Selecting 60 piglets which have eaten colostrum after birth, weighing 1.40 + -0.16 kg, dividing into 5 groups, and feeding the 5 kinds of milk powder for 12 piglets in each group. Feeding the piglets for 7 days by feeding the piglets with 1000mL milk powder solution every time for 4 times every day. Stopping eating for 12 hours after the culture test is finished, then dissecting on an ice tray, taking out viscera, separating out intestinal tracts, sucking surface moisture with filter paper, quickly freezing with liquid nitrogen, and storing in a refrigerator at the temperature of minus 80 ℃ for later use. Before the measurement of the sample index, 2g of the sample was weighed, 100mL of PBS buffer (pH 7.40.1M) was added, homogenization was performed in an ice bath, centrifugation was performed at 4 ℃ (3500rpm, 15min), and the supernatant was used. the preparation method of the apple pomace micro powder comprises the following steps: washing fresh apple pomace with deionized water, draining, and drying in an oven at 45-60 ℃ for 8-24 hours; then grinding by a low-temperature drying process to obtain apple pomace particles; then, grinding for 4-24 hours at the speed of 3000-4000 rpm, the grinding solvent of deionized water, the grinding power of 2-4 Kw, the grinding medium of Zeta Beads, the particle size of 0.2-0.6 mm and the grinding temperature of 10-30 ℃, and then freeze-drying to obtain the apple pomace micropowder;
the preparation method of the bagasse extract comprises the following steps: adding 4-6 g of bagasse into 180-230 g of deionized water, heating to 150-170 ℃ from 25 ℃ at a speed of 5-10 ℃/min under the conditions of a nitrogen atmosphere, a rotating speed of 100-200 rpm and an absolute pressure of 0.8-1.5 MPa, and preserving heat at 150-170 ℃ for 15-45 min; naturally cooling to 25 deg.C, filtering, and freeze drying the obtained filtrate to obtain the bagasse extract.

The water-soluble milk powder for sucking pig as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8.58 parts of puffed broken rice, 42 parts of skim milk powder, 10 parts of lactose, 15 parts of whey powder, 10 parts of coconut oil, 4 parts of wheat protein hydrolysate, 0.5 part of monocalcium phosphate, 0.2 part of lysine, 4 parts of flour, 4 parts of whey protein, 0.03 part of potassium sorbate, 0.02 part of fat emulsifier and 0.5 part of premix.

The water-soluble suckling pig milk powder according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the apple pomace micropowder is prepared by the following steps: washing fresh apple pomace with deionized water for 3 times, draining water, and drying in an oven at 55 ℃ for 12 hours; then grinding for 6 hours by adopting a high-energy nano impact mill under the conditions of a low-temperature drying process at the speed of 400rpm and the grinding power of 4Kw to obtain apple pomace particles; and then, grinding for 6 hours by adopting a nano-scale circulating sand mill under the conditions that the speed is 3400rpm, the grinding solvent is deionized water, the grinding power is 3Kw, the grinding medium is Zeta Beads, the particle size is 0.4mm and the grinding temperature is 25 ℃, and then freezing and drying to obtain the apple pomace micropowder.

The water-soluble milk powder for suckling pigs as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the bagasse extract is prepared by the following steps: adding 5g of bagasse into 195g of deionized water, heating to 160 ℃ from 25 ℃ at the speed of 5 ℃/min under the conditions of nitrogen atmosphere, rotation speed of 150rpm and absolute pressure of 1MPa, and keeping the temperature at 160 ℃ for 30 min; naturally cooling to 25 deg.C, filtering with filter paper with pore diameter of 1.2 μm, and freeze drying the obtained filtrate to obtain the bagasse extract.

The water-soluble milk powder for sucking pig as claimed in any one of claims 1-2, wherein: the components of the premix are that each kilogram of the premix contains 40-60 mg of Cu, 80-120 mg of Fe, 80-120 mg of Zn, 10-50 mg of Mn, 50-420 IU of vitamin D3350, 10000-30000 IU of vitamin A, 200-500 mg of vitamin E, 32-6 mg of vitamin K, 23-8 mg of vitamin B, 10-35 mg of calcium pantothenate, 40-70 mg of nicotinic acid, 60-85 mg of choline and 1000-1500 mu g of VB.
