1) mixing: mixing and stirring 100 parts by weight of PMMA or ASA resin, 0.2-0.35 part by weight of lubricant, 5.5-7.0 parts by weight of toughening agent, 0.2-1.0 part by weight of dispersant and 0.4-0.5 part by weight of antioxidant, then adding 2.8-3.5 parts by weight of inorganic sulfide fluorescent agent and stirring, and finally adding 0.15-0.28 part by weight of aniline transparent black pigment and stirring to obtain a mixture;
2) and (3) granulation: granulating the mixture obtained in the step 1) by a granulator at the temperature of 175-250 ℃;
3) melting and plasticizing: at 175-250 deg.C and 600-1500 kg/cm pressure2Under the condition, the material particles are melted and plasticized into a viscous-state melt;
