Claims (6)

1. A rebate policy management method, comprising:
acquiring an adjusting instruction, and associating a standard file prestored in a database with one rebate item in a preset rebate item directory;
generating a benchmark table associated with the rebate terms that includes pre-estimate/performance calculation elements;
acquiring a selection instruction, determining an estimated/actual performance environment, an estimated/actual performance calculation element in the reference table, a calculation mode corresponding to the rebate item and rebate unit price information in the standard file, and calculating to obtain rebate amount information of the estimated/actual performance environment;
sending the total rebate amount information;
the acquiring of the adjustment instruction associates the standard file prestored in the database with one rebate item in the preset rebate item directory, and includes:
according to the adjusting instruction, changing an association path of an entry form associated with the rebate item and the standard file; or, acquiring a rebate item adding instruction, adding another rebate item in the rebate item directory, generating another entry form associated with the other rebate item and associating the entry form with the path of the standard file;
the generating a benchmark table associated with the rebate terms including forecast/performance calculation elements, comprises:
generating a settings form associated with the rebate item in the context of the forecast/actual performance;
modifying/newly adding field setting items and attributes in the setting form according to the rebate information of the standard file;
generating a reference table containing pre-estimation calculation elements in a pre-estimation environment and a reference table containing actual performance calculation elements in an actual performance environment, wherein each item of content of the field setting item is used as a field in the reference table, at least one field in the reference table contains a calculation element associated with the attribute of the field setting item, and before the acquiring of the adjusting instruction, the method associates a standard file prestored in a database with one rebate item in a preset rebate item directory, the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining policy file storage instructions, storing a policy file comprising at least one subfile in a database, wherein one subfile is used as a standard file of the policy file, and the rest subfiles are associated with the standard file,
the database comprises a standard file library used for storing the standard file and a source file library used for storing the rest of the subfiles;
the obtaining of the selection instruction, determining the estimation/actual performance environment, the estimation/actual performance calculation element in the reference table, the calculation mode corresponding to the rebate item and the rebate unit price information in the standard file, and calculating to obtain the rebate amount information of the estimation/actual performance environment comprises the following steps:
selecting one of a plurality of preset conventional calculation modes according to the type of the rebate item, wherein the conventional calculation modes comprise model type calculation, range calculation and custom calculation;
extracting a field suitable for the calculation mode from a reference table associated with the rebate item according to the adopted calculation mode, wherein the field comprises an estimated calculation element/an actual performance calculation element;
and obtaining the total rebate amount of the estimated/actual performance by the product of the estimated calculation element/actual performance calculation element and the rebate amount in the standard file.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said multiplying the predicted calculation element/performance calculation element by the rebate amount in the master document to obtain a total rebate amount for predicted/performance, comprises:
and setting control conditions for extracting the calculation elements from the reference table according to the target rebate item and rebate information of the standard file.
3. Method according to claim 2, characterized in that the control conditions are set using a CASE function.
4. A rebate policy management apparatus comprising:
the adjustment instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring an adjustment instruction and associating the standard file prestored in the database with one of the rebate items in the preset rebate item directory;
a generation module for generating a benchmark table associated with the rebate terms including forecast/actual performance calculation elements;
the selection instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring a selection instruction, determining an estimated/actual performance environment, estimated/actual performance calculation elements in the benchmark table, a calculation mode corresponding to the rebate items and rebate unit price information in the standard file, and calculating to obtain rebate amount information of the estimated/actual performance environment;
the sending module is used for sending the total rebate amount information;
the acquiring of the adjustment instruction associates the standard file prestored in the database with one rebate item in the preset rebate item directory, and includes:
according to the adjusting instruction, changing an association path of an entry form associated with the rebate item and the standard file; or, acquiring a rebate item adding instruction, adding another rebate item in the rebate item directory, generating another entry form associated with the other rebate item and associating the entry form with the path of the standard file;
the generating a benchmark table associated with the rebate terms including forecast/performance calculation elements, comprises:
generating a settings form associated with the rebate item in the context of the forecast/actual performance;
modifying/newly adding field setting items and attributes in the setting form according to the rebate information of the standard file;
generating a reference table containing pre-estimation calculation elements in a pre-estimation environment and a reference table containing actual performance calculation elements in an actual performance environment, wherein each item of content of the field setting item is used as a field in the reference table, at least one field in the reference table contains a calculation element associated with the attribute of the field setting item, and before the acquiring of the adjusting instruction, the method associates a standard file prestored in a database with one rebate item in a preset rebate item directory, the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining policy file storage instructions, storing a policy file comprising at least one subfile in a database, wherein one subfile is used as a standard file of the policy file, and the rest subfiles are associated with the standard file,
the database comprises a standard file library used for storing the standard file and a source file library used for storing the rest of the subfiles;
the obtaining of the selection instruction, determining the estimation/actual performance environment, the estimation/actual performance calculation element in the reference table, the calculation mode corresponding to the rebate item and the rebate unit price information in the standard file, and calculating to obtain the rebate amount information of the estimation/actual performance environment comprises the following steps:
selecting one of a plurality of preset conventional calculation modes according to the type of the rebate item, wherein the conventional calculation modes comprise model type calculation, range calculation and custom calculation;
extracting a field suitable for the calculation mode from a reference table associated with the rebate item according to the adopted calculation mode, wherein the field comprises an estimated calculation element/an actual performance calculation element;
and obtaining the total rebate amount of the estimated/actual performance by the product of the estimated calculation element/actual performance calculation element and the rebate amount in the standard file.
5. A rebate policy management electronic device comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, the computer program when executed by the processor implementing the rebate policy management method of any one of claims 1 to 3.
6. A rebate policy management computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a rebate policy management method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
