The control method of the cotton packing management system according to the embodiment of the invention is used for the cotton packing management system in any technical scheme. Specifically, after the production of the cotton packaging film is finished, the code carrier is placed on the cotton packaging film, and after the cotton packaging management system obtains the production information of the cotton packaging film, the first read-write device is controlled to store the production information of the cotton packaging film into the code carrier. Based on the method, after the cotton bale is stored or sold and transported to a customer, if the cotton bale is damaged, the quality parameters of the cotton bale and the processing parameters of the cotton bale can be confirmed by acquiring the production information and the processing information of the cotton bale in the code carrier, and then the person responsible for the damage of the cotton bale is confirmed by combining the damage condition of the cotton bale, and further the contact way of the person responsible for the damage is searched according to the production information and the processing information acquired from the code carrier, so that the person responsible for the damage can be traced. By the control method of the cotton packing management system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the problems that the person responsible for cotton bale damage cannot be accurately confirmed and the contact way of the person responsible for cotton bale damage cannot be acquired due to the difficulty in acquiring the quality parameters of the cotton packing film and the processing parameters of the cotton bale when the dispute of cotton bale damage is manually processed are solved, and the processing efficiency of the dispute of responsibility is greatly improved. And, manage the processing of cotton bale through mutually supporting of carrier, first management subsystem and second management subsystem, can also avoid the waste of too much manpower and material resources, improve machining efficiency and information management's accuracy.
In the above technical solution, the step of controlling the first read/write device of the first management subsystem to store the production information in the code carrier specifically includes: generating a first code according to the production information; controlling a first read-write device to write a first code into a code carrier; the step of controlling a second reading and writing device of a second management subsystem to store the processing information to the code carrier specifically comprises the following steps: generating a second code according to the processing information; controlling a second reading and writing device to write a second code into the code carrier; the control method of the cotton packing management system further comprises the following steps: controlling a second reading and writing device to read the production information in the code carrier; and controlling the second reading and writing device to execute the storage action of the processing information based on the relation between the production information and the preset production information.
In the technical scheme, the first code is generated according to the production information, and the first reading-writing device is controlled to write the first code into the code carrier, so that the information safety can be improved. Wherein, a unique first code can be set for the production information of each cotton coating film. Specifically, a production information encoding table may be set in advance, and the controller may generate the first codes corresponding to all the production information through the correspondence between the production information and the codes on the production information encoding table. Even if the first code in the code carrier is read, the production information corresponding to the first code cannot be acquired under the condition that the production information coding table is not available by other people, and therefore the safety of the production information in the code carrier can be improved.
Furthermore, the first code, the production information coding table and the production information can be sent to the data management platform, and the data management platform stores the first code, the production information coding table and the production information in an associated manner. At the moment, the code carrier is scanned by the special equipment, the first code is obtained, the first code is sent to the data management platform, and the data management platform feeds back the corresponding production information according to the received first code and displays the production information through the first display device of the first management subsystem. Because the production information of the cotton coating film can not be directly obtained from the code carrier, the confidentiality of the production information is improved, the leakage of the production information is avoided, and the loss caused by the leakage of the production information is prevented.
Further, generating a second code according to the processing information; and the second reading and writing device is controlled to write the second code into the code carrier, so that the information security can be improved. Wherein a unique second code can be set for the processing information of each cotton bale. Specifically, a processing information code table may be set in advance, and the controller may generate the second codes corresponding to all the processing information through a correspondence between the processing information and the codes on the processing information code table. Even if the other person reads the second code in the code carrier, the other person cannot acquire the processing information corresponding to the second code without the processing information code table, and thus the safety of the processing information in the code carrier can be provided.
Furthermore, the second code, the processing information code table and the processing information can be sent to the data management platform, and the data management platform stores the second code, the processing information code table and the processing information in an associated manner. At the moment, the code carrier is scanned by the special equipment, the second code is acquired, the second code is sent to the data management platform, and the data management platform feeds back the corresponding processing information according to the received second code and displays the processing information through a second display device of the second management subsystem. Because the processing information of the cotton bale can not be directly obtained from the code carrier, the confidentiality of the processing information is improved, the leakage of the processing information is avoided, and the loss caused by the leakage of the processing information is prevented.
Furthermore, the control method of the cotton packing management system further comprises the steps of controlling the second reading and writing device to read the production information in the code carrier, and controlling the second reading and writing device to execute the storage action of the processing information based on the relation between the production information and the preset production information. The authenticity of the cotton coating film is judged by reading the production information of the cotton coating film in the code carrier body and based on the relation between the production information and the preset production information. Specifically, when the production information is compared with preset production information and meets a preset condition, the cotton packaging film is judged to be a qualified packaging film, and at the moment, a second reading and writing device is controlled to execute writing action of processing information; and when the cotton coating film is judged to be unqualified, controlling a second reading and writing device to end working. Further, prompt information can be sent out to inform a manager when the cotton coating film is judged to be unqualified. The production information is compared with the preset production information to determine the authenticity of the cotton coating film, so that the phenomenon that the cotton bale is easy to damage in the subsequent cotton bale transportation process due to the use of unqualified coating films in the cotton packing process is avoided.

As shown in fig. 1, a cotton bale management system 700 is provided in accordance with one embodiment for a cotton baler, comprising: the code carrier 100 is arranged on the cotton coating film; the first management subsystem 200 is arranged on a production line of cotton coating and is used for storing production information of the cotton coating and enveloping to the code carrier 100; the second management subsystem 300 is disposed on the cotton bale production line, and is configured to store the processing information of the cotton bale in the code carrier 100.
The cotton bale management system 700 provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for a cotton baler and comprises a code carrier 100, a first management subsystem 200 and a second management subsystem 300. After the cotton coating production is finished, the code carrier 100 is placed on the cotton coating, and the production information of the cotton coating is stored in the code carrier 100. After the cotton is packaged by using the cotton packaging film and processed into the cotton bale, the processing information of the cotton bale is stored in the code carrier 100 on the cotton packaging film. At this time, the code carrier 100 stores the production information of the cotton coating film and the processing information of the cotton bale. Based on this, after the cotton bale is stored or sold and transported to a customer, if the damaged condition of the cotton bale occurs, the quality parameters of the cotton bale and the processing parameters of the cotton bale can be confirmed by acquiring the production information and the processing information of the cotton bale in the code carrier 100, and then the person responsible for the damaged cotton bale is confirmed by combining the damaged condition of the cotton bale, and further the contact way of the person responsible is searched according to the production information and the processing information acquired from the code carrier 100, so that the responsibility can be traced. The cotton packing management system 700 provided by the embodiment of the invention avoids the problems that the quality parameters of the cotton packing film and the processing parameters of the cotton bale are difficult to obtain when the dispute of cotton bale breakage is manually handled, so that the responsible person of cotton bale breakage cannot be accurately confirmed, and the contact way of the responsible person cannot be obtained, thereby greatly improving the handling efficiency of responsibility dispute. In addition, the cotton bale processing is managed through the mutual matching of the code carrier 100, the first management subsystem 200 and the second management subsystem 300, the waste of excessive manpower and material resources can be avoided, and the processing efficiency and the accuracy of information management are improved.
In addition, the code carrier 100 is added on the cotton packaging film, so that the efficiency of information statistics is improved, and the error of manual statistics operation is avoided. Further, the code carrier 100 is arranged on the cotton packaging film, and the problem that production information of the cotton packaging film and processing information of the cotton bales cannot be traced is solved.
Further, the cotton bale management system 700 further comprises: and the data management platform 400 is used for storing the production information of cotton bale breaking films and the processing information of cotton bales.
In this embodiment, cotton bale management system 700 also includes a data management platform 400. By arranging the data management platform 400, the production information of the cotton bale envelope and the processing information of the cotton bale can be stored in the data management platform 400. On one hand, the production management personnel can conveniently inquire the production information of the cotton bale envelope forming completed by the first management subsystem 200 and the processing information of the cotton bales stored by the second management subsystem 300; on the other hand, a client company who purchases the cotton bale is convenient to inquire and acquire the production information of the cotton bale envelope and the processing information of the cotton bale. In addition, the warehousing management can be carried out by acquiring the production information and the processing information in the code carrier 100, so that the cost of manual statistics of warehousing is reduced, the efficiency of warehousing management is improved, and the accuracy is also improved.
Specifically, a query account may be configured for the administrator, and after the administrator logs in the query account at the terminal, the data management platform 400 sends displayable production information and/or processing information to the terminal according to the type of the query account. The terminal can be a computer, a mobile phone, an IPAD and other mobile terminals. The type of the inquiry account includes that only production information can be inquired, only processing information can be inquired, and both production information and processing information can be inquired, and of course, the inquiry account can be classified into other types according to the needs.
Further, the cotton bale management system further comprises a network access device 600. The first management subsystem 200 establishes a communication connection with the data management platform 400 through the network access device 600, so that the first management subsystem 200 sends the production information of the cotton coating film to the data management platform 400 through the network access device 600, and the data management platform 400 stores the production information of the cotton coating film. Similarly, the second management subsystem 300 establishes a communication connection with the data management platform 400 through the network access device 600, so that the first management subsystem 200 sends the processing information of the cotton bale to the data management platform 400 through the network access device 600, and the data management platform 400 stores the processing information of the cotton bale.
Further, an inquiry account may be configured for the administrator, the administrator logs in the inquiry account at the terminal, the terminal establishes a communication connection with the data management platform 400 through the network access device 600, and the data management platform 400 sends displayable production information and/or processing information to the terminal through the network access device 600 according to the type of the inquiry account. The terminal can be a computer, a mobile phone, an IPAD and other mobile terminals, and can also be other electronic equipment capable of displaying information. The type of the inquiry account includes that only production information can be inquired, only processing information can be inquired, and both production information and processing information can be inquired, and of course, other types of classification setting can be performed according to the requirement for the inquiry account.
It is understood that the manager may be a manager of a manufacturer that produces the cotton bale envelope, a manager of a manufacturer that packs the cotton, or a manager of a customer company that purchases the cotton bale.
Further, in this embodiment, cotton bale management system 700 also includes a third management subsystem 500. By arranging the third management subsystem 500 in the warehouse for storing the cotton bales, the production information of cotton bale coating films and the processing information of the cotton bales in the code carrier 100 can be acquired when the cotton bales are put in storage, and then the production information and the processing information are combined with the storage management system to carry out storage management on the cotton bales, so that the cost of manual counting for storage is reduced, the efficiency of storage management is improved, and the accuracy is also improved.

On the basis of the above embodiment, the production information of cotton coating includes: one or more of the number of layers of the cotton coating film, manufacturers of the cotton coating film, production batches of the cotton coating film and production dates of the cotton coating film; the data management platform 400 is also operable to: confirming the confidentiality level of each production information; and feeding back the production information of cotton coating to the user based on the user level of the production information query.
In this embodiment, the data management platform 400 is also used to validate the privacy level of each type of production information. The data management platform 400 confirms the security level for each type of production information, and when a manager logs in an inquiry account on a terminal to inquire the production information, the data management platform 400 can send the production information of the security level corresponding to the user level to the terminal of the user logging in the inquiry account or other terminals designated by the user through the network access device 600 according to the user level corresponding to the inquiry account, so that the user can conveniently check the production information.
For example, the number of layers of the cotton coating film is first-level secret information, the manufacturer of the cotton coating film is second-level secret information, the production batch of the cotton coating film is third-level secret information, and the production date of the cotton coating film is fourth-level secret information. When the user level corresponding to the inquiry account is four levels, the inquiry account can only obtain four levels of secret information from the data management platform 400, that is, only the cotton envelope-making production date can be inquired. When the user level corresponding to the inquiry account is three, the inquiry account may obtain the fourth-level secret information and the third-level secret information from the data management platform 400, that is, may obtain the production batch of the cotton coating film and the production date of the cotton coating film from the data management platform 400. When the user level corresponding to the inquiry account is the second level, the inquiry account can acquire the fourth-level secret information, the third-level secret information and the second-level secret information from the data management platform 400, that is, the production batch of the cotton coating film, the production date of the cotton coating film and the manufacturer of the cotton coating film can be acquired from the data management platform 400. On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the processing information of the cotton bale comprises: one or more of longitude and latitude information of the processed cotton bale, date of processing the cotton bale, serial number of a vehicle for transporting the cotton bale and humidity of the cotton bale; the data management platform 400 is also operable to: confirming the confidentiality level of each processing information; and feeding back the processing information of the cotton bale to the user based on the user level of the processing information.
In this embodiment, the data management platform 400 is also used to validate the privacy level of each type of manufacturing information. The security level is confirmed for each type of processing information through the data management platform 400, and when a manager logs in an inquiry account on a terminal to inquire the processing information, the data management platform 400 can send the processing information of the security level corresponding to the user level to the terminal of the user logging in the inquiry account or other terminals designated by the user through the network access device 600 according to the user level corresponding to the inquiry account, so that the user can conveniently check the processing information.
For example, the longitude and latitude information of the processed cotton bale is first-level confidential information, the date of the processed cotton bale is second-level confidential information, the number of a vehicle for transporting the cotton bale is third-level confidential information, and the humidity of the cotton bale is fourth-level confidential information. When the user level corresponding to the inquiry account is four, the inquiry account can only obtain four levels of confidential information from the data management platform 400, that is, only the humidity of the cotton bale can be inquired. When the user level corresponding to the inquiry account is the third level, the inquiry account may acquire the fourth-level secret information and the third-level secret information from the data management platform 400, that is, may acquire the humidity of the bale and the number of the vehicle transporting the bale from the data management platform 400. When the user level corresponding to the inquiry account is the second level, the inquiry account can acquire the fourth-level confidential information, the third-level confidential information and the second-level confidential information from the data management platform 400, that is, the humidity of the cotton bale, the number of the vehicle for transporting the cotton bale and the date for processing the cotton bale can be acquired from the data management platform 400. When the user level corresponding to the inquiry account is one level, the inquiry account may acquire information of all security levels from the data management platform 400, that is, may acquire the humidity of the cotton bale, the number of the vehicle transporting the cotton bale, the date of processing the cotton bale, and the latitude and longitude information of processing the cotton bale from the data management platform 400.
In the embodiment, the confidentiality level is set for each type of processing information, and the processing information of the cotton bale is fed back to the user based on the user level for inquiring the production information, so that the situation that all the processing information can be inquired by the users at all levels can be avoided, the leakage of important information is avoided, and the market competitiveness of the cotton bale is influenced.
In this embodiment, the longitude and latitude information of the processing bale can be obtained by the positioning device. The positioning device can select a device which can provide accurate geographic information such as a GPS, a Beidou, a mobile base station and the like.

As shown in fig. 2, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the first management subsystem 200 includes: the first read-write device 202 is used for writing the production information into the code carrier 100; a first controller 204, configured to control the first read/write device 202 to perform a read/write action; a first display device 206 for displaying information read and written by the first reading device to the code carrier 100; the first controller 204 is further configured to: sending the production information to the data management platform 400 for storage; the first controller 204 is further configured to: generating a first code according to the production information; the first read/write device 202 is controlled to write the first code into the code carrier 100.
In this embodiment, the first management subsystem 200 includes a first read/write device 202, a first controller 204, and a first display device 206. The first controller 204 is in communication connection with the first read-write device 202, and the first controller 204 is used for data processing and can acquire production information of the cotton coating film. The first controller 204 sends the acquired production information of the cotton coating film to the first read-write device 202, and controls the first read-write device 202 to write the production information into the code carrier 100, so that the production information of the cotton coating film is stored in the code carrier 100. step 604, controlling a first read-write device of the first management subsystem to store the production information to a code carrier;
step 606, controlling a second reading and writing device to read the production information in the code carrier;
step 608, judging whether to control the second reading and writing device to execute the storing action of the processing information, if so, executing step 610, and if not, executing the ending program;
step 610, acquiring processing information of the cotton bale;
and step 612, controlling a second reading and writing device of the second management subsystem to store the processing information to the code carrier.
In this embodiment, the second reading and writing device 302 is controlled to execute the storing operation of the processing information based on the relationship between the production information and the preset production information. Specifically, if the production information is compared with preset production information and meets a preset condition, the cotton packaging film is judged to be a qualified packaging film, and at this time, the second reading and writing device 302 is controlled to execute the writing action of the processing information; and when the cotton coating film is judged to be unqualified, controlling the second reading and writing device 302 to end the work. Further, prompt information can be sent out to inform a manager when the cotton coating film is judged to be unqualified. The production information is compared with the preset production information to determine the authenticity of the cotton coating film, so that the phenomenon that the cotton bale is easy to damage in the subsequent cotton bale transportation process due to the use of unqualified coating films in the cotton packing process is avoided.

The computer-readable storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present invention stores thereon a computer program, and when executed by a processor, the computer program implements the control method of the cotton packing management system in any of the above embodiments, so that the computer program has all the technical effects of the cotton packing management system in any of the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.

one or more of the number of layers of the cotton coating film, manufacturers of the cotton coating film, production batches of the cotton coating film and production dates of the cotton packaging film;
the data management platform is further configured to:
confirming the confidentiality level of each production information;
and feeding back the production information of the cotton coating film to the user based on the user level of the production information.
4. The cotton bale management system of claim 2, wherein the bale processing information comprises:
processing one or more of longitude and latitude information of the cotton bale, a date of processing the cotton bale, a serial number of a vehicle transporting the cotton bale and humidity of the cotton bale;
the data management platform is further configured to:
confirming the confidentiality level of each processing information;
and feeding back the processing information of the cotton bale to the user based on the user level of the processing information.
5. The cotton bale management system of claim 2,
the first controller is further configured to:
sending the production information to the data management platform for storage;
the first controller is further configured to:
generating a first code according to the production information;
and controlling the first read-write device to write the first code into the code carrier.
6. The cotton bale management system of claim 2, wherein the second management subsystem comprises:
the second reading and writing device is used for writing the processing information into the code carrier;
the second controller is used for controlling the second reading and writing device to execute reading and writing actions;
the second display device is used for displaying the information read and written in the code carrier by the second reading device;
the second controller is further configured to:
sending the processing information to the data management platform for storage;
the second controller is further configured to:
generating a second code according to the processing information;
controlling the second reading and writing device to write the second code into the code carrier;
the second controller is further configured to:
controlling the second reading and writing device to read the production information in the code carrier;
and controlling the second reading and writing device to execute the writing action of the processing information based on the relation between the production information and preset production information.
