Detailed Description
As background art, when a storage container used in a refrigerator is manufactured by an existing manufacturer, a body mold cannot be used universally because a frame assembly is required to be configured for the storage container and the mold is opened, which results in high complexity of production operation, high mold investment and poor compatibility of the body.
To solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a storage container for a refrigerator, including: a container body including a receiving cavity, a bottom wall, and a front wall connected to a front side of the bottom wall and extending upward; the front wall includes a front attachment flange projecting into the receiving cavity for engaging a decorative member extending at least along the front wall.
The container body of the storage container provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used together with the decorative part or used independently, so that the compatibility of the container body of a manufacturer is improved, the investment of a body mould is reduced, and the complexity of production operation is reduced. Particularly, the front connecting flange is protruded towards the accommodating cavity, so that the appearance of the container body is not influenced by the front connecting flange when the container body is used alone; when the container body is matched with the decorating part for use, the front connecting flanging can play a role in effectively fixing so as to limit the relative movement between the decorating part and the container body.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a storage container for a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is an exploded view of the storage container shown in fig. 1.
For convenience of description, the longitudinal direction of the storage container 100 is assumed to be the x direction, the width direction of the storage container 100 is assumed to be the y direction, and the height direction of the storage container 100 is assumed to be the z direction.
Specifically, in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, the storage container 100 may include: a container body 110, the container body 110 may include a receiving cavity 111, a bottom wall 112 (see fig. 3), and a front wall 113 connected to a front side of the bottom wall 112 and extending upward.
Further, the container body 110 may further include a rear wall 115 connected to a rear side of the bottom wall 112 and extending upward. Preferably, the front wall 113 and the rear wall 115 are oppositely disposed.
Further, the container body 110 may further include a pair of oppositely disposed sidewalls 116.
In one or more embodiments, the bottom wall 112, the front wall 113, the rear wall 115, and the pair of side walls 116 enclose the receiving cavity 111.
In a specific implementation, the front wall 113 may refer to a wall that faces a user when in use. For example, when the storage container 100 is installed on a refrigerator door, the front wall 113 may be a wall facing a user in normal use after the door is opened. For another example, when the storage container 100 is disposed in a storage compartment of a refrigerator, the front wall 113 may also face a user when the refrigerator door is opened to expose the storage compartment.
In a variation, the rear side of the receiving cavity 111 may not be closed, i.e., the container body 110 may not have the rear wall 115. In a specific implementation, the rear side of the bottom wall 112 of the container body 110 can be directly mounted on a refrigerator door, and in this case, the bottom wall 112, the pair of side walls 116 and the refrigerator door enclose the accommodating cavity 111. Alternatively, the rear side of the bottom wall 112 of the container body 110 may be directly mounted on the inner wall of the storage chamber of the refrigerator, in which case, the bottom wall 112, the pair of side walls 116 and the inner wall of the storage chamber enclose the receiving chamber 111.
Similarly, one of the left and right sides of the accommodating chamber 111 along the x direction may not be closed, that is, the container body 110 may have only one sidewall 116. In a specific implementation, the left or right side of the bottom wall 112 of the container body 110 along the x-direction can be directly mounted on the inner wall of a refrigerator door or a storage compartment.
Similarly, the container body 110 may have only a front wall 113, a bottom wall 112 and one side wall 116, and in this case, the receiving chamber 111 may be formed by using two directional walls of the inner wall of the refrigerator door or the storage compartment as well.
More specifically, with reference to fig. 1 to 7, the front wall 113 may comprise a front connecting flange 114 projecting towards the inside of the housing 111 and adapted to engage a decorative element 120 extending at least along the front wall 113.
Therefore, the container body 110 of the storage container 100 provided by the embodiment can be used in cooperation with the decoration 120, and can also be used alone, which is beneficial to improving the compatibility of the container body 110 of a manufacturer, reducing the investment of a body mold, and reducing the complexity of production operation. Specifically, since the front connection flange 114 is protruded toward the inside of the receiving cavity 111, the front connection flange 114 does not affect the aesthetic appearance of the container body 110 when the container body 110 is used alone; when the container body 110 is used in conjunction with the trim element 120, the front connecting flange 114 may serve to effectively secure against relative movement between the trim element 120 and the container body 110.
In one or more embodiments, referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 5, 9 and 10, the storage container 100 may include the decoration 120, the decoration 120 may have a first insertion groove 121, the front wall 113 is inserted into the first insertion groove 121, and the front connection flange 114 is engaged with the decoration 120 in the first insertion groove 121. Therefore, the joint of the front connecting flange 114 and the decoration 120 is hidden in the first slot 121, which is beneficial to beautify the appearance of the storage container 100 provided with the decoration 120.
In one or more embodiments, referring to fig. 3, 5 and 9, the decoration 120 may include at least two stopping portions 122 spaced apart from each other in the first insertion groove 121, a gap is formed between the stopping portions 122 and the bottom wall 123 of the first insertion groove 121, and the front connecting flange 114 is located between the stopping portions 122 and the bottom wall 123. Thus, the engagement between the bottom wall 123 and the stopper portion 122 forms an inner snap structure, which facilitates the firm engagement with the front connecting flange 114, and the vertical movement of the garnish 120 on the container body 110 in the height direction of the container body 110 (i.e., the z direction in the figure) can be restricted within an allowable error range.
In one or more embodiments, the trim element 120 can include a rear slot wall 124 extending into the container body 110 and a rib 125 extending from the rear slot wall 124 toward the front wall 113, and the stop 122 can be formed by the rib 125 to increase structural rigidity.
For example, referring to fig. 10, 6 ribs 125 may be disposed at intervals in the first slot 121, wherein the stopping portion 122 is formed on at least 2 ribs 125. Preferably, the stopper portion 122 may be formed on each of the ribs 125.
In a specific implementation, the number of ribs 125 and the spacing between adjacent ribs 125 may be determined according to the length of the front wall 113 in the x-direction.
Further, the portion of the trim piece 120 extending along the front wall 113 of the container body 110 may include a rear slot wall 124 extending into the receiving cavity 111, a front slot wall 127 located outside the receiving cavity 111, and a top wall 128 connecting the rear slot wall 124 and the front slot wall 127. Further, the rear slot wall 124, the front slot wall 127 and the top wall 128 enclose a first slot 121 having slot openings in a direction opposite to the illustrated z-direction.
In one or more embodiments, referring to fig. 10, the decoration element 120 may include at least two ribs 125 spaced apart from each other in the first insertion groove 121, and in conjunction with fig. 3 and 5, the ribs 125 are adapted to abut against the inner surface 113a of the front wall 113. The inner surface 113a of the front wall 113 refers to a surface of the front wall 113 close to the accommodating cavity 111. Thus, the front-rear movement of the garnish 120 on the container body 110 in the width direction of the container body 110 (i.e., the y direction in the figure) can be restricted within an allowable error range.
Further, referring to fig. 5, along a direction in which the first slot 121 points to the free end 125a of the rib 125, that is, along a direction opposite to the z direction shown in fig. 1, a side of the rib 125 facing the front wall 113 may sequentially have a first vertical section 135, a chamfer 126 extending in a direction of the front wall 113, and a second vertical section 136. The free end 125a refers to an end of the protruding rib 125 away from the first insertion groove 121 in the z direction, that is, an end that is not connected to the top wall 128 of the decoration 120.
Specifically, one end of the first vertical section 135 in the z direction is connected to the top wall 128, and the other end of the first vertical section 135 in the z direction is connected to the chamfer 126; the end of the chamfer 126 away from the front wall 113 in the z-direction is connected to the first vertical section 135, and the end of the chamfer 126 close to the front wall 113 in the z-direction is connected to the second vertical section 13; one end of the second vertical section 136 in the z-direction is connected to the chamfered surface 126, and the other end of the second vertical section 136 in the z-direction forms a free end 125a of the rib 125.
Further, the second vertical section 136 abuts against the inner surface 113a of the front wall 113, and a gap exists between the first vertical section 135 and the inner surface 113a of the front wall 113.
Therefore, when the front-and-back movement of the decoration 120 on the container body 110 is limited by the second vertical section 136 and the up-and-down movement of the decoration 120 on the container body 110 is limited by the stopping portion 122, the chamfered corner formed by the chamfered surface 126 functions as a guide groove, which is beneficial to reducing the interference between the decoration 120 and the container body 110, so that the gap between the protruding rib 125 and the front groove wall 127 of the decoration 120 is not too small, the decoration 120 is convenient to mount, and the risk of collision damage is reduced.
Further, the chamfer 126 is designed to make the inner fastening amount of the inner fastening structure formed by the stopping portion 122 and the bottom wall 123 of the first insertion groove 121 smaller, which is beneficial for assembling the decoration 120 with the container body 110.
In one or more embodiments, the length of the second vertical section 136 along the direction (i.e., the illustrated z direction) in which the slot opening points to the bottom wall 123 of the first slot 121 may be no less than one third of the length of the rib 125, so that the contact area between the rib 125 and the inner surface 113a of the front wall 113 is large enough to ensure the limiting effect in the y direction.
In one or more embodiments, the extending direction of the second vertical section 136 may be parallel to the z-direction for better holding effect. Similarly, the extending direction of the first vertical section 135 may be parallel to the z-direction for better interference avoidance.
In one variation, the surface of second vertical section 136 may be textured, such as wavy, to increase friction.
In one or more embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the side wall 116 may include a side attachment flange 117 projecting outwardly of the receiving cavity 111 adapted to engage a portion of the trim piece 120 extending along the side wall 116. Thus, when the container body 110 is used in cooperation with the decoration 120, the side connecting flanges 117 can effectively function as a fixing for limiting the left and right movement of the decoration 120 on the container body 110 in the longitudinal direction of the container body 110 (i.e., the x direction in the drawing). Further, since the side connecting flange 117 is located at the side of the container body 110, the appearance of the container body 110 is not affected even when it is used alone.
For example, the configuration and shape of the side connecting cuff 117 may refer to the configuration and configuration shown in region F in FIGS. 6 and 8.
Further, referring to fig. 2, 10-14, the portion of the trim piece 120 extending along the sidewall 116 may include at least one snap feature 129, and the side attachment flap 117 may snap into the snap feature 129. Thus, the trim 120 can be moved up and down on the container body 110 in the height direction of the container body 110 (i.e., the illustrated z direction) by the engagement of the side connecting flanges 117 with the snap structure 129.
For example, the combination state of the side connecting flanges 117 and the snap structure 129 can refer to the combination state shown in the area B in fig. 3 and 4.
For example, assuming that the pair of side walls 116 are a left side wall and a right side wall, a portion of the decoration 120 corresponding to the left side wall and a portion corresponding to the right side wall are respectively provided with a snap structure to ensure that the container body 110 is firmly snapped with the decoration 120 on both left and right sides along the x direction.
In particular implementations, the number and spacing of the snap features 129 provided on the portion of the trim piece 120 extending along each side wall 116 can be adjusted as desired. For example, the greater the length of the corresponding sidewall 116 in the y-direction, the greater the number of snap features 129 provided on the trim piece 120.
In particular implementations, the number of snap features 129 provided on the trim piece 120 corresponding to different side walls 116 may be different.
In one or more embodiments, referring to fig. 10, the portion of the trim piece 120 extending along the sidewall 116 can have a second slot 130, and the sidewall 116 can be inserted into the second slot 130. Thus, the decorative member 120 can be moved left and right on the container body 110 in the longitudinal direction (i.e., the x direction in the drawing) of the container body 110 by the engagement of the side wall 116 with the second slot 130.
For example, the length of the second slot 130 extending along the y-direction may range from one third to one half of the length of the sidewall 116 of the container body 110 along the y-direction.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 2, 10, 11, 12 and 15, a portion of the decoration 120 extending along the sidewall 116 may include at least one limiting rib 131, and the limiting rib 131 is adapted to abut against the inner surface 116a of the sidewall 116. The inner surface 116a of the sidewall 116 refers to a surface of the sidewall 116 close to the receiving cavity 111. Thus, the movement of the garnish 120 in the longitudinal direction of the container body 110 (i.e., the x direction in the figure) can be restricted to an allowable error range.
Further, the portion of the trim member 120 extending along the sidewall 116 of the container body 110 may include a side inner groove wall 132 extending into the receiving cavity 111, a side outer groove wall 133 located outside the receiving cavity 111, and a top wall 128 connecting the side inner groove wall 132 and the side outer groove wall 133. Further, the side outer slot wall 133, the side inner slot wall 132, and the top wall 128 define a second slot 130 having slot openings in a direction opposite to the illustrated z-direction.
Further, the position-limiting rib 131 may extend from the side inner groove wall 132 toward the side wall 116.
In one or more embodiments, the second slot 130 may be closer to the front wall 113 of the container body 110 than the snap feature 129. Therefore, the buckle structure can be shielded by the limiting rib 131, so that the buckle structure 129 is invisible to the outside.
Further, the lateral outer slot wall 133 may be connected to the front slot wall 127 to improve the overall aesthetics of the trim 120 and reduce the complexity of the mold.
Further, the side inner groove wall 132 may be connected to the rear groove wall 124 to reduce mold complexity.
In one or more embodiments, the widths of the plurality of limiting ribs 131 in the second slot 130 along the x direction may be different corresponding to the same sidewall 116. For example, referring to fig. 10, of the two limiting ribs 131 arranged at intervals in the y direction in the figure, the width of the limiting rib 131 far from the front wall 113 in the x direction is larger than the width of the limiting rib 131 near the front wall 113 in the x direction. Thus, the storage space of the storage cavity 111 can be increased, and the stopper rib 131 can completely cover the snap structure 129, thereby optimizing the overall appearance of the storage container 100.
In one or more embodiments, referring to fig. 3, 4, 6 and 8, the rear wall 115 can include a rear attachment flange 118 projecting outwardly of the receptacle 111 adapted to engage a portion of the trim piece 120 extending along the rear wall 115. Thus, when the container body 110 is used in cooperation with the decoration 120, the rear connection flange 118 may effectively serve as a fixing function to limit the up-and-down movement of the decoration 120 on the container body 110 in the height direction (i.e., the illustrated z direction) of the container body 110 together with the front connection flange 114 and/or the side connection flange 117. Further, since the rear connecting flange 118 is formed on the rear wall 115 of the container body 110, the appearance of the container body 110 is not affected when used alone.
Further, referring to FIG. 11, the portion of the trim piece 120 extending along the rear wall 115 can include at least one snap feature 129, and the rear attachment flange 118 can snap into the snap feature 129. Thus, the trim 120 can be moved up and down on the container body 110 in the height direction of the container body (i.e., the illustrated z direction) by the engagement of the rear connecting flange 118 with the catch structure 129.
In one or more embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 16, the storage container 100 may further include a fixing portion 140, and the fixing portion 140 may have a U-shaped structure that is open downward, wherein the downward opening is an opening facing a direction opposite to the z-direction.
Further, an adapter (not shown) may be provided on an inner wall of the refrigerator door or the storage compartment of the refrigerator, and the adapter is coupled with the fixing part 140 to fix the storage container 100 to the inner wall of the refrigerator door or the storage compartment.
In one or more embodiments, the portion of the trim element 120 extending along the rear wall 115 may also have a rear slot wall 134 extending into a side of the rear wall 115 adjacent to the receiving cavity 111, wherein the rear slot wall 134 extends outward of the receiving cavity 111 to form the snap feature 129.
Further, the rear slot wall 134 may be connected to the side inner slot wall 132.
In one or more embodiments, the side attachment flaps 117 and the rear attachment flap 118 may be connected.
In a typical application scenario, when the storage container 100 is fixed to a door of a refrigerator, the storage container 100 may be a door container.
Further, the bottom wall 112 of the storage container 100 may be fixed to the door of the refrigerator at a predetermined angle. Preferably, the preset angle may be 90 °. In specific implementation, the preset angle can be flexibly adjusted according to the storage requirement of the stored objects.
In one or more embodiments, the storage container 100 may be a bottle rack structure.
