:1000混合后,得到茶树油激活酶;
S2:通入浓度为9999.9%的氮气,氮气流量为10~20ml/分钟;向多级反应器中注入TTO及5%~8%容积比的茶树油激活酶,得到混合液体;该混合液体与空气在雾化喷头处混合喷出,混合液体与空气的液气容积比为1~1.5:500,喷出压力为0.7~1MPa/cm 2,喷出后的雾化液体继续至雾化喷头处与空气混合后喷出,喷射时间为2~4小时;所述雾化喷头喷出的雾化液体颗粒粒径为50~90nm;
S3:,经步骤S2处理后的混合液体继续与空气混合后由雾化喷头喷出,得到茶树油底物;
S4:按容积比5~10:1000将茶树油激活酶与茶树油底物混合,再加入混合物容积比2%~3%的抗坏血酸和2%~3%的β-胡萝卜素油,在均质器中于35~40℃混合搅拌5~7小时,得到所述的天然茶树油剂;
S5:将十六醇2%-4%,硬脂酸3%-9%,牛油果树果脂5%-10%,羊毛脂2%-6%,玻尿酸1%-3%,透明质酸钠2%-8%,甘油5%-10%按照比例称取,将混合料加入到混合罐中进行混合溶解,搅拌均匀备用;
S6:将牛奶1%-3%,库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.5%-2.5%,苦参提取液3%-7%,去离子水64.4%-75.4%,在45转/分的搅拌下,继续加热到60摄氏度,并恒温消毒30分钟,待用;
S7:将油相慢慢抽入水相中,并刮壁搅拌,转速增加到70转/分,搅拌1分钟后,加入天然茶树油剂开动高速均质器加工,随后进行冷却,即可出料;
S8:将油相混合料以及水相混合料加入香精、防腐剂以及乳化剂混合得到产品。
优选的,所述步骤S1中在均质器中于35~40℃搅拌3~5小时。
优选的,所述步骤S3中喷出压力为0.9MPa/cm。
优选的,所述步骤S3中将多级反应器升温至30~35℃。

水相组成:牛奶1%-3%,库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.5%-2.5%,苦参提取液3%-7%,去离子水64.4%-75.4%;
牛奶当中含有丰富的乳脂肪、维他命与矿物质,具天然保湿效果,而且容易被皮肤所吸收,能防止肌肤干燥,并可修补干纹。牛奶还可以给肌肤补充充分的营养,帮助肌肤消炎、消肿与舒缓皮肤,特别是被太阳晒伤之后,牛奶具有很好护理效果。牛奶的嫩肤效果也非常明显,可以充分的改善肤质;

油相组成:尼泊金甲酯1%-3%,三乙醇胺2%-8%,甘油5%-10%,玻尿酸1%-3%;
水相组成:牛奶1%-3%,库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.5%-2.5%,苦参提取液3%-7%,去离子水64.4%-75.4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有茶树油的纳米精华液,其特征在于,包含以下制作步骤:
S1:将酵母提取物和TTO按6~8:1000混合后,得到茶树油激活酶;
S2:通入浓度为9999.9%的氮气,氮气流量为10~20ml/分钟;向多级反应器中注入TTO及5%~8%容积比的茶树油激活酶,得到混合液体;该混合液体与空气在雾化喷头处混合喷出,混合液体与空气的液气容积比为1~1.5:500,喷出压力为0.7~1MPa/cm 2,喷出后的雾化液体继续至雾化喷头处与空气混合后喷出,喷射时间为2~4小时;所述雾化喷头喷出的雾化液体颗粒粒径为50~90nm;

S5:将十六醇2%-4%,硬脂酸3%-9%,牛油果树果脂5%-10%,羊毛脂2%-6%,玻尿酸1%-3%,透明质酸钠2%-8%,甘油5%-10%按照比例称取,将混合料加入到混合罐中进行混合溶解,搅拌均匀备用;
S6:将牛奶1%-3%,库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.5%-2.5%,苦参提取液3%-7%,去离子水64.4%-75.4%,在45转/分的搅拌下,继续加热到60摄氏度,并恒温消毒30分钟,待用;
S7:将油相慢慢抽入水相中,并刮壁搅拌,转速增加到70转/分,搅拌1分钟后,加入天然茶树油剂开动高速均质器加工,随后进行冷却,即可出料;
S8:将油相混合料以及水相混合料加入香精、防腐剂以及乳化剂混合得到产品。
