In one embodiment, the width of the mounting groove 12 is 3-5mm, and the height of the mounting groove 12 is 50 mm. It should be noted that the length and width of the mounting groove 12 are not limited thereto, and the specific value is determined according to the specification and size of the second fixing member 50. And the mounting groove 12 is provided corresponding to a specific position of the template 300.
In one embodiment, the connection hole 13 is a circular hole, and the diameter of the connection hole 13 is 16.5 mm. It is understood that the shape and size of the connection hole 13 are not limited thereto, and the specific shape and size are determined according to the size and cross-sectional area of the third fixing member 60.
In order to facilitate the observation of the fixing degree of the hollow rod 10 and the K plate 200, the fixing member further includes an observation portion 14, and the observation portion 14 is located at the end of the hollow rod 10. When the hollow rod 10 is fixed to the K-plate 200 and the die plate 300, whether or not the first fixing member 40 abuts on the K-plate 200 can be observed from the observation portion 14.
Further, for easy observation, the perpendicular distance from the first end surface 10a to the observation portion 14 is in the range of 10 to 30 mm. In one embodiment, the perpendicular distance from the first end surface 10a to the observation portion 14 is 20 mm. It is understood that the distance from the first end surface 10a to the observation portion 14 is not limited thereto, and the distance from the first end surface 10a to the observation portion 14 may also be 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 22mm, 24mm, 26mm, 28mm, 30mm, etc. as in other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to further fix the hollow rod 10 to the form 300, the hollow rod 10 further includes two supporting members 20. It should be noted that the connection manner of the supporting member 20 and the reinforcement is not limited to this, and as in other embodiments, the supporting member 20 and the hollow rod 10 are integrally formed.
In order to ensure the connection stability between the supporting members 20 and the formwork 300, the supporting members 20 are provided with corresponding fixing holes 21. When the back edge 100 is fixed to the K-plate 200 and the mold plate 300, the edge rib of the mold plate 300 is located between the two supports 20, and a pin passes through the fixing hole 21 and the through hole on the edge rib of the mold plate 300, so as to fix the mold plate 300 and the back edge 100. In one embodiment, the fixing hole 21 is a circular hole, and the diameter of the fixing hole 21 is 16.5 mm. The nut sleeve 30 is located between the first end face 10a and the second end face 10b, and the nut sleeve 30 and the screw hole 11 are coaxially arranged. In one embodiment, the nut sleeve 30 has a length of 40 mm. It is understood that the length of the nut sleeve 30 is not limited thereto, and the specific length is determined according to the requirement.
In one embodiment, the first fastener 40 is a "T" shaped screw, the second fastener 50 is a pull tab, and the third fastener 60 is a pin. It is to be understood that the types of the first fixing member 40, the second fixing member 50 and the third fixing member 60 are not limited thereto, and any components or structures may be used to fix the hollow rod member 10, the K-plate 200 and the template 300.

In operation, the template 300 is placed against the K-plate 200. The first fixing member 40 is inserted into the nut sleeve 30 and the screw hole 11, and the first fixing member 40 is pressed against the square tube of the K plate 200 to fix the back edge 100 and the K plate 200.
