in the first step, a proper amount of rubber material is put into an injection molding machine, is melted into liquid, and is injected into a mold with a prefabricated shape to respectively form an inner rubber sleeve (5) with a positioning hole (7), an outer rubber sleeve (13) with a frame-shaped limiting groove (11), a first rubber sleeve (25), a second rubber sleeve (26) and a third rubber sleeve (27) with a limiting ring (28), then a proper amount of plastic material is put into the injection molding machine, is melted into liquid, and is injected into the mold with the prefabricated shape to respectively form an insulating shell (6) with a positioning column (8), an insulating end cover (9) with a positioning hole (7) and a boss (14), and an insulating pressing plate (20) with a connecting column (17), a first leading-out hole (21), a second leading-out hole (22) and a third leading-out hole (23);
in the second step, a proper amount of metal material is put into a die casting machine, is melted into liquid, and is injected into a die with a prefabricated shape, so that a protective shell (10) with a limiting frame (12) and a connecting hole (16) and a protective clamping frame (15) with the connecting hole (16) are respectively formed;
in the third step, the insulation pressing plate (20) manufactured in the first step is placed on a tapping machine, and a pressing screw hole (18) in a prefabricated shape is drilled in the connecting column (17);
wherein in the fourth step, the inner rubber sleeve (5), the outer rubber sleeve (13), the first rubber sleeve (25), the second rubber sleeve (26), the third rubber sleeve (27), the insulating shell (6), the insulating end cover (9), the protective shell (10), the protective clamping frame (15) and the insulating pressing plate (20) which are manufactured in the second step are placed on an assembly table together, the prefabricated triode main body (1) with the base pin (2), the emitter pin (3) and the collector pin (4) is embedded into the inner rubber sleeve (5), the first rubber sleeve (25), the second rubber sleeve (26) and the third rubber sleeve (27) are respectively sleeved on the base pin (2), the emitter pin (3) and the collector pin (4), and then the inner rubber sleeve (5) is embedded into the insulating shell (6), the insulation end cover (9) is covered on the inner rubber sleeve (5) and the limit ring (28) by embedding the positioning column (8) into the positioning hole (7) and the limit ring (28) into the frame-shaped limit groove (11), the first rubber sleeve (25), the second rubber sleeve (26) and the third rubber sleeve (27) are respectively embedded into the first leading-out hole (21), the second leading-out hole (22) and the third leading-out hole (23), then the insulation shell (6), the inner rubber sleeve (5) and the insulation end cover (9) are embedded into the protection shell (10), the protection clamping frame (15) is sleeved on the boss (14), finally the connection column (17) is embedded into the connection hole (16), the insulation pressing plate (20) is covered on the protection clamping frame (15), and the protection shell (10), the protection clamping frame (15) and the insulation pressing plate (20) are fixed together by embedding the prefabricated pressing screw (19) into the pressing screw hole (18), and then embedding the limiting frame (12) into the frame-shaped limiting groove (11), and coating the outer rubber sleeve (13) on the protective shell (10) to manufacture the waterproof triode.
