Background
The existing washing machine uses the power supply and the start-pause key of the washing machine to use programs, and the control mode of the washing machine has the following defects: 1. after a user starts a program, the washing machine is easily operated by other users who are not suitable for operating the washing machine by mistake in the washing process, and a child lock needs to be set in the washing machine program in order to prevent the washing machine from being touched by mistake and operated by mistake, the existing child lock setting mode adopts a long press or a combination key for setting, but the setting can not completely prevent non-washing users from releasing the child lock; 2. when one washing machine is used by a plurality of users, because the washing preferences of different users are different, the existing washing machine is difficult to effectively store user parameters, and the users also need to set the parameters when using the washing machine each time, so that the operation is complicated; 3. for public washing equipment, the child lock function of the existing program cannot effectively avoid misoperation of other non-users, and after the program is finished, the other non-users can open the door of the washing machine at will, so that the washing privacy of the users cannot be well protected.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art, and to provide a clothes treatment device and a control method for the device, which can effectively avoid the clothes treatment device from being operated by mistake in the using process and protect the privacy of the user.
In order to solve the technical problem, a first object of the present invention is to provide a clothes treatment apparatus, which includes a door body, a fingerprint identification device disposed on the door body, and a control device, wherein the fingerprint identification device is connected to the control device, and the control device controls the clothes treatment apparatus to be in a state of allowing operation according to fingerprint information identified by the fingerprint identification device.
Furthermore, the fingerprint identification device includes fingerprint collection module and fingerprint processing module, the door body includes the center and sets up window screen on the center, fingerprint collection module sets up the window screen or on the center, fingerprint processing module sets up on the center.
Furthermore, an installation position is arranged on the middle frame, an acquisition hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the installation position, of the window screen, and the fingerprint acquisition module is arranged on the installation position and used for acquiring fingerprint information of a user touching the acquisition hole;
preferably, the installation position is a boss protruding out of the edge of the middle frame, the fingerprint acquisition device is a touch chip, the touch chip is arranged on the boss, and the boss extends into the acquisition hole;
more preferably, the door body includes a door handle, and the collecting hole and the boss are respectively provided at positions corresponding to the door handle.
Furthermore, the window screen is provided with a touch screen, the fingerprint acquisition module is integrated on the touch screen, and the fingerprint acquisition module acquires fingerprint information of any position of the touch screen touched by a user.
The door body is connected with the front plate through a hinge, a first channel for a wiring harness of the fingerprint identification device to pass through is arranged in the hinge, and the wiring harness passes through the first channel and is connected with the control device.
Further, the hinge comprises a hinge seat and a hinge arm connected with the hinge seat, and the first channel is arranged in the hinge arm and penetrates through the hinge seat;
preferably, the first channel includes a groove disposed on at least one side of the hinge wall and a through hole disposed on the hinge base, and the groove extends from the free end of the hinge arm to the hinge base and communicates with the through hole.
Furthermore, the door body further comprises an inner frame connected with the middle frame, the hinge seat is arranged on the inner frame, one end of the wiring harness is connected with the fingerprint identification device, the other end of the wiring harness bypasses the hinge seat along the circumferential direction of the inner frame, enters the first channel from the through hole, penetrates out of the free end of the hinge arm and then is connected with the control device;
preferably, a second channel for the wiring harness to go around is arranged in the circumferential direction of the inner frame, and a convex rib for limiting the displacement of the wiring harness is arranged on the side wall of the second channel.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a control method of a laundry treating apparatus, which controls the laundry treating apparatus in a state of allowing operation according to fingerprint information recognized by the fingerprint recognition device.
Furthermore, the locking state of the door body and the control panel is released according to the fingerprint information identified by the fingerprint identification device.
Further, the method comprises the following steps:
before a program starts to run, receiving user fingerprint information, matching the received fingerprint information with fingerprint information stored in a database, if the matching is successful, controlling the running parameters of the clothes treatment equipment to be in a state of allowing adjustment, and if the matching is failed, controlling the running parameters of the clothes treatment equipment to be in a state of forbidding adjustment;
after the program is finished to run, receiving fingerprint information of a user, matching the received fingerprint information with fingerprint information stored in a database, and if the matching is successful, controlling the door body to be in an opening allowed state; and if the matching fails, controlling the door body to be in a state of forbidding opening.
After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention avoids the misoperation of the non-washing user on the clothes treatment equipment by arranging the fingerprint identification device, thereby ensuring the use safety;
2. after the clothes treatment equipment finishes the program operation, the door body needs to be opened to take out the clothes after the fingerprint identification is successful, so that the privacy of a user is ensured, and the clothes are prevented from being lost.
3. The fingerprint identification device is arranged on the door body, so that the automatic matching of washing parameters can be completed before a user opens the door body to place clothes to be treated, and the operation experience of the user is improved;

Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the clothes treatment apparatus of the present invention includes a washing machine, a dryer and a washing and drying all-in-one machine, the washing machine includes a drum washing machine and a pulsator washing machine, and for better illustrating the present invention, the present embodiment is further illustrated by the drum washing machine. The roller washing machine comprises a door body, wherein a fingerprint identification device is arranged on the door body, the roller washing machine further comprises a control device, the fingerprint identification device is connected with the control device, and the control device controls the clothes treatment equipment to be in an operation-allowed state according to fingerprint information identified by the fingerprint identification device.
In the scheme, the washing machine is easily operated by children and other people who are not suitable for operating the washing machine by mistake in the washing process, and the door body of the washing machine is in the state of allowing the door body to be opened after the washing program is finished, particularly in a public washing room, a user wants to have own washing privacy and cannot avoid the operation of the washing machine by non-users, so the problems are solved by arranging the fingerprint identification device on the door body of the washing machine. The fingerprint identification device of the invention can operate the washing machine only after passing through fingerprint identification, and the operation comprises the operation of the control panel in the washing process of the washing machine and the opening of the door body of the washing machine, thereby effectively protecting the washing safety and the washing privacy. The fingerprint identification device is arranged on the door body, and can be identified in the process that a user opens the door body, so that the operation steps of the user are reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the fingerprint identification device includes a fingerprint collection module and a fingerprint processing module, the door body includes a middle frame 2 and a window screen 1 disposed on the middle frame 2, the fingerprint collection module is disposed on the window screen 1 or on the middle frame 2, and the fingerprint processing module is disposed on the middle frame 2.
In the above scheme, the fingerprint acquisition module is used for acquiring fingerprint information of a user, the fingerprint processing module matches the fingerprint information acquired by the fingerprint acquisition module with fingerprint information stored in a database, a matching result is transmitted to the control device, and then the control device gives a corresponding control instruction according to the matching result. In order to more conveniently receive fingerprint information of a user, the fingerprint acquisition module is arranged on the window screen 1 or the middle frame 2, and in order to protect the fingerprint processing module from being damaged, the fingerprint processing module is hidden in the middle frame 2.
As a preferred mode: the fingerprint collection module is arranged on the middle frame 2, an installation position is arranged on the middle frame 2, preferably the installation position is a protruding boss 6 arranged at the edge of the middle frame 2, a collection hole 5 is formed in a position, corresponding to the boss 6, on the window screen 1, the boss 6 extends into the collection hole 5, the fingerprint collection module is a touch chip, and the touch chip is arranged on the boss 6 and collects user touch and collects fingerprint information on the boss 6 in the collection hole 5. The positions of the collecting hole 5 and the boss 6 are preferably arranged at positions close to the door handle, when a user holds the door handle, the thumb can be placed on the boss 6 of the collecting hole 5, the door handle can be opened after successful identification, and the whole process is finished at one step.
As another preferable mode: the touch screen is arranged on the window screen 1, the whole window screen 1 can be set into the touch screen, or a small touch screen is arranged at any position of the window screen 1, preferably at a position close to the door handle, so that a user can conveniently open a door body of the washing machine after fingerprint identification succeeds, the fingerprint receiving module is integrated on the touch screen, fingerprint information can be identified when the user touches any position of the touch screen, and therefore attractive and fashionable touch feeling is provided, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Furthermore, when the fingerprint identification is successful or failed, different prompts are provided on the washing machine, wherein the prompts comprise voice prompts and/or light prompts, so that a user is informed of a matching result to perform subsequent operation.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the washing machine further includes a front plate, and a hinge 4 connecting the door body and the front plate, a first channel for a wiring harness of the fingerprint identification device to pass through is disposed in the hinge 4, and the wiring harness passes through the first channel and is connected to the control device.
In the above scheme, the first passage for the wiring harness of the fingerprint identification device to pass through is arranged on the hinge 4, so that the wiring harness can be hidden in the hinge 4, on one hand, the wiring harness is effectively fixed, the wiring harness is protected, on the other hand, the wiring harness can not be seen from the outside by a user, and the appearance of the washing machine is attractive.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the door body of the washing machine is connected to the front panel of the washing machine through a hinge 4. The hinge 4 comprises a hinge base 41 and two hinge arms 42 arranged on the hinge base 41, and a shaft hole or a rotating shaft is arranged at the free end of each hinge arm 42. The hinge base 41 is fixed to the front plate, and the door body is rotatably provided on the rotary shaft. A groove 4 is formed in one side surface of each hinge arm 42 close to the adjacent hinge arm 42, the groove 4 extends from the free end of each hinge arm 42 to the hinge seat 41, a through hole is formed in the hinge seat 41 corresponding to the groove 4, and the groove 4 is communicated with the through hole, so that a first channel for accommodating the wiring harness is formed. The wiring harness of the fingerprint identification device arranged on the door body enters the first channel through the door body, passes through the first channel and the front plate, enters the washing machine, and is connected with the control device.
As a preferred mode, the sealing cover is detachably arranged at the notch of the groove 4, the notch of the groove 4 is sealed through the sealing cover, the wiring harness is prevented from being bent when the door is opened and closed, and the wiring harness is protected. The closing cap can adopt materials such as rubber, plastics to make, and it is not limited with the cooperation mode of 4 slots of recess, can conveniently dismantle can, like modes such as joint, grafting.
Furthermore, the wire harness can be adhered to the inner wall of the groove 4 through metal glue, and the wire harness is further fixed.
The first channel can be arranged inside the hinge arm 42 without arranging the groove 4 on the hinge arm 42 as the first channel for accommodating the wiring harness, so that the wiring harness can not be bent when the door is opened or closed even if a sealing cover is not arranged; the grooves 4 are not limited to be provided on one side surface of the hinge arm 42 adjacent to the adjacent hinge arm 42, nor to be limited to one, and may be provided on the other side surface of the hinge arm 42, and the number of the grooves 4 may be set according to the number of the wire harnesses.
As another preferred mode, a wire harness fixing structure is further arranged in the groove 4, and a wire harness of the fingerprint identification device can be fixed in the groove 4 through the wire harness fixing structure. The wiring harness fixing structure is a plurality of ribs which are arranged on two opposite side walls of the groove 4 in a protruding mode, wiring harnesses of the fingerprint identification device are clamped between the ribs on two sides, and therefore the wiring harnesses are fixed. The ribs on the two opposite side walls are preferably arranged in a staggered mode, and the fixing effect on the wire harness is improved.
Further, the door body further comprises an inner frame 3 connected with the middle frame 2, the hinge seat 41 is arranged on the inner frame 3, one end of the wire harness is connected with the fingerprint identification device, the other end of the wire harness bypasses the hinge seat 41 along the circumferential direction of the inner frame 3, enters the first channel from the through hole, penetrates out of the free end of the hinge arm 42 and then is connected with the control device;
in the above scheme, because the wiring harness of the fingerprint identification device is long and messy, the wiring harness of the fingerprint identification device bypasses the hinge seat 41 along the circumferential direction of the inner frame 3, and then is connected with the control device through the first channel on the hinge seat 41, on one hand, the wiring harness can be hidden in the gap between the inner frame 3 and the middle frame 2, the wiring harness can be placed in the gap between the inner frame 3 and the middle frame 2 and can be wetted by water in the inner barrel of the washing machine, on the other hand, the wiring of the wiring harness is more orderly and standard, and meanwhile, the fixing effect of.
Further, by providing a second passage for the wiring harness to go around in the circumferential direction of the inner frame 3, the wiring harness can be hidden in the second passage.
Specifically, the second channel is a groove formed in the circumference of the inner frame 3, the groove is formed in a position of the inner frame 3 corresponding to the fingerprint identification device, extends upwards and/or downwards to the hinge base 41 along the circumferential direction, and is connected with the control device after entering the first channel through a through hole in the hinge base 41.
Preferably, a sealing cover is detachably arranged at the notch of the groove, the notch of the groove is sealed by the sealing cover, water in the inner drum of the washing machine is prevented from entering between the inner frame 3 and the middle frame 2 from a gap at the joint of the inner frame 3 and the middle frame 2 to wet the wire harness, and the wire harness is protected. The closing cap can adopt materials such as rubber, plastics to make, and its cooperation mode with slot mouth department is not limited, can conveniently dismantle can, like modes such as joint, grafting.
Furthermore, the wire harness can be bonded with the inner wall of the groove through metal glue, and the wire harness is further fixed.
As another preferred mode, a wire harness fixing structure is further arranged in the groove, and a wire harness of the fingerprint identification device can be fixed in the groove through the wire harness fixing structure. The wiring harness fixing structure is characterized in that a plurality of convex ribs are arranged on two opposite side walls of the groove in a protruding mode, wiring harnesses of the fingerprint identification device are clamped between the convex ribs on two sides, and therefore the wiring harnesses are fixed. The ribs on the two opposite side walls are preferably arranged in a staggered mode, and the fixing effect on the wire harness is improved.
The second embodiment is another object of the present invention to provide a control method of the first embodiment, the laundry treatment apparatus includes a washing machine, a dryer and a washing and drying machine, and for better illustration of the present invention, the present embodiment is further illustrated by a washing machine. The control method is to control the clothes treatment equipment to be in a state of allowing operation according to the fingerprint information identified by the fingerprint identification device.
In the scheme, different users have different washing preferences when using the washing machine, so that the user parameters are difficult to effectively store under the condition that one washing machine is applied by a plurality of users, so that the washing machine is convenient for different users to use conveniently; meanwhile, for a common washing device, the child lock function of the existing program cannot effectively avoid the misoperation of the washing machine by a non-user, and the washing privacy of the user cannot be well protected by random opening after the program END. The washing fingerprint unlocking function can well solve the problems and can well expand the user customization function. The washing machine in the public laundry room can be designed to perform fingerprint identification verification before washing begins, after the verification is successful, the door body is opened, a user puts clothes to be washed in, the user selects a washing program or calls the washing program of the user according to the washing habit of the current user, and after the washing is finished, the door body can be opened when fingerprint identification information received by the fingerprint identification device is consistent with the fingerprint information received before the washing program begins. Therefore, users who do not wash the clothes can not open the door body of the washing machine after the program is finished, and washing privacy of the users is well protected.
Furthermore, the locking state of the door body and the control panel is released according to the fingerprint information identified by the fingerprint identification device.
As shown in fig. 6, the specific steps include:
before a program starts to run, receiving user fingerprint information, matching the received fingerprint information with fingerprint information stored in a database, if the matching is successful, controlling the running parameters of the clothes treatment equipment to be in a state of allowing adjustment, and if the matching is failed, controlling the running parameters of the clothes treatment equipment to be in a state of forbidding adjustment;
after the program is finished to run, receiving fingerprint information of a user, matching the received fingerprint information with fingerprint information stored in a database, and if the matching is successful, controlling the door body to be in an opening allowed state; and if the matching fails, controlling the door body to be in a state of forbidding opening.
In the scheme, after the washing machine is powered on, the control panel and the door body are in a locking state in a default mode, only fingerprint identification can operate the control panel through the rear portion and open the door body of the washing machine, and therefore the washing machine is well protected from misoperation in the washing process and washing privacy of a user is protected. Meanwhile, an interface for inputting the password is further arranged on the control panel of the washing machine in the embodiment, and when the fingerprint identification of the fingerprint identification device fails, the locking state of the control panel and the door body of the washing machine can be unlocked by inputting the password on the control panel.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, when the washing machine is used for the first time, a starting-up setting interface appears on the control panel, the fingerprint identification device receives and stores user fingerprint information, and the control panel receives and stores washing parameter information set by the user. After washing is finished, the fingerprint identification device receives the fingerprint information of the user again, and the door body of the washing machine is unlocked. For a household washing machine, after washing, the fingerprint identification device receives fingerprint information of any operable washing machine user in a family and can unlock the door body of the washing machine, and for a public washing machine, the fingerprint information received after washing and before washing can unlock the door body.
Furthermore, when the fingerprint information received by the fingerprint identification device is matched with the fingerprint information stored in the database, whether the current environment meets the condition of door unlocking needs to be judged, if the current environment meets the condition of door unlocking, the door is unlocked, if the current environment does not meet the condition of door unlocking, the door is not locked, and warning is given, wherein the judgment condition comprises the current water temperature and water level in the inner cylinder.
Furthermore, when the fingerprint information received by the fingerprint identification device is matched with the fingerprint information stored in the database, whether the door body is in a closed state at present is needed to be judged to determine whether the washing parameter adjustment is allowed or not, if the door body is closed, the washing parameter adjustment is allowed, and if the door body is opened, the washing parameter adjustment is forbidden and the warning is given.
Furthermore, for a new user, the control panel can be unlocked by inputting a password, and then the fingerprint information is input through the setting function on the control panel, or the fingerprint information of the new user is input through the setting function on the control panel after the user who has stored the fingerprint information unlocks the control panel interface panel.
