The invention discloses a method for quickly installing a transmission shaft synchronous grease supplementing pump and installation equipment thereof, wherein the synchronous grease supplementing pump comprises an inner ring and an outer ring which are of split structures, and the method comprises the following steps: 1) the inner ring and the outer ring are fixed by utilizing a hoisting component to form the upper part of the grease supplementing pump and the lower part of the grease supplementing pump; 2) connecting the hoisting part by using mounting equipment, and then adjusting the upper part of the grease supplementing pump and the lower part of the grease supplementing pump to be in a horizontal state; 3) respectively hoisting the upper part and the lower part of the grease supplementing pump to an upper mounting beam and a lower mounting beam of the mounting equipment; 4) the upper part of the grease supplementing pump is placed at the installation position of the transmission shaft through a steel wire rope on the upper installation beam, the lower part of the grease supplementing pump is lifted to the installation position of the transmission shaft through a lifting oil cylinder on the lower installation beam, and finally the upper part of the grease supplementing pump and the lower part of the grease supplementing pump are installed through bolts. 3) respectively hoisting the upper part 100 and the lower part 200 of the grease supplementing pump to an upper mounting beam 10 and a lower mounting beam 11 of the mounting equipment, so that the lower parts of the upper part 100 and the lower part 200 of the grease supplementing pump are respectively positioned above and below the transmission shaft 6 and are aligned to the mounting positions above and below the transmission shaft 6;
4) the upper part 100 of the grease supplementing pump is placed at the installation part of the transmission shaft 6 through a telescopic steel wire rope 12 on the upper part installation beam 10, the lower part 200 of the grease supplementing pump is lifted to the installation part of the transmission shaft 6 through a lifting oil cylinder 13 on the lower part installation beam 11, and finally the upper part 100 of the grease supplementing pump and the lower part 200 of the grease supplementing pump are installed through bolts.
Preferably, the lifting member 1 includes a connecting plate 101, positioning blocks 102 installed at two ends of an inner side of the connecting plate 101, and a lifting ring 103 installed at an outer side of the connecting plate 101, wherein the two positioning blocks 102 are respectively and correspondingly connected with the inner ring and the outer ring, so that the inner ring and the outer ring are fixed together.
Preferably, four hoisting parts 1 are respectively installed on the upper portion 100 and the lower portion 200 of the grease supplementing pump, and are symmetrically installed on two sides of the upper portion 100 and the lower portion 200 of the grease supplementing pump in pairs, so that horizontal hoisting of 4 steel wire ropes is facilitated.

The upper portion 100 of the grease compensating pump placed on the upper mounting beam 10 is placed at the synchronous grease compensating pump mounting position of the transmission shaft 6 through the retractable wire rope 12, and the lower portion 200 of the grease compensating pump placed on the lower mounting beam 11 is lifted to the synchronous grease compensating pump mounting position of the transmission shaft 6 through the lift cylinder 13.
