Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment, in particular to a centralized treatment type rural sewage treatment method.
Background
At present, rural residents improve the living standard, the living mode is not changed, the discharge amount of domestic sewage is increased continuously, the components in the sewage are more and more complex, the domestic sewage of the rural residents still mostly adopts a direct discharging mode, or is directly discharged after being treated by a simple septic tank, the discharge mode of the sewage not only enables the sewage to transversely flow and influence the village volume, the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur and pathogenic bacteria in the domestic sewage are more, but also the sewage permeates underground and directly discharges into rivers for a long time, the ecology is seriously damaged, and the environment is polluted. The conventional treatment method has low efficiency and low recovery rate.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems described in the background technology, the invention provides a centralized treatment type rural sewage treatment method, sewage is uniformly collected and treated through a rural sewage pipe network, which is equivalent to the fact that the original septic tank methane generation amount of each household is planned to be overall, the amount is small and the amount is large, therefore, methane can be recycled, and sewage is changed into valuables. The waste water discharged from the methane tank can be discharged after reaching the standard after being treated and filtered, thereby protecting the environment. The application improves the treatment efficiency of rural waste water and improves the recycling rate.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a centralized treatment type rural sewage treatment method comprises the following steps:
a) waste water from a rural sewage pipe network is sent into a mechanical grid to isolate garbage in water, the isolated garbage is subjected to composting treatment, and the waste water passing through the mechanical grid enters a regulating tank;
b) stirring and pre-aerating the wastewater in a regulating tank, sending the treated water into a methane tank for fermentation treatment, generating recyclable methane by the methane tank, composting the sludge discharged from the methane tank, and sending the water discharged from the methane tank into an anoxic reaction tank;
c) after the BOD in the water is removed by the anoxic reaction tank, the water is sent into the aerobic gas reaction tank;
d) after organic matters in the water are degraded in the aerobic gas reaction tank, the water is sent into a secondary sedimentation tank;
e) the secondary sedimentation tank separates the sludge from the supernatant, the separated supernatant is directly discharged after being purified, and the sludge is subjected to composting treatment.
Specifically, in the step e), the supernatant separated from the secondary sedimentation tank is purified by the artificial wetland, and the platycodon grandiflorum of the plants on the artificial wetland is collected and then composted.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a centralized treatment type rural sewage treatment method, which is used for uniformly collecting and treating sewage through a rural sewage pipe network, namely, the original methane generation amount of a septic tank of each household is comprehensively planned, and the amount of the methane is reduced, so that the methane can be recycled, and the sewage is changed into valuable. The waste water discharged from the methane tank can be discharged after reaching the standard after being treated and filtered, thereby protecting the environment. The application improves the treatment efficiency of rural waste water and improves the recycling rate.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic diagrams illustrating only the basic structure of the invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the framework of the present invention.
As shown in the attached figure 1, a centralized treatment type rural sewage treatment method comprises the following steps:
a) waste water from a rural sewage pipe network is sent into a mechanical grid to isolate garbage in water, the isolated garbage is subjected to composting treatment, and the waste water passing through the mechanical grid enters a regulating tank;
b) stirring and pre-aerating the wastewater in a regulating tank, sending the treated water into a methane tank for fermentation treatment, recycling methane generated by the methane tank, composting sludge discharged from the methane tank, and sending the water discharged from the methane tank into an anoxic reaction tank;
c) after the BOD in the water is removed by the anoxic reaction tank, the water is sent into the aerobic gas reaction tank;
d) after organic matters in the water are degraded in the aerobic gas reaction tank, the water is sent into a secondary sedimentation tank;
e) the secondary sedimentation tank separates the sludge from the supernatant of the incoming water, the separated supernatant is directly discharged after being purified, the sludge is subjected to composting treatment, and the platycodon grandiflorum of the plants on the artificial wetland is collected and then subjected to composting treatment.
The sedimentation tank is a structure for removing suspended matters in water by applying sedimentation and is equipment for purifying water. The suspended substances in the water are removed by utilizing the natural sedimentation or coagulating sedimentation of the water. The sedimentation tank is generally a structure for separating sludge and water before or after biochemistry, and most of the sedimentation tank is sludge with finer separated particles. The sedimentation tank is generally a structure for separating sludge and water before or after biochemistry, and most of the sedimentation tank is sludge with finer separated particles. Before biochemistry, the sludge is called a primary sedimentation tank, the inorganic components of the precipitated sludge are more, and the water content of the sludge is lower than that of the sludge in a secondary sedimentation tank. The sedimentation tank after biochemistry is generally called as a secondary sedimentation tank, most of the sedimentation tank is organic sludge, and the water content of the sludge is high.
The anoxic reaction tank is a biochemical system with dissolved oxygen controlled between 0.2-0.5mg/l in terms of relative anaerobic and aerobic. The anoxic reaction tank refers to a reaction tank without dissolved oxygen but with nitrate.
The aerobic gas reaction tank is used for carrying out aerobic treatment on water, and the aerobic treatment refers to a biochemical process of degrading and converting organic matters into humus-like substances under the participation of microorganisms and under the conditions of proper carbon-nitrogen ratio, moisture content, oxygen and the like.
The prior rural sewage is generally simply treated or not treated by each household independently and directly discharged, a simple septic tank is built by self for treating, the space in the septic tank is relatively closed, and a large amount of toxic gases including methane, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and the like are gathered. The gases are gathered together to form potential safety hazards, safety accidents can easily happen if no countermeasure is taken in the process of cleaning the septic tank, on the other hand, the number of the biogas generated by the septic tanks of each family is too small, the recycling cost performance is not high, but if the concentration of the biogas in the septic tank is too high, the risk of explosion exists. In view of the above, the septic tank built in the rural area lacks the necessary safety guarantee. In order to solve the problem, the method and the device adopt the unified collection and treatment of the rural domestic sewage, the unified collection and treatment are adopted, the condition that the rural sewage is scattered in a plate is improved, the conditions of disordered arrangement, staggered arrangement and wrong arrangement are avoided, each household does not need to build a septic tank by oneself, the construction cost is saved, and the risk occurrence probability is reduced. The sewage is collected and treated in a unified way, which means that the original methane generation amount of the septic tanks of each family is planned to be more than a few, so that the methane can be recycled, and the sewage is changed into valuable.
Rural sewage treatment is gradually changed into centralized collection treatment from non-treatment and simple treatment through development for many years, but the treatment method still has a plurality of places which can be optimized. The method is characterized in that a plate of the artificial wetland is added at the tail end of sewage treatment, the effluent of the secondary sedimentation tank is not directly discharged to the adjacent water body, but is discharged to the newly added artificial wetland for deeper treatment, the artificial wetland is a ground similar to the marshland which is constructed artificially and operated under control, sewage and sludge are controllably delivered to the artificially constructed wetland, and the sewage and the sludge mainly utilize the physical, chemical and biological triple synergistic effects of soil, artificial media, plants and microorganisms in the process of flowing in a certain direction to treat the sewage and the sludge. The action mechanism of the plant nutrient solution comprises the actions of adsorption, detention, filtration, oxidation reduction, precipitation, microbial decomposition, transformation, plant shielding, residue accumulation, transpiration moisture and nutrient absorption and various animals. Compared with the traditional sewage treatment plant, the constructed wetland has the obvious advantages of low investment, low operation cost and the like, and in rural areas, because the population density is relatively low, the constructed wetland can save 1/3-1/2 in general investment compared with the traditional sewage treatment plant. In the treatment process, the constructed wetland basically adopts a gravity-flow mode, the energy consumption is basically avoided in the treatment process, the operation cost is low, the cost of treating each ton of wastewater by a sewage treatment plant is about 1 yuan, and the average number of the constructed wetland is less than 2. Therefore, in rural areas with lower population density, the construction of the constructed wetland is more economical than that of the traditional sewage treatment plant. The use effect of the artificial wetland in rural areas is also superior to that of the traditional sewage treatment plant, firstly, the artificial wetland uses a pure biological technology to purify water, and the sewage treatment plant uses a chemical method, so that a large amount of sludge and waste residues rich in harmful chemical components can be generated in the treatment process of the sewage treatment plant to influence the environment, and the artificial wetland has no secondary pollution. And secondly, the artificial wetland takes aquatic plants and flowers as main treatment plants, has good landscape effect while treating sewage, and is beneficial to the reconstruction of rural environment. In addition, the artificial wetland also has sustainable economic benefits, and some aquatic plants with purification effect and certain economic value can be selected from the artificial wetland, so that the economic benefits are generated while the sewage is treated. The operation management of the artificial wetland is simpler and more convenient than that of a sewage treatment plant, and the artificial wetland does not need special people to take charge basically because the artificial wetland operates by itself completely by adopting a biological method, and aquatic plants can be harvested once a year. In rural areas with low population density and less pollution emission, the constructed wetland domestic sewage treatment facility has many advantages, the treatment facility fully utilizes the topographic characteristics around the farmhouse, is simple to implement according to local conditions, and can be reconstructed by using ponds and landscape pools of parks; the scale can be large or small, the investment is small, the maintenance is convenient, the occupied area is small, the effect of beautifying the landscape can be achieved by matching with the planting of the aquatic plants, and the aquatic plants also have certain utilization value.
The fertilizer produced by the compost can be used as the fertilizer of crops, so that the resource recycling of waste is really realized.
In light of the foregoing description of preferred embodiments according to the invention, many modifications and variations can be made by the worker skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
