Correspondingly, the tobacco heating device 102 is further configured to compare the biometric information with the sample information after detecting the biometric information of the user; if the comparison result is consistent, switching to an awakening state; detecting whether a tobacco product is inserted in an awakened state; if the insertion of the tobacco product is detected, heating is started; after the heating is finished, reducing the number of the heatable tobacco products by a set value.
The specific implementation principles and interaction processes of the constituent elements of the embodiments of the present application, such as the anti-counterfeit chip 101, the tobacco heating device 102, the server device 103, and the client device 104, will be described in more detail in the following embodiments, which can be referred to as the following method embodiments.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of an information processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, which is executed by the tobacco heating apparatus of fig. 1, and the tobacco heating apparatus heats tobacco products in a non-combustion heating manner; the method comprises the following steps:
401. reading data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip; wherein, the anti-counterfeiting chip is arranged on a tobacco product, or a tobacco box containing a plurality of tobacco products, or a tobacco box;
402. verifying the data information;
403. and configuring the tobacco product activation information when the data information is verified and a tobacco product activation instruction triggered by a user is monitored.
In 401 above, the data information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: the manufacturer code of the tobacco product and the globally unique production serial number can be retrieved at the server device according to the production serial number to obtain specific information related to the tobacco product, such as: brand name of the tobacco product, grade, shelf life, manufacturer, storage environment, and number of tobacco products per box or box of tobacco. The anti-counterfeiting chip can be arranged at any position on the tobacco product, or the tobacco box containing a plurality of tobacco products, or the tobacco box.
In some practical applications, the anti-counterfeit chip may be a dynamic encryption anti-counterfeit chip, for example, a dynamic anti-counterfeit chip with an Abits UID is built in, the composition of the dynamic anti-counterfeit chip is shown in fig. 5, the anti-counterfeit chip and a verification device (such as a decryption chip) arranged on the tobacco heating device both have Abits UID, wherein the Abits manufacturer code is included to distinguish different tobacco manufacturers, the bbits function code may be used to distinguish different HNB brand tobacco products of the tobacco manufacturer, the cbits serial number is a production serial number, it is ensured that the serial number of each chip is globally unique and not repeated, and the dbits reserved bit may be used to customize other uses by the tobacco manufacturer.
Optionally, the "verifying the data information" in step 402 includes:
4021. sending the data information to client equipment, so that the client equipment sends the data information to server equipment, the server equipment verifies the data information and feeds back a verification result to the client equipment;
4022. receiving the verification result fed back by the client device;
4023. decrypting the data information to obtain decrypted data;
4024. verifying the decrypted data to obtain a verification result;
4025. when the data information is verified, showing inquiry information of whether to activate the corresponding tobacco product;
4026. generating the tobacco product activation indication in response to an activation operation triggered by a user for the query information.
In 4024, when the data information is verified, the data information can be compared with locally stored data information, and if the locally stored data information has data information consistent with the data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeit chip, the tobacco product can be determined to be genuine; if the locally stored data information does not have data information consistent with the data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip, the tobacco product can be judged to be a non-genuine product.
In 4025-4026, the inquiry information may be displayed in the form of a popup window on the display screen of the HNB heating apparatus. For example, the query message is "whether to locally activate the use of the tobacco product" displayed in the pop-up window. The user can select whether to activate or not by touching corresponding controls (such as 'activate' and 'deactivate') displayed on the display screen; or whether to activate or not by touching a physical button on the tobacco heating device. And when the verification result is obtained, the HNB heating equipment sends prompt information to prompt whether the tobacco product is a genuine product or a non-genuine product. If the verified tobacco product is a genuine product, the inquiry information can be displayed on a display screen of the tobacco heating equipment, and if the user triggers an activation control, the tobacco heating equipment can monitor a tobacco product activation indication triggered by the user, and the tobacco heating equipment configures the tobacco product activation information.
In one possible embodiment, the tobacco product activation information may be the number of tobacco products that can be continuously heated by the tobacco heating device. That is, "configure tobacco product activation information" in 403, may include:
4031. determining the quantity of tobacco products according to the data information;
4032. configuring the smoking article quantity as the smoking article activation information.
The tobacco product activation information is continuously changed along with the heating quantity of the tobacco products, and after a heating task of one tobacco product is completed, the tobacco product activation information is reduced by a set numerical value.
For example, 1 box of the anti-counterfeit label of the tobacco product is read, and the number of the tobacco products in each box is 22, then "22" is the activation information of the tobacco product, that is, the tobacco heating device can heat 22 tobacco products, and the tobacco product activation information is immediately reduced by 1 for each 1 tobacco product heated by the tobacco heating device until the tobacco activation information changes to 0.
In an implementation solution, the information processing method further includes:
4033. after the biological identification information of the user is detected, locally stored sample information is obtained; 4034. comparing the biological identification information with the sample information;
4035. determining whether to switch to an awakening state based on the comparison result;
4036. after the state is determined to be switched to the awakening state, detecting whether a tobacco product is inserted;
4037. detecting the insertion of a tobacco product, a heating task of said inserted tobacco product is initiated.
Further, the information processing method further includes:
4038. establishing a communication connection with a client device;
4039. after receiving message information that the tobacco heating equipment is successfully added and sent by the client, displaying a prompt for activating the equipment;
4040. responding to a device activation instruction triggered by the prompt by the user, and acquiring the biological identification information of the user;
4041. and storing the acquired biological identification information as the sample information locally.
In the above step, the biometric information includes, but is not limited to, one of the following: a user's fingerprint, facial features, iris, voice print, etc.
Further, after the biometric information is collected and stored, the method provided by this embodiment may further include the following steps:
and sending notification information to the client device, so that the client device forwards the notification information to the server device, and then the server device associates the device identifier of the activated tobacco heating device with the identifier information of the user.
Wherein the device identification of the activated tobacco heating device and the identification information of the user can be carried in the notification information.
The above embodiments are illustrative of the present solution from the perspective of a tobacco heating apparatus. The present solution will be further described in the context of a server device. Specifically, fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of an information processing method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. Specifically, the method provided by this embodiment includes:
601. receiving tobacco product activation information sent by tobacco heating equipment;
602. storing the tobacco product activation information for subsequent execution of a statistical task related to the tobacco product;
the tobacco product activation information is configured after data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip passes verification, and the anti-counterfeiting chip is arranged on a tobacco product, a tobacco box containing a plurality of tobacco products, or a tobacco box.
In the above 602, the counting task may be to count the total number of the tobacco products heated by the tobacco heating device according to the tobacco product activation information; or the tobacco heating apparatus is also used to heat the total quantity of tobacco products.
Further, in order to check whether the tobacco product is genuine, the information processing method further includes:
603. receiving data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip sent by client equipment;
604. verifying the data information to obtain a verification result;
605. and sending the verification result to the client equipment.
And storing the received identification information of the sold tobacco products and/or the tobacco heating equipment for subsequent execution of supervision tasks related to the tobacco products and/or the tobacco heating equipment.
The present solution is further described below from the perspective of the client device. Specifically, fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of an information processing method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. Specifically, the method provided by this embodiment includes:
701. responding to the tobacco product verification operation triggered by a user, and reading data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip; wherein, the anti-counterfeiting chip is arranged on a tobacco product, or a tobacco box containing a plurality of tobacco products, or a tobacco box;
702. sending the data information to the server-side equipment;
703. receiving a verification result obtained by verifying the data information and fed back by the server-side equipment;
704. and outputting user-perceivable prompt information based on the verification result.
In 704, the prompt message may be divided into various forms, for example: informing the user of 'verification success' or 'verification failure' in a voice playing mode; or display "verification success" or "verification failure" in the form of a block diagram on the client display screen, and the like.
Further, the method further comprises:
705. responding to identity information input operation triggered by a user, and acquiring identity information of the user;
706. identifying whether the user is a population suitable for using the tobacco heating apparatus based on the identity information;
707. and acquiring the consumption code corresponding to the user when the user is a crowd suitable for using the tobacco heating equipment.
In 706, reference criteria may be set for applicable people. For example: males aged 18 years old or older and 50 years old or younger. If the age is not 18 to 50 years old, the tobacco is a person who forbids using the tobacco heating equipment.
In 707, the consumption mark code may have various forms, such as a two-dimensional code, a barcode, etc., and the consumption code includes various information, at least identity information of the user.
Further, the method further comprises:
708. responding to an account registration operation triggered by a user, and establishing personal account information;
709. searching the equipment identifier of the tobacco heating equipment to be added;
710. and binding the searched equipment identification with the personal account information to finish the addition of the tobacco heating equipment.
In 708, when a personal account is established, similar to the operation of registering accounts from various APPs by a user at ordinary times, the user can register and log in by inputting a mobile phone number and a dynamic verification code; or inputting identity information such as name, identification card number, age and the like on a registration page for registration.
The following specifically describes each embodiment provided in the present application with reference to a specific application scenario:
the application scenario relates to the following stages of HNB novel tobacco: an admission declaration phase, a production planning phase, a production manufacturing phase, a sales phase, a verification activation phase and a use phase, which are explained in detail below.
One, admission declaration phase
As shown in fig. 8(a), the process at this stage is as follows: firstly, a tobacco management mechanism issues a production standard and an industry admission method of HNB tobacco commodities, all tobacco manufacturers registered by the tobacco management mechanism participate in admission check, and the tobacco manufacturers meeting the standard obtain corresponding production operation qualification; tobacco manufacturers at all places apply for admission qualification to tobacco management organizations; judging whether the qualification of each part of tobacco manufacturers meets the admission condition, if not, refusing the authorization and proposing the improvement suggestion by the tobacco management mechanism; if the tobacco product meets the admission standard, the tobacco management mechanism issues HNB tobacco product production operation licenses to tobacco manufacturers meeting the admission standard, and the HNB tobacco product production operation licenses enter a HNB tobacco product operation white list of the tobacco management mechanism; and the tobacco management organization formulates a white list catalogue of HNB tobacco commodity manufacturers.
Second, production planning stage
As shown in fig. 8(b), the process at this stage is as follows: a tobacco management mechanism solicits an annual production plan from HNB tobacco commodity white list manufacturers; manufacturers in the white list manufacturer catalog of the tobacco products of the HNB of the tobacco management institution declare the annual production plan of each series of HNB tobacco products; the tobacco management mechanism produces the plan according to every series of HNB tobacco products year that the producer of the white list states; the tobacco management organization compiles a production plan of the HNB tobacco commodities of the year, and plans the anti-counterfeiting chip and decryption chip quantity requirements of HNB tobacco commodities of the whole country of the year; the production schedule of the anti-counterfeiting chip is as follows: the tobacco management mechanism purchases customized NFC anti-counterfeiting chip labels from a chip original factory in batches according to a plan condition; and (4) the original chip factories deliver the NFC anti-counterfeiting chip labels to corresponding HNB tobacco product white list manufacturers in batches. The production schedule for the decryption chip is: the tobacco management mechanism purchases customized NFC decryption chips from the chip original factory in batches according to the planned condition; and the original chip factory delivers the decryption chips to HNB heating equipment white list manufacturers in batches.
Third, the production and manufacturing stage
As shown in fig. 8(c), the production process for the anti-counterfeit chip is as follows: the HNB tobacco product white list producer responsible for producing the anti-counterfeiting chip delivers the corresponding NFC chip to a production line, and the HNB tobacco product begins to be produced; the outer package of each box of tobacco products is pasted with an anti-damage NFC label with a globally unique production number; the outer package of each tobacco product is pasted with a damage-proof NFC label with a globally unique production number, and the label stores globally unique number information of all cigarette cases in the tobacco product; based on the purpose of convenient logistics storage management, a UHF RFID label is attached to the outside of each box of tobacco products, and each warehouse of a production workshop is provided with a specific reading head so as to monitor the position and the production progress of the tobacco product box in real time; and (5) after the production is finished, warehousing for sale.
For the decryption chip, the production process is as follows: HNB heating equipment white list manufacturers start to produce HNB heating equipment; the HNB heating equipment integrates a special decryption chip of the NFC label; the equipment leaves factory for detection and packaging; and (5) after the production is finished, warehousing for sale.
Fourthly, a selling stage
As shown in fig. 8(d), the process at this stage is as follows: local tobacco commodity manufacturers authorize specific tobacco product entity stores to sell various brands of HNB tobacco products and authenticated HNB heating equipment; a consumer enters a store to purchase HNB tobacco products or HNB heating equipment (which can be collectively called as 'HNB tobacco products'); judging whether the consumer is an adult or not, and if the consumer is a minor, refusing to sell HNB tobacco products to the consumer; if the HNB tobacco commodity consumption two-dimensional code is an adult, whether the consumer has the HNB tobacco commodity consumption two-dimensional code or not is continuously judged, if the consumer has the legal HNB tobacco commodity consumption two-dimensional code verified by a system, the HNB tobacco commodity can be sold to the consumer, a special scanning gun is used for reading the HNB tobacco commodity in a non-contact mode before selling, and the selling of the article is confirmed; if the consumer does not have the consumption two-dimension code of the HNB tobacco commodity, the consumer needs to use the terminal equipment to register a personal account in the HNB tobacco commodity APP and generate the consumption two-dimension code; and then, continuously repeating the step of judging whether the consumer consumes the two-dimension code or not by the HNB tobacco commodity (it needs to be explained that each tobacco commodity manufacturer can have a dedicated APP, but background data can be linked to a database of a tobacco management mechanism.
Fifthly, verification and activation phases
In this scenario, the client device is a mobile phone. The cigarette case is provided with an anti-counterfeiting chip; the tobacco heating equipment is hereinafter collectively referred to as HNB heating equipment. The verification device arranged in the HNB heating equipment is a decryption chip matched with the anti-counterfeiting chip. The verification process comprises a verification process of HNB heating equipment and a verification process of HNB tobacco products:
1. referring to fig. 8(e), after the consumer purchases the HNB heating apparatus, the process is as follows: for the first use, HNB heating equipment needs to finish binding and activating with a personal account through HNB tobacco commodity APP; after binding and activation are completed, logging in the HNB tobacco product APP (the personal account needs to be registered first); starting mobile phone Bluetooth, searching and adding new HNB heating equipment to be activated in the HNB tobacco commodity APP, and prompting whether the equipment is activated or not by a HNB heating equipment screen if the new HNB heating equipment is successfully added; after the HNB heating equipment is activated, the HNB heating equipment acquires personal biological identification information (such as fingerprints) of a user; after the logging is finished, storing the personal biological identification information on HNB heating equipment, and normally and legally using the HNB heating equipment when a screen of the HNB heating equipment and an APP (application) of an HNB tobacco commodity prompt equipment are activated; a consumer uses HNB heating equipment to carry out non-contact NFC induction identification on preparation of HNB tobacco products; the subsequent process is the same as that in fig. 8(g) (note that, the HNB heating apparatus may be allowed to change and register under different individual accounts of the HNB tobacco products APP, and if an adult needs to take on HNB tobacco products, the adult must have the HNB heating apparatus activated thereon).
2. Referring to fig. 8(f), after the consumer purchases HNB tobacco products, the two cases are divided: (1) inquiring tobacco products by using a mobile phone NFC; (2) tobacco products are queried without using cell phone NFC.
When using the mobile phone NFC to query tobacco products, the query process is as follows: a consumer opens the HNB tobacco product APP, clicks to inquire the authenticity of the HNB tobacco product, and scans by approaching the HNB tobacco product box with the NFC of the mobile phone; judging whether the NFC scanning is overtime; if the NFC scanning is overtime, the HNB tobacco commodity APP prompts that no tobacco product is detected, and possibly buying a fake HNB tobacco product is prompted; if the NFC scanning is not overtime, reading the label information of the anti-counterfeiting chip on the cigarette case by using the mobile phone NFC, and uploading the label information to a background (namely, the server device mentioned in the above embodiments, such as a cloud server) for analysis; comparing the analyzed data with the stored data of the background, and if the HNB tobacco commodity APP indicates that the detected tobacco product is a fake tobacco product, uploading the data to the background; if the APP indicates that the detected tobacco products are genuine tobacco products, the APP can be used safely.
When the tobacco product is inquired without using the NFC of the mobile phone, if the consumer has HNB heating equipment and the HNB heating equipment is activated in the personal account of the consumer, the consumer can use the HNB heating equipment to prepare the HNB tobacco product for non-contact NFC induction identification; if the HNB heating device is not activated in the personal account of the consumer, the HNB heating device needs to complete binding and activation with the personal account through the HNB tobacco product APP; if the consumer does not have HNB heating equipment, the consumer needs to enter a store to purchase the HNB heating equipment; and then re-entering the process of judging whether the consumer is an adult or not in the selling stage.
As shown in fig. 8(g), after the consumer uses the HNB heating device to perform the non-contact NFC induction recognition on the HNB tobacco product, the user first needs to click the "new tobacco product authentication and activation" function on the touch screen of the HNB heating device; judging whether HNB heating equipment is networked or not, if not, prompting on an equipment screen by connecting to a mobile phone through Bluetooth (or connecting to a background by utilizing a mobile data communication module of the equipment screen); then judging whether the equipment is successfully connected with the mobile phone, if not, the tobacco product can not be continuously activated; if the HNB is connected, the HNB heats the screen of the equipment to prompt that the equipment is close to the HNB tobacco product box package, and a new tobacco product is scanned.
If the HNB heating equipment is networked, prompting that the equipment is close to an HNB tobacco product box package by a screen of the HNB heating equipment, and scanning a new tobacco product; after the scanning is finished, a display screen of the HNB heating equipment can display the related information of the box of tobacco products; judging whether the scanning is overtime, if yes, prompting that no tobacco product is detected by a screen of HNB heating equipment, and prompting that a fake HNB tobacco product is possibly bought; if not, the HNB heating equipment transmits the read NFC label chip UID of the tobacco product to the mobile phone through Bluetooth, uploads the UID to a background for analysis, and returns a verification result to the HNB heating equipment; and prompting whether the tobacco product is a genuine product or not by the HNB heating equipment screen.
If the HNB heating equipment is not genuine, the screen of the HNB heating equipment prompts that the detected fake tobacco product is not used for heating in the HNB heating equipment; if the product is genuine, prompting information (such as brand and production date) of the genuine tobacco product and whether the genuine tobacco product is activated for use by the HNB heating equipment screen; if the tobacco product is not activated and used, the HNB heating equipment screen inquires whether the tobacco product is activated and used locally or not; if the HNB heating equipment is activated, the screen prompt of the HNB heating equipment is activated and cannot be activated again. If the user triggers the non-activation instruction aiming at the fact that whether the tobacco product is activated and used in the local machine or not, prompting the HNB tobacco product information inquiry end by the HNB heating equipment screen; if the activation confirmation indication is triggered, the HNB heating equipment activates the box of HNB tobacco products, and the equipment can continuously heat N HNB tobacco products (for example, a plurality of boxes of HNB tobacco products can be continuously activated, and the quantity of the heatable HNB tobacco products added by the equipment can be integral multiple of 22); and the HNB heating equipment uploads the activation information of the related tobacco product box to the background of the tobacco management mechanism server through a wireless network.
Sixth, using stage
As shown in fig. 8(h), the process at this stage is as follows: after the HNB heating equipment activates the box of HNB tobacco products, the HNB heating equipment is normally started and is in an IDLE state; judging whether the HNB heating equipment is not operated for a long time, if so, entering a standby dormant state by the HNB heating equipment; if not, judging whether to attempt to awaken the HNB heating equipment by using the personal biological identification information, and if not, entering a standby dormant state by the HNB heating equipment; if the HNB heating equipment is awakened by the personal biological identification information, comparing and judging the input personal biological identification information by the HNB heating equipment; judging whether the comparison of the personal biological information is successful or not, and if not, stopping the operation of HNB heating equipment; if the comparison is successful, the equipment is awakened to wait for the next operation; the smoker can insert the HNB tobacco product into the baking bin of the HNB heating equipment and start heating; after heating is finished, the HNB heating equipment automatically reduces the quantity of heatable HNB tobacco products by one; judging whether the HNB heating equipment is not operated for a long time, if so, entering the HNB heating equipment into a dormant state; if not, the HNB heating equipment is awakened and waits for the next operation.
The scheme mainly improves the tobacco products from the aspects of production, manufacture, sale, verification, activation, use and the like, and has the following beneficial effects:
1. the circulation of HNB false tobacco commodities is effectively avoided (the false tobacco product box has no chip label), and if the HNB false tobacco commodities are false cigarettes, the tobacco stems cannot work.
2. The HNB tobacco products and HNB heating equipment only allow the HNB tobacco products to be purchased in HNB tobacco product exclusive shops or shops authorized by tobacco management institutions, and the shop owners need to check and register the identity information of purchasers according to requirements and verify and sell products out of the warehouse in real time during purchasing.
3. A set of perfect background management system is established, and the whole process coverage is carried out in several stages of generation, sale, user use and the like. The chip has a global unique serial number, so that the traceability of the product is realized, once a problem occurs, even the production link can be traced, and the sanitation, safety and reliability of the product are guaranteed.
4. Every adult who prepares to use HNB tobacco commodity needs to carry out age identification authentication on related HNB tobacco commodity APP, registers a personal account number, and during registration, a system extracts biological identification information such as facial features, fingerprints and the like, compares and confirms the biological identification information with background data of a tobacco management mechanism, and avoids that juveniles absorb tobacco products.
5. HNB heating equipment is not allowed to be generated and manufactured privately, and white list enterprises are required to carry out production and sale, so that the regularity of manufacturers is guaranteed. Activation and use of the HNB heating device requires registration of personal information of the adult and upload to the back office. The HNB heating equipment needs to store personal biological identification information of a registrant, such as fingerprints, so that the user is the HNB heating equipment, the biological information can be transmitted from a mobile phone end, and the biological information can also be collected by the HNB heating equipment (and uploaded to a background through a wireless network), so that the juveniles are prevented from smoking tobacco products;
6. each box of HNB tobacco products needs to be identified in a non-contact mode by using HNB heating equipment, if the HNB tobacco products need to be used by the current HNB heating equipment, the HNB tobacco products can be selected to be activated and bound to the HNB heating equipment for use, and the authenticity of the HNB tobacco products can be detected only by using a mobile phone or the HNB heating equipment. Before activating the tobacco product, it is necessary to determine whether the HNB tobacco product has been activated for use, and if the HNB tobacco product has been activated, the HNB tobacco product cannot be activated again.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a tobacco heating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Specifically, the apparatus comprises: a reading module 91, a verification module 92, a configuration module 93; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the reading module 91 is used for reading data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip; wherein, the anti-counterfeiting chip is arranged on a tobacco product, or a tobacco box containing a plurality of tobacco products, or a tobacco box;
the verification module 92 is used for verifying the data information;
and the configuration module 93 is configured to configure the tobacco product activation information when the data information is verified and a tobacco product activation instruction triggered by a user is monitored.
Further, the verification module 92 is specifically configured to: decrypting the data information to obtain decrypted data; verifying the decrypted data to obtain a verification result; when the data information is verified, showing inquiry information about whether to activate the corresponding tobacco product; generating the tobacco product activation indication in response to an activation operation triggered by a user for the query information.
Further, the configuration module 93 is specifically configured to: determining the quantity of tobacco products according to the data information; configuring the smoking article quantity as the smoking article activation information; the tobacco product activation information is continuously changed along with the heating quantity of the tobacco products, and the set value is reduced by the tobacco product activation information after the heating task of one tobacco product is completed.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Specifically, the apparatus comprises: a receiving module 1001 and a storage module 1002; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
a receiving module 1001 for receiving tobacco product activation information sent by a tobacco heating device;
the storage module 1002 is configured to store the tobacco product activation information for subsequent execution of a statistical task related to the tobacco product;
the tobacco product activation information is configured after data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip passes verification, and the anti-counterfeiting chip is arranged on a tobacco product, a tobacco box containing a plurality of tobacco products, or a tobacco box.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Specifically, the apparatus comprises: a reading module 1101, a sending module 1102, a receiving module 1103 and an output module 1104; wherein

The memory 1201 described above may be configured to store other various data to support operations on the scheduling device. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the scheduling device. The memory 1201 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
When the processor 1202 executes the program in the memory 1201, other functions may be implemented in addition to the above functions, which may be specifically referred to the description of the foregoing embodiments.

sending the data information to the server device through the communication component 1503;
receiving a verification result obtained by verifying the data information, which is fed back by the server device, through the communication component 1503;

Accordingly, embodiments of the present application further provide a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, where the computer program, when executed by a computer, can implement the steps or functions of the service scheduling method provided in the foregoing embodiments.

Claims (29)

1. A heated, non-combustible smoking article management system, comprising: the system comprises an anti-counterfeiting chip, tobacco heating equipment, client equipment and server equipment, wherein the tobacco heating equipment is in communication connection with the server equipment through the client equipment;
the anti-counterfeiting chip is arranged on the tobacco products, or a tobacco box containing a plurality of tobacco products, or a tobacco box;
the tobacco heating equipment comprises a verification device and a control device, wherein the verification device is used for reading data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip through the verification device and verifying the data information;
the client device is used for binding the device identifier of the tobacco heating device with locally registered personal account information, and sending corresponding message information to the bound tobacco heating device after the binding is successful;
the tobacco heating equipment also comprises a human-computer interaction device which is used for displaying a prompt for activating the tobacco heating equipment on the human-computer interaction device after the message information is received; collecting biometric information of a user in response to a device activation instruction triggered by the user for the prompt; comparing the biological identification information with sample information; and displaying inquiry information whether to activate the corresponding tobacco product when the data information is verified and the biological identification information is aligned; generating the tobacco product activation indication in response to an activation operation triggered by a user for the query information;
configuring tobacco product activation information when a tobacco product activation instruction triggered by a user is monitored;
the tobacco heating apparatus further comprises a heating tobacco rod for heating the inserted tobacco products;
wherein, monitor the tobacco products activation instruction that the user triggered, when configurating tobacco products activation information, specifically be: and when a tobacco product activation instruction triggered by a user is monitored, sending the tobacco product activation information to the heating tobacco rod so that the heating tobacco rod executes a corresponding heating task according to the tobacco product activation information.
2. The system of claim 1,
the tobacco heating equipment is also used for sending the tobacco product activation information to server side equipment;
and the server side equipment is used for storing the tobacco product activation information after receiving the tobacco product activation information sent by the tobacco heating equipment so as to be used for carrying out a statistic task related to the tobacco products subsequently.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the authentication device comprises:
the reading module is used for reading the data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip in a non-contact induction mode;
and the decryption module is connected with the reading module and used for decrypting the data information and verifying the decrypted data to obtain a verification result.
4. The system of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the tobacco heating apparatus further comprises:
a heating tobacco rod for heating the inserted tobacco product; and
the storage box is provided with a containing bin for placing the heating tobacco rod;
wherein the verification device is arranged on the collection box; and when the data information is verified and a tobacco product activation instruction triggered by a user is monitored, the verification device sends the tobacco product activation information to the heating tobacco rod so that the heating tobacco rod can execute a corresponding heating task according to the tobacco product activation information.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the tobacco heating apparatus further comprises a charging device;
the charging device is arranged in the collection box;
the holding bin is internally provided with an electric connection end, when the heating cigarette rod is arranged in the holding bin, the heating cigarette rod is connected with the electric connection end, and the charging device charges the heating cigarette rod through the electric connection end.
6. The system of claim 4,
the human-computer interaction device is specifically used for displaying inquiry information of whether to activate the corresponding tobacco product when the data information passes verification; generating the tobacco product activation indication in response to an activation operation triggered by a user for the query information.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the tobacco heating apparatus further comprises: an information acquisition device;
and the information acquisition device is arranged on the collection box and used for acquiring the biological identification information of the user when the user is determined to activate the equipment.
8. The system of claim 2, further comprising a client device;
the tobacco heating equipment is specifically used for sending the data information to the client equipment when verifying the data information;
the client device is used for uploading the data information to the server device;
the server-side equipment is further used for verifying the data information and feeding back the verification result to the client-side equipment, so that the client-side equipment feeds back the verification result to the tobacco heating equipment.
9. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
the client equipment is also used for responding to the tobacco product verification operation triggered by the user and reading the data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip; sending the data information to the server-side equipment;
the server-side equipment is also used for verifying the data information to obtain a verification result; and sending the verification result to the client device so that the client device can output prompt information which can be perceived by a user.
10. The system of claim 9,
and the client equipment is also used for outputting prompt information related to the non-genuine tobacco products associated with the anti-counterfeiting chip when the data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip is not successfully read within a set time length.
11. The system of claim 9,
the client device is further used for successfully reading the data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip within a set time length, and outputting prompt information about the incapability of activating the tobacco products correspondingly associated with the anti-counterfeiting chip when the tobacco products corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip are activated and used.
12. The system of claim 9,
when the tobacco heating device is used for sending the tobacco product activation information to the server side device, the tobacco heating device is specifically used for:
sending the tobacco product activation information to the client device for sending the tobacco product activation information to the server device by the client device.
13. The system of claim 9,
the client device is also used for responding to identity information input operation triggered by a user and acquiring identity information of the user; identifying whether the user is a population suitable for using the tobacco heating apparatus based on the identity information; requesting the server device to generate a corresponding consumption code for the user when the user is a crowd suitable for using the tobacco heating device;
the server-side device is further used for generating the consumption code for the user and storing the consumption code so as to meet the requirement of the user for purchasing the tobacco products and/or the tobacco heating devices.
14. The system of claim 13,
the client device is also used for responding to a purchase instruction triggered by a user, acquiring the consumption code from the server device and displaying the consumption code;
a device for use by a vending machine of tobacco products and/or tobacco heating devices for reading said consumption code; verifying the consumption code; determining whether the tobacco product and/or tobacco heating apparatus can be sold to the user based on a result of the verification of the consumption code.
15. The system of claim 14,
the equipment used by the seller of the tobacco products and/or the tobacco heating equipment is also used for acquiring identification information of the sold tobacco products and/or the sold tobacco heating equipment and sending the identification information to the server-side equipment;
the server-side device is further used for storing the received identification information of the sold tobacco products and/or the tobacco heating devices for subsequent execution of supervision tasks related to the tobacco products and/or the tobacco heating devices.
16. The system of claim 15,
the client device is also used for responding to account registration operation triggered by a user and establishing personal account information; searching the equipment identifier of the tobacco heating equipment to be added; binding the searched equipment identification with the personal account information to complete the addition of the tobacco heating equipment;
the tobacco heating equipment is also used for displaying a prompt of whether the equipment is activated or not after the message information is received; and when the user is determined to activate the equipment, acquiring the biological identification information of the user, and storing the biological identification information serving as sample information in the local.
17. The system of claim 16, wherein the tobacco product activation information is a number of heatable tobacco products; and
the tobacco heating equipment is also used for comparing the biological identification information with the sample information after the biological identification information of the user is detected; if the comparison result is consistent, switching to an awakening state; detecting whether a tobacco product is inserted in an awakened state; if the insertion of the tobacco product is detected, heating is started; after the heating is completed, the number of heatable tobacco products is reduced by a set value.

An information processing method, characterized in that it is adapted to a tobacco heating apparatus for heating tobacco products in a non-combustion heating manner, said tobacco heating apparatus comprising a heating tobacco rod for heating inserted tobacco products; the method comprises the following steps:
reading data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip; wherein, the anti-counterfeiting chip is arranged on a tobacco product, or a tobacco box containing a plurality of tobacco products, or a tobacco box;
verifying the data information;
when the data information passes verification and a tobacco product activation instruction triggered by a user is monitored, configuring tobacco product activation information;
wherein, monitor the tobacco products activation instruction that the user triggered, when configurating tobacco products activation information, specifically be: when a tobacco product activation instruction triggered by a user is monitored, sending the tobacco product activation information to the heating tobacco rod so that the heating tobacco rod can execute a corresponding heating task according to the tobacco product activation information;

19. The method of claim 18, wherein configuring tobacco product activation information comprises:
determining the quantity of tobacco products according to the data information;
configuring the smoking article quantity as the smoking article activation information.
20. The method of claim 19,
after the heating task of a tobacco product is completed, the tobacco product activation information is reduced by a set value.
21. The method of claim 18, further comprising:
after the biological identification information of the user is detected, locally stored sample information is obtained;
comparing the biological identification information with the sample information;
and determining whether to switch to the awakening state or not based on the comparison result.
22. The method of claim 21, further comprising:
after the state is confirmed to be switched to the awakened state, detecting whether a tobacco product is inserted;
detecting the insertion of a tobacco product, a heating task of said inserted tobacco product is initiated.

receiving the verification result fed back by the client device;
decrypting the data information to obtain decrypted data;
and verifying the decrypted data to obtain a verification result.
25. An information processing method applied to a client device, the method comprising:
reading data information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting chip in response to a tobacco product verification operation triggered by a user; wherein, the anti-counterfeiting chip is arranged on a tobacco product, or a tobacco box containing a plurality of tobacco products, or a tobacco box;
sending the data information to server-side equipment;
receiving a verification result obtained by verifying the data information and fed back by the server-side equipment;
outputting user-perceivable prompt information based on the verification result;
registering personal account information, binding the equipment identifier of the tobacco heating equipment with the personal account information, and sending corresponding message information to the bound tobacco heating equipment after the binding is successful;
wherein, based on the verification result, a prompt message perceivable to the user is output, including
When the data information is verified, showing inquiry information of whether to activate the corresponding tobacco product; and generating the tobacco product activation indication in response to an activation operation triggered by a user aiming at the inquiry information, so that the tobacco heating device sends tobacco product activation information to a heating tobacco rod contained in the tobacco heating device when monitoring the tobacco product activation indication, and the heating tobacco rod executes a corresponding heating task according to the tobacco product activation information.

and acquiring the consumption code corresponding to the user when the user is a crowd suitable for using the tobacco heating equipment.
27. The method of claim 25, wherein registering personal account information, binding the device identification of the tobacco heating device with the personal account information comprises:
responding to an account registration operation triggered by a user, and establishing personal account information;
searching the equipment identifier of the tobacco heating equipment to be added;
and binding the searched equipment identification with the personal account information to finish the addition of the tobacco heating equipment.
