The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to a paper diaper capable of keeping skin clean and healthy.
Background
The adult diaper is a disposable paper incontinence article, one of adult care products, and is mainly suitable for disposable diapers for incontinent adults. Modern diapers generally consist of three main parts, a surface coating layer, an absorbent core layer and a base fabric. The surface coating layer is tightly attached to the skin, so that the urine can be rapidly permeated, the back permeation can be effectively prevented, and the surface layer of the diaper is kept dry and comfortable; the absorption core layer can rapidly absorb, disperse and store urine; the base fabric is used for preventing urine leakage, and the comfort level is improved as much as possible while the air permeability is ensured.
For example, the adult diaper disclosed in the chinese patent document has a publication No. CN209361102U, which comprises, from top to bottom, a side leakage preventing barrier, a nonwoven fabric liquid-permeable top sheet, an absorbent core layer, and a permeation-preventing bottom sheet layer, wherein the side leakage preventing barrier is located 3cm away from both sides of the absorbent core layer and is bonded to the nonwoven fabric liquid-permeable top sheet layer; the absorption core layer comprises a front end of the absorption core layer, a rear end of the absorption core layer and a barrier part of the absorption core layer; the front end of the absorption core layer and the rear end of the absorption core layer are both funnel-shaped, leg enclosure parts are arranged on two sides of the barrier part of the absorption core layer, and three rubber bands are arranged in the leg enclosure parts.
However, the prior art paper diapers can only absorb urine and cannot absorb solid excrement, but the paper diapers are all planar, once solid excrement exists, large-area direct skin contact can be caused, if the paper diapers cannot be replaced immediately, a series of skin problems can be caused due to the fact that excrement is in contact with the skin for a long time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems that the paper diaper in the prior art can only absorb urine and can not absorb solid excrement, the paper diaper is in a plane type, once the solid excrement exists, large-area direct skin contact is caused, and if the solid excrement cannot be replaced immediately, the skin can be damaged.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a paper diaper capable of keeping skin clean and healthy comprises a wearing part and an absorption part arranged in the middle of the wearing part, wherein the absorption part sequentially comprises a liquid permeable layer, a flow guide layer, an absorption core layer and an impermeable layer which are arranged in a fit mode from inside to outside; the wearing portion is made by the non-woven fabrics through water repellent finishing, and the both sides that the wearing portion corresponds support protruding department are equipped with the shank opening respectively, and the wearing portion is located shank open-ended both sides and is equipped with corresponding magic subsides respectively.
The side, which is attached to the skin, of the absorption part in the middle of the paper diaper is provided with the hydrophilic liquid permeable layer, so that the urine can be rapidly permeated, and the surface layer of the paper diaper is kept dry and comfortable; the flow guide layer is arranged below the liquid permeable layer, so that the permeated urine can be quickly guided to the periphery in time, and the blockage caused by overlarge local absorption amount of the absorption core layer is avoided; the absorption core layer can rapidly absorb and store urine; the impermeable layer can keep air permeability and prevent liquid from leaking out; the wearing part around the absorption part is made of water-repellent material, which can prevent urine from leaking. When the diaper is used, the legs penetrate through the leg openings on the two sides, then the parts of the wearing parts positioned on the two sides of the leg openings are attached through the magic tapes, and the diaper can be worn.
Meanwhile, two supporting bulges are arranged in the middle of the absorption part to form a 3D (three-dimensional) support, and when the paper diaper is in a U-shaped use state, the accommodating cavity between the two supporting bulges can generate a space effect, so that solid excrement can be stored in the accommodating cavity in a guiding manner, the contact area of the solid excrement and the skin is reduced, and the skin is kept clean; the accommodating cavity between the supporting bulges increases the sense of space and the circulation of air, so that the temperature difference and humidity inside the paper diaper can be balanced, and the health of skin can be kept.
Preferably, the surface of the supporting protrusions is made of the same material as the liquid-permeable layer, and the supporting protrusions are filled with the material of the absorbent core layer.

The absorbent parts of the diapers in the above examples and comparative examples were soaked in artificial urine (Qingdao Jieshikang Biotechnology Co., Ltd.) having a pH of 4.7 for 1 hour, the fragrance release was measured, and then the bactericidal properties were tested according to the method in GB 15979-. The results are shown in Table 1.
Table 1: and (5) testing the antibacterial and deodorizing performance.
Figure BDA0002646967160000071
As can be seen from table 1, the antibacterial and deodorant microcapsules prepared by the method of the present invention are added to the absorbent core layers in examples 1 to 3, so that the plant essential oil can be effectively released after urine is absorbed, the fragrance is released to cover the odor of excrement, and the antibacterial effect is generated; in contrast, in comparative example 1, FeCO was not embedded in the wall material of the antibacterial deodorizing microcapsule3The wall materials of the particles and the microcapsules can not be broken after contacting urine and can not release plant essential oil, so that the antibacterial and deodorant effects are obviously reduced; FeCO reduction in comparative example 23The addition of the particles to the extent that they fall outside the scope of the present invention also does not allow for the effective release of the plant essential oil after urine absorption, probably due to FeCO in the microcapsule wall material3Too low embedding amount of particles and FeCO in wall material3The particles do not yet cause effective rupture of the microcapsules after dissolution.
