Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the drying air duct is connected to the box body through the first rotating structure, and the box body has better vibration-proof performance compared with the barrel body, so that the drying device is more firmly fixed and is not easy to loosen, and the vibration noise is reduced. First switching structure with the air outlet detachable in stoving wind channel is connected, can adapt to the clothing treatment facility's of different capacity stoving wind channel, and the wind channel of just drying need not to set up the connection structure who is connected with the box, can be applicable to cast aluminium spare, injection molding, sheet metal component simultaneously, and the commonality is better.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments are clearly and completely described below, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not used for limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, disclosed herein is a laundry treating apparatus including a drum laundry treating apparatus, a drum washer dryer, a drum dryer and a wall-mounted drum laundry treating apparatus, a wall-mounted drum washer dryer, a wall-mounted dryer. The clothes treatment equipment comprises a box body, a barrel body and a drying device, wherein the barrel body and the drying device are arranged in the box body, the barrel body comprises an outer barrel and an inner barrel arranged in the outer barrel, or the barrel body comprises an inner barrel of the clothes treatment equipment with an inner barrel without holes. The drying device comprises a drying air channel 1 and a first switching structure, the drying air channel 1 is communicated with the cylinder through the first switching structure, and the first switching structure is a section of communicating air channel. The drying air duct 1 is connected to the box body through the first rotating structure, and the anti-vibration performance of the box body is better than that of the barrel body, so that the drying device is more firmly fixed and is not easy to loosen, and vibration noise is reduced. Because the limitation of clothing processing apparatus inner space, stoving wind channel 1 can't set up in the barrel front portion, and under general condition, stoving wind channel 1 sets up the bend in the barrel front portion in order to be hot-blast from the leading-in barrel of barrel front portion inside, nevertheless because set up this part bend, stoving wind channel 1 can't be applicable to the panel beating shaping, and the commonality is poor. And when the drying air duct 1 is connected to the box body, some protruding parts or connecting structures are inevitably needed to be arranged, and the drying air duct 1 cannot be suitable for sheet metal forming at the moment. In this application, first switching structure with the air outlet detachable in stoving wind channel 1 connect, with the box is connected, makes stoving wind channel 1 need not to set up the connection structure who is connected with the box, can be applicable to cast aluminium spare, injection molding, sheet metal component simultaneously, and the commonality is better. The first switching structure and the drying air duct 1 are detachably connected, and can adapt to the drying air duct 1 of the clothes treatment equipment with different capacities.
Example one
In this embodiment, first switching structure with box detachable is connected, simple structure, and installation and dismantlement are convenient. Preferably, first adapter structure includes adapter 2, 2 inside intercommunications that are equipped with of adapter the air outlet in stoving wind channel 1 with the fluid passage of the air intake of barrel, adapter 2's air inlet end with the air outlet detachable in stoving wind channel 1 is connected, adapter 2 is connected with box detachable, and the installation is dismantled conveniently. In one embodiment, the adapter 2 is provided with a convex connecting part which is detachably connected with the box body, in another embodiment, the adapter 2 is detachably connected with an adapter plate 3, the adapter plate 3 is connected with the box body, concretely, the clothes processing equipment further comprises the adapter plate 3, the adapter 2 is inserted into the adapter plate 3, and the adapter plate 3 is connected with the box body; the installation is more stable.
The adapter 2 is inserted into the adapter plate 3, a convex inserting part 24 is arranged on the adapter 2, and an inserting hole matched with the inserting part 24 is arranged on the adapter plate 3; the plug-in part 24 is inserted into the plug-in hole to realize the connection between the adapter 2 and the adapter plate 3. The adapter 2 is provided with at least two plug-in parts 24; the installation also plays the effect of spacing anti-rotation simultaneously. The shape and size of the plug hole are matched with the plug part 24, so that the installation is more stable. Preferably, grafting portion 24 is convex columnar structure, be equipped with rib 25 between columnar structure and the adapter 2, reinforcing columnar structure and adapter 2's intensity prevents that adapter 2 from installing the back columnar structure and damaging or adapter 2 from damaging. Preferably, the insertion part 24 is arranged close to the box body, so that the installation and the fixation are convenient.
In a further embodiment, the box body comprises a shell frame, and the adapter plate 3 is connected with the shell frame; and connecting the adapter 2 to the shell frame, namely connecting the drying air duct 1 to the shell frame. Preferably, the clothes treatment equipment further comprises a front plate arranged in front of the barrel, one end of the adapter plate 3 is connected with the shell frame, and the other end of the adapter plate is close to the adapter 2, extends to the air outlet end of the adapter 2 and is connected with the front plate; the connection is stable and the stress is uniform. Preferably, the shell frame comprises a cross beam arranged on the front side above the cylinder, one end of the adapter plate 3 is connected with the cross beam, and the other end of the adapter plate is connected with the front plate. The shell frame comprises a first side plate support, a second side plate support and a cross beam, the first side plate support is opposite to the second side plate support, one end of the cross beam is connected with the first side plate support, and the other end of the cross beam is connected with the second side plate support. Because adapter 2 sets up at barrel the place ahead upside, is connected the simplest and most convenient with the crossbeam that sets up in barrel top front side.
Example two
In this embodiment, the drying air duct 1 includes a first housing 11 and a second housing 12 connected to each other to form a fluid channel, and a heating structure for heating fluid is further disposed in the fluid channel formed by the first housing 11 and the second housing 12. The air inlet end of the adapter 2 comprises a first adapter part 21 connected with the first shell 11 and a second adapter part 22 connected with the second shell 12; because the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 have a fluid passage therebetween, the adapter 2 needs to be connected to both the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 to prevent leakage in order to conduct the heated fluid in the fluid passage to the cylinder. Preferably, a first through hole is formed in the first casing 11, a first mounting hole is correspondingly formed in the first transfer portion 21, a protruding reinforcing column is arranged on the lower surface of the first transfer portion 21 opposite to the first casing 11, the first mounting hole is formed in the reinforcing column to reinforce the strength of the first mounting hole and the strength of the first transfer portion 21, and a fastener penetrates through the first through hole and is fixedly connected with the first mounting hole; the first through holes are distributed along the edge of the first housing 11. Preferably, a second through hole is formed in the second housing 12, a second mounting hole is correspondingly formed in the second adapter portion 22, and a fastener penetrates through the second through hole to be fixedly connected with the second mounting hole. The fastener passes through the first through hole and the second through hole to connect the first shell 11 and the second shell 12, which is simple and convenient and saves cost
In a specific embodiment, the first housing 11 is disposed above the second housing 12, and the first adaptor portion 21 is disposed above the second adaptor portion 22. Preferably, the first adapter part 21 includes a U-shaped surface connected to the first housing 11, the second adapter part 22 abuts against a distal end of the U-shaped surface and is recessed downward from the distal end to form a U-shaped groove, and the second housing 12 is connected to an inner surface of the U-shaped groove; the U-shaped surface of first switching portion 21 and the U-shaped groove of second switching portion 22 form the air inlet end of adapter 2, and the U-shaped groove forms confined air inlet port with first casing 11, the cooperation of second casing 12. A first limiting part 214 is arranged on the U-shaped surface, and a first matching part matched with the first limiting part 214 for limiting is arranged on the first shell 11; the first limiting portion 214 and the first matching portion cooperate to limit the connection between the first housing 11 and the first transfer portion 21. Preferably, the first position-limiting part 214 includes a protrusion or a recess disposed on the U-shaped surface, and the first matching part is a recess or a protrusion. A second limiting part 222 is arranged on the inner surface of the U-shaped groove, and is used for positioning the installation of the second shell 12 and the second adapter part 22; preferably, the second limiting portion 222 is a protrusion disposed on the mounting edge of the second housing 12, the shape of the U-shaped groove itself limits the mounting position, and the second limiting portion 222 further limits the position of the second housing 12, so that the connection is more convenient and faster.
EXAMPLE III
In this embodiment, drying device still includes seal structure, seal structure sets up adapter 2 with between the stoving wind channel 1, adapter 2 with stoving wind channel 1 sealing connection prevents gas leakage, destroys the inside structure of box, perhaps prevents that gas leakage can't normally pour the barrel into, and the stoving effect is poor. Preferably, the sealing structure includes a first sealing portion and a second sealing portion, the first sealing portion is disposed between the first adapter portion 21 and the first housing 11, the first adapter portion 21 is detachably and sealingly connected with the first housing 11, the second sealing portion is disposed between the second adapter portion 22 and the second housing 12, and the second adapter portion 22 is detachably and sealingly connected with the second housing 12. Preferably, the first sealing portion and the second sealing portion are seamlessly butted or have an intersection portion, preventing gas from leaking from a gap between the first sealing portion and the second sealing portion.
In a further embodiment, a first groove 211 is provided on the first transfer portion 21 and/or the first housing 11, and the first sealing portion is disposed in the first groove 211. Preferably, a third position-limiting part 212 is arranged in the first groove 211 to prevent the first sealing part from separating from the first groove 211 and/or prevent the first sealing part from curling; specifically, the third limiting portion 212 includes a plurality of ribs disposed on two opposite sidewalls of the first groove 211 at intervals, and the ribs are smooth structures and do not damage the first sealing portion. More preferably, the bottom of the first groove 211 is provided with a guiding portion 213 for guiding the installation of the first sealing portion, and the first sealing portion is provided with a matching portion matched with the guiding portion 213. Specifically, the guiding portion 213 includes a protrusion or a recess disposed at the bottom of the first groove 211, and the matching portion is a recess or a protrusion disposed at the bottom of the first sealing portion.
In a further embodiment, a second groove 221 is provided on the second adapter 22 and/or the second housing 12, and the second sealing portion is disposed in the second groove 221; the second limiting portion 222, the U-shaped groove, and the second groove 221 are arranged in a gradually decreasing step shape. Preferably, the second groove 221 is disposed on an edge of the second adaptor portion 22 close to the second housing 12.
Example four
In this embodiment, the clothing treatment facility still includes the window pad, the air inlet end of adapter 2 with the air outlet detachable in stoving wind channel 1 is connected, the air-out end of adapter 2 pass the window pad with the barrel intercommunication. Preferably, a mounting opening is formed in the upper portion of the window pad, and the air outlet end comprises a window pad connecting portion matched with the mounting opening. Preferably, fixing ribs 23 for preventing the air outlet end from separating from the mounting opening are arranged at two ends of the connecting part of the window pad, and the air outlet end is fixed at the mounting opening and cannot shake; simultaneously, the setting still plays the thermal-insulated effect of window pad at the terminal fixed muscle 23 of air-out end, prevents to scald the window pad. Preferably, the air outlet end is a flat tube, and the fixing rib 23 is a convex rib uniformly arranged on the outer surface of the flat tube. The fixing ribs 23 may be a plurality of projections or may be ribs extending on the outer surface, and the heat insulation effect of the ribs is better.

In this embodiment, a shunt portion for shunting fluid is further disposed in the adapter 2; so that the air from the air outlet end of the adapter 2 is uniform. Preferably, the flow dividing part is arranged at the air outlet end of the adapter 2; preferably, the flow dividing portion includes a flow dividing plate 26 that divides the outlet end into a plurality of portions uniformly. Flow distribution plate 26 integrated into one piece increases the intensity of adapter 2 and air-out end at adapter 2's air-out end department.
EXAMPLE six
In this embodiment, the drying device further includes a fan fixing seat 4 and a second switching structure 5, the air outlet of the drying air duct 1 is connected to the box body through the first switching structure, and the air inlet of the drying air duct 1 and the fan fixing seat 4 are connected to the box body through the second switching structure 5. Because the vibration-proof performance of the box body is better than that of the cylinder body, the drying device is more firmly fixed and is not easy to loosen, and the vibration noise is reduced; will the air intake of stoving wind channel 1 with fan fixing base 4 connects on the box, and the installation is more firm. Because drying device need set up the fan and realize gaseous flow, under general condition, the fan is installed and can lead to drying the structure of wind channel 1 very complicated on drying wind channel 1, leads to drying wind channel 1 can't be applicable to the panel beating shaping, and the commonality is poor. When the drying air duct 1 is connected to the box body, some protruding parts are inevitably needed, and the drying air duct 1 cannot be suitable for sheet metal forming. Second switching structure 5 with fan fixing base 4 with the air intake detachable in stoving wind channel 1 connects, stoving wind channel 1 is applicable to cast aluminium spare, injection molding, sheet metal component simultaneously, and the commonality is better. The fan fixing seat 4, the second switching structure 5 and the drying air duct 1 are detachably connected, and can adapt to the drying air ducts 1 of clothes treatment equipment with different capacities. The second switching structure 5 may be integrally formed on the side of the fan fixing base 4, or may be connected to the fan fixing base 4. Preferably, the second adapter structure 5 is detachably connected to the fan fixing seat 4. More preferably, the second adapter structure 5 is detachably connected with the air inlet of the drying air duct 1 and the fan fixing seat 4, and does not need to be connected respectively, so that the connection steps are saved.
The drying air duct 1 comprises a first shell 11 and a second shell 12 which are connected with each other to form a fluid channel, the fan fixing seat 4 is connected with the first shell 11 and the second shell 12, and the second switching structure 5 is connected with the fan fixing seat 4, the second shell 12 and/or the first shell 11. In this application, owing to set up fan fixing base 4 and second switching structure 5, first casing 11 with second casing 12 is applicable to cast aluminium spare, injection molding, sheet metal component simultaneously, and the commonality is better. Preferably, the first housing 11 is disposed above the second housing 12, the fan fixing seat 4 is disposed above the second housing 12 and is in butt joint with the first housing 11, and the second adapter structure 5 is connected with the fan fixing seat 4 and the second housing 12.
The specific implementation mode is that the second adapter structure 5 is detachably connected to the fan fixing seat 4 and the second housing 12. The second adapter structure 5 includes a first connecting plate 51 connected to the second housing 12 and the fan fixing seat 4, and a second connecting plate 52 connected to the box. Preferably, the first connecting plate 51 is perpendicular to the second connecting plate 52. Preferably, the first connecting plate 51 and/or the second connecting plate 52 are matched with the edge of the second shell 12 in shape, so that the occupied space is small, and the installation is convenient.
Preferably, the second adapter structure 5 further comprises a plurality of reinforcing plates 53, which enhance the strength of the second adapter structure 5. The reinforcing plate 53 is connected to the first connecting plate 51 and the second connecting plate 52 to form a box-like structure having an opening, which is opposite to the second connecting plate 52 and is disposed toward the box body. The space between the second connecting plate 52 and the fan fixing seat 4 is not occupied, the second connecting plate 52 is exposed through the opening so as to be conveniently connected with the box body, the connection between the first connecting plate 51 and the second connecting plate 52 is enhanced, and the separation of the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate is prevented, or the joint of the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate is prevented from being damaged by pressure. The second adapter structure 5 is a box-shaped structure provided with an opening facing the box body, the second connecting plate 52 is a side plate arranged opposite to the opening, the first connecting plate 51 is a top plate, the second adapter structure 5 comprises three reinforcing plates 53, the two reinforcing plates 53 are connected with the top plate and the side plate, and one reinforcing plate 53 is a bottom plate.
In a further embodiment, a flange is disposed on an edge of the second housing 12, the fan fixing seat 4 includes a connecting edge connected to the flange and a sleeve portion 41 sleeved to the first housing 11, and the first connecting plate 51 is connected to the flange and the connecting edge. Preferably, the flange, the connecting edge and the first connecting plate 51 are respectively provided with a first fixing hole, and a fastener penetrates through the first fixing hole to connect the flange and the first connecting plate 51. Preferably, the first connecting plate 51 is further provided with a first limit fixing portion 511, and the flange is provided with a first limit matching portion matched with the first limit fixing portion 511. More preferably, first spacing fixed part 511 is including setting up arch on the first connecting plate 51, first spacing cooperation portion is including setting up opening on the turn-ups, first connecting plate 51 sets up at 4 lateral parts of fan fixing base, and the opening is connected with protruding spacing first connecting plate 51, and it is still convenient to realize spacingly, only needs the card to go into, need not the plug, and is simple and convenient.
The blower fixing seat 4 further includes a sleeve joint portion 41 sleeved with the first housing 11. The sleeve portion 41 and the first housing 11 are correspondingly provided with second fixing holes, and the fastener connects the sleeve portion 41 and the first housing 11 through the second fixing holes. Preferably, the sleeve joint part 41 is provided with a reinforcing part, so that the strength of the sleeve joint part 41 is increased, and the connection is more stable. The reinforcing portion is a protruding rectangular prism-shaped structure protruding from the sleeve portion 41, and the second fixing hole is formed in the reinforcing portion.
In a further embodiment, at least two third fixing holes are formed in the second connecting plate 52 and the box body, and a fastener connects the second connecting plate 52 and the box body through the third fixing holes. Be equipped with on the second connecting plate 52 to the convex fixed column 521 of box direction, the third fixed orifices sets up on fixed column 521. Preferably, a second limiting fixing portion 522 is further disposed on the second connecting plate 52, and a second limiting matching portion matched with the second limiting fixing portion 522 is disposed on the box body. The sealing structure comprises a third sealing portion and a fourth sealing portion, the third sealing portion is arranged between the fan fixing seat 4 and the first shell 11, the fan fixing seat 4 is connected with the first shell 11 in a detachable and sealed mode through the third sealing portion, the fourth sealing portion is arranged between the fan fixing seat 4 and the second shell 12, and the fan fixing seat 4 is connected with the second shell 12 in a detachable and sealed mode through the fourth sealing portion. The fan fixing seat 4 and/or the first shell 11 are/is provided with a third groove 43, and the third sealing part is arranged in the third groove 43. A fourth groove 44 is formed in the fan fixing seat 4 and/or the second housing 12, and the fourth sealing portion is disposed in the fourth groove 44. Preferably, the third sealing portion and the fourth sealing portion are in seamless abutment or have an intersection portion to prevent gas from leaking from a gap between the third sealing portion and the fourth sealing portion. Preferably, a fourth limiting portion for preventing the third sealing portion and the fourth sealing portion from separating from the third groove 43 and the fourth groove 44 and/or preventing the third sealing portion and the fourth sealing portion from curling is arranged in the third groove 43 and the fourth groove 44; specifically, the fourth limiting portion includes a plurality of ribs disposed at intervals on two opposite side walls of the third groove 43 and the fourth groove 44, and the ribs are smooth structures and do not damage the third sealing portion and the fourth sealing portion.
EXAMPLE seven
In this embodiment, the drying device includes a drying air duct 1, a fan 6 and a fan fixing seat 4, and the fan 6 provides power from the drying air duct 1 to the cylinder for fluid. Fan fixing base 4 is installed stoving air duct 1's air inlet department, fan fixing base 4 can be connected for detachable stoving air duct 1's air inlet department, also can be fixed connection stoving air duct 1's air inlet department. The fan fixing seat 4 is connected with the box body, and the vibration-proof performance of the box body is better than that of the cylinder body, so that the drying device is more firmly fixed and is not easy to loosen, and the vibration noise is reduced; will drying air duct 1 is connected with the box, and the installation is more firm. Preferably, the third sealing portion and the fourth sealing portion are seamlessly butted or have an intersection portion, and gas is prevented from leaking from a gap between the third sealing portion and the fourth sealing portion. Preferably, a fourth limiting portion for preventing the third sealing portion and the fourth sealing portion from separating from the third groove 43 and the fourth groove 44 and/or preventing the third sealing portion and the fourth sealing portion from curling is arranged in the third groove 43 and the fourth groove 44; specifically, the fourth limiting portion includes a plurality of ribs disposed at intervals on two opposite side walls of the third groove 43 and the fourth groove 44, and the ribs are smooth structures and do not damage the third sealing portion and the fourth sealing portion.

More preferably, the connecting end 45 extends outside the second casing 12 across the second casing 12 to a condensation duct.
