According to the comparison of the experimental indexes, when the pH value is alkaline and close to neutral, the cleaning effect is poor, but the foaming amount is low; when the pH value is 8.5 or more, the cleaning effect is good, but the cleaning agent has slight smell and more foaming amount; the pH value is about 8, the cleaning efficiency is good, no smell is generated, the foaming amount is low, and various experimental indexes are optimal.

Claims (6)
1. A condenser cleaner characterized by: the composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 2-10 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 5-25 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5-15 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, 0.5-4 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, 1-5 parts of benzalkonium chloride, 1-5 parts of propylene glycol monobutyl ether, 0.1-1 part of sodium hydroxide and 35-85.4 parts of deionized water.
2. A condenser cleaner as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the ratio of benzalkonium chloride to propylene glycol butyl ether was 1: 1.
3. A condenser cleaner as claimed in claim 1 wherein: 6 parts of alkylphenol ethoxylates, 15 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, 2 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, 3 parts of benzalkonium chloride, 3 parts of propylene glycol monobutyl ether, 0.5 part of sodium hydroxide and 60.5 parts of deionized water.
4. A method of making a condenser cleaner according to claim 1 wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing alkylphenol ethoxylates, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, benzalkonium chloride, propylene glycol monobutyl ether, sodium hydroxide and deionized water according to parts by weight;
s2, pouring the weighed deionized water into a homogenizer for heating and stirring, sequentially adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and sodium hydroxide in the stirring process, then stirring at a high speed until the mixture is uniform, and cooling to room temperature, wherein the heating temperature is 45-95 ℃;
s3, adding alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, benzalkonium chloride and propylene glycol monobutyl ether into the solution cooled in the step S2 at room temperature in sequence, mixing and stirring until the mixture is uniformly stirred at a high speed;
s4, filtering the solution stirred in the step S4, taking filtrate, pouring the filtrate into an aerosol can, installing a valve, sealing the aerosol can by a canning machine, and finally installing a spray head on the aerosol can.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the condenser cleaning agent is prepared by: the optimal heating temperature in step S2 is 70 ℃.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the condenser cleaning agent is prepared by: the aperture of the atomization spray hole of the spray head is 0.2-0.5 mm.
