The connector is compact in structure and convenient to package and insulate.
The plastic fixing piece 5 is provided with an L-shaped sinking platform, the signal needle 16 and the welding spot of the inner core wire, the contact point of the ground needle 6 and the shielding layer are all located on the sinking platform, the side face of the sinking platform is provided with a plurality of limiting bosses 18, the limiting bosses 18 are evenly distributed, the shielding piece 4 is buckled on the limiting bosses 18, and the limiting bosses 18 are matched with limiting grooves in the shielding piece 4. The limiting boss 18 limits and fixes the shielding sheet 4, and the shielding sheet 4 protects welding spots and contact points.
The upper end and the lower end of the plastic fixing piece 5 are respectively provided with a first clamping table 7, a first clamping groove matched with the first clamping table 7 is formed in the first shell 1, and the first clamping table 7 is clamped in the first clamping groove; both sides of the first shell 1 are provided with cards 12, and the inner side surfaces of the cards 12 on both sides are provided with second bosses 11 matched with the first slots 13.
The plastic fixing piece 5 is inserted into the first shell 1 in a fixed mode, the first slot 13 is matched with the second boss 11, the plastic fixing piece 5 is accurately inserted into the first shell 1 in position, and the first clamping table 7 is matched with the first clamping groove to firmly fix the plastic fixing piece 5 in the first shell 1.
The two sides of the first shell 1 are respectively provided with a card 12, the upper end and the lower end of each card 12 are respectively provided with a second clamping table 9, the side surface of the second shell 3 is provided with a second clamping groove 15 matched with the second clamping table 9, and the second clamping table 9 is arranged in the second clamping groove 15; the both sides of second casing 3 all are provided with second slot 17, and second boss 11 is fixed in second slot 17 through the secondary injection moulding.
When the second shell 3 is fixed in the first shell 1 through secondary injection molding, the second slot 17 is matched with the second boss 11 for limiting, so that the accuracy of inserting position is ensured; meanwhile, the second clamping table 9 is matched with the second clamping groove 15 to realize fixation and avoid looseness.
The upper end and the lower extreme of grafting end all are provided with third ka tai 14, offer in the first casing 1 with third ka tai 14 complex third card groove 10, third ka tai 14 is fixed in third card groove 10 through the secondary injection moulding. The cooperation of third ka tai 14 and third draw-in groove 10 further fixes first casing 1 and second casing 3, increases the intensity of pegging graft, avoids becoming flexible and droing. The two sides of the first shell 1 are provided with fixing lugs 2, and the fixing lugs 2 are convenient for fixing the connector on equipment.

1. A cable connector is characterized by comprising a first shell (1), wherein a plurality of conductive elastic sheets are arranged in the first shell (1), the conductive elastic sheets are fixed on a plastic fixing sheet (5) which is formed by injection molding, and a cable (8) is welded with the tail parts of the conductive elastic sheets; cable (8) are fixed on plastic stationary blade (5) through shielding piece (4), be provided with a plurality of spacing grooves on shielding piece (4), every be provided with a cable (8) in the spacing groove, cable (8) are outer to be encapsulated through second casing (3), second casing (3) are fixed on first casing (1) through the secondary is moulded plastics.
