Abstract
The invention discloses a circle-crossing method of a side wall waterproof coating and a roof waterproof system, which comprises the following steps: 1) constructing and checking and accepting a large surface of the side wall MPU polyurethane waterproof coating; 2) constructing a non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating of the top plate NMA; 3) adopting a single-sided 3-thick MBBAC self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material as an additional layer and for transitional use, and respectively bonding the additional layer and the transitional use with the NMA non-cured asphalt rubber waterproof coating of the top plate and the MPU polyurethane waterproof coating of the side wall; 4) the top plate SBS elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is fully adhered with the MBBAC self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material; 5) and (3) downwards turning the top plate SBS elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material to a position 20mm below the transition lap joint material, pressing the transition lap joint material by a strip and nailing the transition lap joint material, and sealing by using a sealant. The circle-crossing method of the side wall waterproof coating and the top plate waterproof system can solve the problem that waterproof leakage points are not formed by the circle-crossing of the peripheral waterproof layer of the underground engineering in the prior art, so that the quality of the waterproof engineering is influenced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a circle-crossing method of a side wall waterproof coating and a roof waterproof system.
Background
When the waterproof layer is used for single-construction type underground engineering according to the national standard GB50108-2008, the waterproof layer is paved from a structural bottom plate cushion layer to a top plate base surface, and a closed waterproof layer is formed at the periphery. However, the conventional underground engineering intersection part has the following defects in the common method: the method comprises the following steps that firstly, the joint parts of the waterproof layers are seriously polluted by silt, dust and oil stains in the later period, so that the joint parts cannot be lapped with the subsequent waterproof layers to form a closed waterproof layer; secondly, the waterproof layers of the side wall and the top plate are incompatible, so that the waterproof layers of the basement cannot be lapped to form a closed waterproof layer. The above-mentioned defect method easily leads to the peripheral waterproof layer of underground works not to form waterproof leakage point circularly, influence the waterproof engineering quality.

the roof waterproof system adopts a composite waterproof system formed by 2 thick NMA non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating and 4 thick SBS elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials;
the transition lapping material adopts 3-thick MBBAC self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material;
the circle-crossing method comprises the following steps:
1) constructing and checking and accepting a large surface of the side wall MPU polyurethane waterproof coating;
2) constructing a non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating of the top plate NMA;
3) adopting a single-sided 3-thick MBBAC self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material as an additional layer and for transitional use, and respectively bonding the additional layer and the transitional use with the NMA non-cured asphalt rubber waterproof coating of the top plate and the MPU polyurethane waterproof coating of the side wall;
4) the top plate SBS elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is fully adhered with the MBBAC self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material;
5) and (3) downwards turning the top plate SBS elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material to a position 20mm below the transition lap joint material, pressing the transition lap joint material by a strip and nailing the transition lap joint material, and sealing the transition lap joint material by sealant (paste).
Preferably, the width of the transitional overlapping material is 500 mm.
Preferably, the MPU polyurethane waterproof coating is fully dried to form a film, and then the MBBAC self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is adhered.
