Abstract
The invention discloses a fan head assembly and a fan. Wherein, the fan head component comprises a mesh enclosure; the fan blade is arranged in the mesh enclosure; and the filtering module is arranged in the mesh enclosure and is arranged at intervals with the fan blades. The technical scheme of the invention can simply and effectively remove indoor harmful gas.

Technical Field

Background
At present, people have higher and higher requirements on indoor environment, and particularly in a room which is just finished with decoration, a plurality of harmful gases such as formaldehyde exist in the room. The existing methods for removing indoor harmful gases adopted by people generally comprise windowing for ventilation, placing activated carbon and onions indoors, adopting an air purifier and the like. However, activated charcoal, onions, etc.: the formaldehyde is removed by adopting an adsorption mode, so that the problem of saturation exists, and the purification effect is poor. And the special air purifier is adopted, and the equipment is separately purchased, so that the cost is higher.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the fan head assembly includes:
a mesh enclosure 10; the mesh enclosure 10 may be substantially circular, and the mesh enclosure 10 has an outer ring and a grid connected to the outer ring. Spaces for air to pass through are formed between the grid bars. The mesh enclosure 10 may be made of plastic, alloy or aluminum.
The fan blades 30, the fan blades 30 are arranged in the mesh enclosure 10; the fan blades 30 may be axial flow fan blades such that when the fan blades 30 rotate, the air is pushed to flow in the same direction as the axis of rotation. The material of the fan blade 30 may be plastic, alloy or aluminum material. The shape of the material can be selected and arranged according to needs.
And the filter module 50 is arranged in the mesh enclosure 10, and the filter module 50 is arranged at an interval with the fan blades 30.
The filtering module 50 refers to a device capable of filtering harmful gas, and may be made of multiple filtering membranes or materials capable of adsorbing harmful gas, such as activated carbon.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, the filtering module 50 is arranged in the fan head assembly of the existing fan 100, when the fan is used, the fan blades 30 rotate to supply air, and the air is filtered by the filtering module 50 in the air supply process, so that indoor harmful gases such as formaldehyde and the like are effectively removed.
Meanwhile, indoor harmful gas can be effectively removed by arranging the filter module 50 in the fan head assembly, so that the phenomenon that a new air purifier is bought again is avoided, and the cost is saved.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present application, the mesh enclosure 10 includes a front mesh enclosure 11 and a rear mesh enclosure 13 detachably connected to the front mesh enclosure 11.
The mesh enclosure 10, fan blades 30 and filter module 50 may be fabricated as a unitary structure, forming a unitary fan head assembly. Of course, it may also be made as a separate component. The mesh enclosure 10 is provided with a front mesh enclosure 11 and a detachably connected rear mesh enclosure 13, which facilitates installation of the mesh enclosure 10, the fan blades 30 and the filter module 50. The detachable connection mode of the front mesh enclosure 11 and the rear mesh enclosure 13 can be a buckle connection mode, a screw connection mode, or a combination mode of a buckle and a screw, or a magnetic adsorption mode, which is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present application, the filter module 50 is disposed on the rear mesh cover 13. The filter module 50 is disposed on the rear mesh 13, for example: the filter module 50 and the rear mesh 13 may be manufactured as an integral structure, and then the transmission shaft 91 of the fan blade 30 passes through the filter module 50 and the rear mesh 13 to be assembled and installed. Of course, the filter module 50 may be detachably connected to the rear mesh enclosure 13 to facilitate the disassembly and maintenance of the two.
Referring to fig. 4 in combination, in another embodiment of the present application, the filter module 50 is disposed on the front mesh enclosure 11. The filter module 50 is disposed on the front mesh cover 11, for example: the filter module 50 and the front mesh enclosure 11 can be manufactured as an integral structure, so that the transmission shaft 91 of the fan blade 30 can be assembled without penetrating through the filter module 50, and the assembly of the fan blade 30 is facilitated. Of course, the filter module 50 may be detachably connected to the front mesh enclosure 11 to facilitate the disassembly and maintenance of the two.
Referring to fig. 5, in another embodiment of the present application, the fan head assembly includes two filter modules 50, one filter module 50 is disposed on the front mesh enclosure 11, the other filter module 50 is disposed on the rear mesh enclosure 13, and the fan blade 30 is disposed between the two filter modules 50.
That is, the front mesh enclosure 11 and the rear mesh enclosure 13 are both provided with the filter module 50, so that the filter effect is enhanced, so that the air pushed by the fan blades 30 can be secondarily filtered, and the harmful gas is more sufficiently filtered. Meanwhile, it is also possible to prevent one of the filter modules 50 from failing to effectively remove the harmful gas. Of course, during assembly, the front mesh cover 11 and one filter module 50 may be manufactured as an integral structure, and the rear mesh cover 13 and one filter module 50 may be manufactured as an integral structure. Alternatively, the front mesh cover 11 and one filter module 50 may be detachably coupled, or the rear mesh cover 13 and one filter module 50 may be detachably coupled. Thereby facilitating assembly and replacement of the filter module 50.
Referring collectively to fig. 2-4, in one embodiment of the present application, fan blades 30 have a minimum distance along their axis of rotation from filter module 50 in the range of 8mm to 30 mm.
The minimum distance between the fan blade 30 and the filter module 50 refers to the distance between the largest outward protruding part of the fan blade 30 towards the filter module 50 and the adjacent filter module 50. The figures may be combined. . . It is shown that if this minimum distance is less than 8mm, air cannot pass through effectively, thus affecting the wind power of the entire fan head assembly. If the minimum distance is greater than 30mm, a part of the air may flow out without passing through the filter module 50, and thus harmful gas in the air may not be effectively filtered. Therefore, the minimum distance is set to 8mm to 30mm, for example, set to 8mm, 10mm, 11mm, 13mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30 mm.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the filter module 50 includes a disc-shaped main body 51 and a fastening portion 53 disposed on the disc-shaped main body 51, the disc-shaped main body 51 forms an air passing gap (not labeled) corresponding to the mesh enclosure 10, the fastening portion 53 is fastened to the mesh enclosure 10, and the disc-shaped main body 51 is detachably mounted on the mesh enclosure 10.
The disc-shaped body 51 of the filter module 50 is adapted to the mesh enclosure 10 in a circular arrangement, facilitating the assembly of the two. The air gaps can be formed and are matched with the intervals among the grid strips of the mesh enclosure 10, so that air can conveniently pass through the mesh enclosure. The disc-shaped main body 51 is connected to the net cover 10 by the fastening part 53, so that the two parts can be conveniently detached. The catching portion 53 may be provided at any position of the disc-shaped body 51 as long as the two can be assembled. The screen cover can be selectively arranged on the outer edge of the disc-shaped main body 51, and the buckling part 53 can be directly clamped with the edge of the screen cover 10 or directly clamped on the grid strip to detachably connect the screen cover and the grid strip.
Further, the middle portion of the disc-shaped main body 51 is provided with a relief 55 for the transmission shaft 91 of the fan blade 30 to pass through.
In order to facilitate the installation of fan blades 30, a relief opening 55 is formed in the middle of the disc-shaped main body 51 to facilitate the transmission shaft 91 to pass through during the installation. The shape of the relief opening 55 is adapted to the shape of the drive shaft 91 and the respective mounting connection.
In one embodiment of the present application, the filter module 50 is a formaldehyde removal filter module.
The formaldehyde removing filter module refers to a filter module 50 capable of filtering formaldehyde removing gas. For example, an activated carbon filter screen can be adopted, and the main material of the activated carbon filter screen is honeycomb-shaped high-density activated carbon with strong adsorbability. And a microfiber filter screen can be adopted, the main material is microfiber, and the microfiber filter screen is somewhat similar to the material of a filter element in a filter type water purifier. When in use, the filter screen can be used together with a front primary filter screen, a dust removal screen and the like for blocking large-particle pollutants. A composite filter screen can also be adopted, and the material is the combination of activated carbon and microfiber.
The present invention further provides a fan 100 (the fan 100 may be a desk fan or a floor fan, etc.), the fan 100 includes a fan head assembly, and the specific structure of the fan head assembly refers to the above embodiments, since the fan 100 adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here. Wherein, the motor 90 and the mesh enclosure 10 are both installed on the bracket 70, and the transmission shaft 91 of the motor 90 penetrates through the mesh enclosure 10 to be fixedly connected with the fan blade 30.
In one embodiment of the present invention (for example, the mesh enclosure 13 is provided with the filter module 50), the mesh enclosure 13 is first mounted on the bracket 70 and fixed by the mesh enclosure locking nut 15. The filter module 50 is then mounted on the rear mesh 13. The transmission shaft 91 of the motor 90 passes through the rear mesh enclosure 13 and the filter module 50 to be fixedly connected with the fan blades 30, and then is locked by the fan blade nuts 31. And then the front mesh enclosure 11 is fixedly connected with the rear mesh enclosure 13, and the integral assembly can be completed.
In another installation manner of the present application (for example, the front mesh enclosure 11 is provided with the filter module 50), the rear mesh enclosure 13 is first installed on the bracket 70 and fixed by the mesh enclosure locking nut 15. The transmission shaft 91 of the motor 90 penetrates through the rear mesh enclosure 13 to be fixedly connected with the fan blades 30, and then is locked by the fan blade nuts 31. The filter module 50 is mounted on the front mesh enclosure 11, and the whole of the front mesh enclosure 11 and the filter module 50 is fixedly connected with the rear mesh enclosure 13, so that the whole assembly can be completed.
In another installation manner of the present application (for example, the front mesh enclosure 11 and the rear mesh enclosure 13 are both provided with the filter module 50), the rear mesh enclosure 13 is first installed on the bracket 70 and fixed by the mesh enclosure locking nut 15. The filter module 50 is then mounted on the rear mesh 13. The transmission shaft 91 of the motor 90 passes through the rear mesh enclosure 13 and the filter module 50 to be fixedly connected with the fan blades 30, and then is locked by the fan blade nuts 31. The filter module 50 is mounted on the front mesh enclosure 11, and the whole of the front mesh enclosure 11 and the filter module 50 is fixedly connected with the rear mesh enclosure 13, so that the whole assembly can be completed.

Claims (10)
1. A fan head assembly, comprising:
a mesh enclosure;
the fan blade is arranged in the mesh enclosure; and
and the filter module is arranged in the mesh enclosure and is arranged at intervals with the fan blades.
2. The fan head assembly of claim 1 wherein said screen includes a front screen and a rear screen removably connected to said front screen.
3. The fan head assembly of claim 2 wherein said filter module is disposed in said rear grill.
4. The fan head assembly of claim 2 wherein said filter module is disposed on said front mesh enclosure.
5. The fan head assembly of claim 2, wherein said fan head assembly includes two said filter modules, one said filter module being disposed on said front mesh enclosure, the other said filter module being disposed on said rear mesh enclosure, said fan blades being disposed between said two said filter modules.
6. Fan head assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the fan blades have a minimum distance along their axis of rotation from the filter module in the range 8mm to 30 mm.
7. The fan head assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the filter module comprises a disc-shaped body and a fastening portion disposed on the disc-shaped body, the disc-shaped body forms an air gap corresponding to the mesh enclosure, and the fastening portion is fastened to the mesh enclosure to detachably mount the disc-shaped body on the mesh enclosure.
8. The fan head assembly of claim 7 wherein the disk-shaped body has a relief opening at a middle portion thereof for the transmission shaft of the fan blade to pass through.
9. The fan head assembly of any of claims 1 to 5 wherein the filter module is a formaldehyde removal filter module.
10. A fan, comprising the fan head assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, a bracket, and a motor, wherein the motor and the mesh enclosure are mounted on the bracket, and a transmission shaft of the motor passes through the mesh enclosure to be fixedly connected with the fan blades.
