Description

Storage compartment and vehicle with such a storage compartment
Technical Field
The invention relates to a storage compartment according to the invention. The invention further relates to a vehicle with such a storage compartment.
Background
Storage compartments for accommodating a wide variety of objects, such as for example wallets, glasses, filler cards, toll cards (Mautkarte, sometimes referred to as toll gate cards) and the like, have long been known in most varied embodiments from practice of vehicle manufacturing in particular. The storage compartment can be configured to be closable by means of a covering element. In the case of a correspondingly large number of objects stored in the storage compartment, the storage compartment may have an irregular state, which in turn may cause a great expenditure of time for finding out the aforementioned objects in the case of a desired removal of a certain object.
In order to cope with this disadvantage, it is known from EP 1 854 672 A2 to equip the basin-shaped receiving container with at least one so-called dividing element which divides the receiving container into at least two compartments. In particular, guide means are provided here, which are designed to make it possible to move the separating element in the receiving container without any play.
A separating element for dividing a housing for storing at least one beverage container into two sections is known from DE 10 2017 214 437 A1. The separating element has an outer frame in which an elastically deformable object rests, which applies a pressing force to the beverage container in order to support the beverage container in the housing. The object may be formed by a folded shopping bag or warning vest (Warnweste) or by a sponge which is brought into a sheath made of plastic fabric.
DE 24 27 015 A1 discloses a closing flap (verschussklapp) for a glove compartment (Handschuhfach) in a motor vehicle, which has individual containers in the form of flat compartments for storing always handy objects, such as identity and vehicle cards, vaccination cards, blood group certificates, etc. For this purpose, the closure flap is formed with two walls extending parallel to one another, between which a container accessible via one of the above-mentioned flap walls is arranged. The container is accessible here from the inside or outside of the closure flap by means of a flip-top lid.
DE 101 41 505051 a with releasable release is knownSometimes referred to as a removable) separating wall storage compartment, wherein additional functions, in particular additional functions of a parking sign (sometimes also referred to as a parking time plate), are integrated in the separating wall. Furthermore, clamping means can be integrated into the separating wall, which clamping means assume the function of an invoice holder, writing tool holder or clamping block, for example. Such a separating element is configured to be as stable as possible in shape.
A storage compartment for objects in a vehicle is known from DE 10 2006 030 471 A1, which storage compartment has a slot in a side wall for receiving at least one insert for constructing a separating wall. The separating wall may be formed by a frame and have at least one flexible element, such as a mesh or film, covering the frame. It is also known from this document to design the frame as a U-shaped and to provide two webs which lie against one another and cover the frame, between which a receiving space is formed for an object which can be inserted into the receiving space via the frame end. It is in view of the fact that collision-sensitive objects such as, for example, credit cards, memory cards, etc. containing electronic modules, this solution seems to be inadequate, since there is a risk that the flexible elements do not sufficiently protect the above-mentioned objects stored between the flexible elements from collisions or deformations, for example, due to the introduction of hard objects into the compartment sections of the divided storage compartments. Furthermore, with this solution, an undefined storage of the above-mentioned objects in the accommodation space formed by the flexible element is obtained, which prevents a comfortable removal of the object in question from the accommodation space formed. The invention described below begins here.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to create a storage compartment with at least one separating wall that is further improved in view of the background art, which offers the possibility of reliably supporting particularly collision-sensitive objects and comfortable handling of the objects by hand and removal of the objects from the storage compartment during loading of the storage compartment with the objects. The object of the invention is also to provide a vehicle with such a storage compartment.
Starting from a storage compartment with at least one separating wall dividing the storage compartment into compartment sections, wherein the separating wall is formed by a dimensionally stable plate-like element and has a circumferential edge surface, the proposed task is solved in that at least one receptacle is arranged or formed in the interior of the separating wall for receiving an object, which receptacle is accessible via at least one opening in the abovementioned edge surface of the separating wall.
Since the separating wall, which is formed as a dimensionally stable plate-like element, generally has a minimum thickness, this advantageously opens up the possibility of a defined and reliable arrangement of small, in particular flat objects in the above-described container, wherein the given accessibility of the container by means of at least one opening in the edge face of the separating wall is accompanied by low outlay and space requirements.
Furthermore, preferred embodiments and designs of the invention are described.
In this respect, the at least one opening is preferably configured as a slit, whereby it is further preferred that the container together with the slit-like opening is configured as an insertion well for the flat object described above, wherein the insertion well is further preferably adapted to the dimensions of the object described above in order to ensure a defined or more precisely reproducible support of the object in the separating wall.
The at least one container together with the at least one opening is therefore preferably configured for at least partially receiving a card-like object with a particularly standardized card and/or credit card and/or memory card format and/or for at least partially receiving a coin or an object with a coin-like format, such as a Chip (Chip) for a shopping cart. The usefulness of the insertion well thus arranged is thus particularly verified, since the above-mentioned card is often important for the user, if necessary vital, when the card relates to a corresponding card with a health description, for example.
As a further development of the invention, the at least one separating wall is preferably configured to be releasable from the storage compartment. In this way, the possibility is created of using storage compartments without spatial separation or of designing the size of the compartment sections formed to be variable when a plurality of fastening means for fastening the separating walls in the storage compartments are provided which are arranged offset to one another.
As also provided in the present invention, according to a first embodiment of the present invention, an opening is provided in a visible and accessible edge section of the edge surface of the separating wall.
Alternatively, according to a second embodiment of the invention, the releasable separating wall can be provided with an opening in an edge surface section of the edge surface of the releasable separating wall, which is not visible in the installed state of the separating wall in the storage compartment and is accessible only after the releasing of the separating wall from the storage compartment. A concealed configuration of the opening together with the container according to the type called "safe" is thereby obtained, whereby the "safe" is not directly visible and accessible to unauthorized persons. Such openings can be provided, for example, in edge surface sections of the edge surface of the releasable separating wall adjacent to the wall or bottom of the storage compartment.
It goes without saying that a combination of the two alternatives mentioned above for arranging the openings is encompassed by the present invention.
In a further development of the invention, it is furthermore provided that the at least one container together with the at least one opening is an integral part of the separating wall, thereby resulting in particular in a saving of material and weight.
Alternatively, a container which is produced separately and is inserted into a slot-like recess of the separating wall can also be provided. This measure opens up the possibility of providing a container which is specifically adapted to a specific object to be supported for use, which container can be replaced if necessary and can accordingly be provided by the manufacturer and/or the user of the storage compartment.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the at least one receptacle device has at least one holding device for physically and/or positively supporting the object to be supported in the receptacle. This results in a particularly reliable support of the object in the container.
In order to facilitate the handling of the objects by hand and/or the removal of the objects from the container when the container is manually loaded with objects, in a development of the invention it is provided that the holding means for physically and/or positively supporting the objects to be supported in the container comprise Push-mechanism (Push-mechanism) for supporting the objects. The push-push mechanism is understood here to be a mechanism known per se for locking a closure (zuhalteng) which is pressed into a locked locking position (fixed) by the application of a force opposite to the direction of action of the pretensioned closure spring when the first force is applied or rather actuated and which is pressed into an open locking position (released) after the application of a force in the same direction or rather actuated.
In order to expand the functional range of the at least one separating wall, the separating wall can advantageously have, in addition to the at least one receptacle for supporting the object, at least one additional holding device for the at least one object to be supported, which is arranged or designed at the outer contour of the separating wall. Such as a net or a bag placed at the separating wall, a rubber band (gummizu, sometimes called elastic band or rubber band) fixed at both ends at the separating wall, a clamping element and/or the like may be provided as a holding means.
The invention also relates to a vehicle with a storage compartment of the type described above.
Drawings
The invention is further elucidated below with the aid of an embodiment schematically shown in the drawing. However, the invention is not limited to this embodiment, but encompasses all designs defined by the claims. For the purposes of the present description, the normal driving direction of a motor vehicle should be marked with "" ("negative x"), the direction opposite to its normal driving direction should be marked with "+x" ("positive x"), the direction viewed to the right on a horizontal line transverse to the x-direction with the normal driving direction (-x) as the starting point should be marked with "+y", the direction viewed to the left on a horizontal line transverse to the x-direction with the normal driving direction (-x) as the starting point should be marked with "", the direction viewed to the upward on a vertical line transverse to the x-direction should be marked with "+z", and the direction viewed to the downward on a vertical line transverse to the x-direction should be marked with "+z". This way of marking the spatial direction in cartesian coordinates corresponds to the coordinate system commonly used in the automotive industry. Furthermore, terms such as "front," rear, "" upper, "" lower, "and terms with similar meanings are used in a manner as commonly used for motor vehicle prescription index, including the terms" right "and" left. Detailed Description
First of all, fig. 1 shows a passenger compartment 1 of a vehicle 2, in particular of a motor vehicle, partially from the rear of the vehicle, in view of an instrument panel 3 arranged on the front side of the passenger compartment 1. Further, a center console 4 coupled to the lower portion of the instrument panel 3 described above can be seen.
The center console 4 has a storage compartment 5 which is open upwards according to fig. 2. The storage compartment 5 is configured in the form of a basin and has a bottom 6 and a surrounding wall 7. The storage compartment 5 further has a separating wall 8 for forming a plate-like element of stable shape. The thickness of the separating wall 8 is thus chosen to be much smaller than its width and height. Nevertheless, the separating wall 8 has a certain minimum thickness, so that a circumferential edge surface 9 is obtained at the separating wall 8. Preferably, the separating wall 8 described above is formed of a suitable hard plastic. According to this embodiment, the separating wall 8 is oriented perpendicularly and in the vehicle transverse direction (y-direction) and divides the storage compartment 5 into two compartment sections 5a,5b arranged one after the other, viewed in the vehicle longitudinal direction (x-direction).
However, the invention is not limited to the orientation shown by way of example, but rather any meaningful orientation contained within the storage compartment 5. The separating wall 8 can therefore be oriented vertically and in the vehicle longitudinal direction (x-direction) in view of the storage compartment 5 shown in fig. 2 (not shown). Furthermore, the invention is not limited to the above-described upwardly open storage compartment 5, but also includes a storage compartment 5, not shown, which has a lateral loading opening and at least one separating wall 8, which is oriented, for example, horizontally and in the transverse or longitudinal direction (y or x direction) of the vehicle. Furthermore, the separating walls 8 may also be arranged in the storage compartment 5 obliquely to a vertical or horizontal line (not shown).
According to fig. 2 and 3, the separating wall 8 has an upper, visible and freely accessible first edge surface section 9a, a lower, non-visible second edge surface section 9b facing the bottom 6 of the storage compartment 5 and non-visible third and fourth edge surface sections 9c,9d facing the wall 7 of the storage compartment 5.
Preferably, the separating wall 8 is configured to be releasable from the storage compartment 5 and has a first form-fitting device 10, which corresponds to a second form-fitting device 11 of the storage compartment 5. The first positive-locking means 10 are formed by a respective groove-like contour configuration of the third and fourth edge surface sections 9c,9d of the wall 7 facing the storage compartment 5. In contrast, the second form-fitting means 11 are formed by guide ribs of the wall 7, which are oriented vertically and project into the storage compartment 5 and which engage in a form-fitting manner in the respectively associated groove-like profile configuration described above at the engagement junction between the storage compartment 5 and the separating wall 8. The direction in which the separating wall 8 is fitted into the storage compartment 5 is marked by means of the directional arrow shown in fig. 2. This creates a fastening of the separating wall 8 at the storage compartment 5 in the longitudinal direction (x-direction) of the vehicle.
In order to also ensure that the separating wall 8 is fixed to the storage compartment 5 in the vehicle vertical direction (z-direction), the separating wall 8 has a fixing device 12 in the region of the first form-fitting device 10 or, more precisely, the groove-like contour configuration, beyond at least one, in each case groove-like contour configuration. According to this embodiment, the fastening device 12 is formed by a spring-loaded latching element which engages in a form-fitting manner into the fastening receptacle 14 or rather into the latching receptacle by means of the spring element 13 (see fig. 5). The fastening receptacle 14 is currently formed by a recess in the second form-fitting device 11 or in the guide rib concerned, which is arranged adjacent to the bottom 6 of the storage compartment 5 (see fig. 2 to 5).
As can be further seen from fig. 2 to 4, the separating wall 8 has, in the upper visible and freely accessible first edge surface section 9a of the circumferential edge surface 9, a slit-like opening 15 extending along the edge surface section 9a, which corresponds to or is connected to a container 16 arranged or created in the interior of the separating wall 8 in such a way that an insertion well is formed for receiving a narrow, not-shown object. The object may be, for example, a card-like object with a particularly standardized card and/or credit card and/or memory card format. Alternatively, this can also be, for example, a coin or an object with coin-like format, such as a small piece for a shopping cart. Such insertion wells prove to be particularly useful for the abovementioned card-shaped objects (which are generally important for the user, if necessary vital and for example have personal data), since a particularly reliable and protected support of the card concerned is thereby ensured.
According to this embodiment, the insertion well formed by the container 16 together with the opening 15 is formed by the separating wall 8 of the double wall and is thus an integral part of the separating wall 5 (see fig. 5). Two separating wall halves 8a,8b are currently available, which are inserted together in a plane perpendicular to this embodiment or can be inserted together and the container 16 is constructed in this way together with the opening 15. The two separating wall halves 8a,8b are produced, for example, according to a plastic injection molding method known per se.
The receptacle 16 formed in the interior of the separating wall 8 has a holding device 17 for the physical or rather friction-and/or form-fitting support of the object to be supported in the receptacle 16. According to this embodiment, the aforementioned holding means 17 are formed by ribs of the separating wall halves 8a,8b which protrude into the container 16, said holding means being dimensioned such that a reliable clamping of the card-shaped objects inserted into the container or into the formed insertion wells between the ribs is ensured. Furthermore, the separating wall halves 8a,8b are provided with retaining and guiding means 18 for supporting and guiding the above-mentioned elastic element 13. The spring element 13 is configured in a U-shape according to this embodiment, the free end of the spring element being configured or having a fastening device 12 or a locking element.
The embodiment described above is suitable for a container 16 which is constructed integrally with the separating wall 8 together with the opening 15. Alternatively, a container 16 which is produced separately and is inserted into a slot-like recess of the separating wall 8 can also be provided. This measure opens up the possibility of providing a container 16 which is specifically adapted to a certain object to be supported for use, which container can be replaced if necessary and can accordingly be provided by the manufacturer and/or by the user of the storage compartment 5 (not shown).
According to one embodiment of the invention, the insertion well formed by the container 16 together with the opening 15 is dimensioned such that the supported object also protrudes partly from the insertion well in order to be able to manually remove the object from the insertion well (not shown). Alternatively, the object can also be inserted completely into the insertion well formed by the container 16 together with the opening 15 and end flush with the edge surface 9 or the edge surface section 9a, for example, as much as possible. In order to ensure comfortable removal of the object from the insertion well, the edge surface section 9a has a recess, not shown, in order to be able to handle the object manually by means of a finger.
To further facilitate handling of the object of interest by hand when loading the container 16 with the object of interest manually and/or removal of the object of interest from the container 16, the container 16 may have a push-push mechanism for supporting the object (not shown). The push-push mechanism is understood here to be a mechanism known per se for locking a closure, which is pressed into a locked locking position (fixed) by the application of a force opposite to the direction of action of the pretensioned closure spring upon the first force application or actuation, and which is pressed into an open locking position (released fixed) upon the application of a further force in the same direction or actuation. The removal of the object that is completely inserted into the insertion well is then achieved by pressing the object further into the insertion well by means of, for example, a fingernail, whereby the latching position is released and the object is pushed out of the insertion well at least in sections and can thus be grasped manually. However, the edge surface section 9a may also have recesses, not shown here, in order to be able to handle the object manually with the aid of a finger.
The embodiment described above is an embodiment of the invention in which the opening 15 is provided in a first edge surface section 9a, which is visible and accessible to the customer or passenger, currently in the upper part of the edge surface 9 of the separating wall 8.
Alternatively or in combination with the above embodiment, in view of the above-described release wall 8 releasable from the storage compartment 5, the opening 15 can also be provided in an edge section 9b,9c,9d of the edge surface 9 of the release wall 8, which is not visible in the state in which the release wall 8 is mounted in the storage compartment 5 and is accessible after the release wall 8 has been released from the storage compartment 5. A concealed configuration of the opening 15 together with the container 16 is thereby obtained according to the type called "safe" which is thus not directly visible and accessible to unauthorized persons. The opening 15 can thus be provided, for example, in edge surface sections 9b,9c,9d (not shown) of the edge surface 9 of the releasable separating wall 8 adjacent to the wall 7 or the bottom 6 of the storage compartment 5.
Furthermore, the embodiments described above are suitable for a two-part separating wall 8 or separating wall 8 with two separating wall halves 8a,8 b. However, the invention is not limited to this embodiment, but also includes separating walls 8 (not shown in the drawing) which are constructed in one piece and more. In view of the above-described one-piece embodiment of the separating wall 8, the separating wall 8 can thus be embodied, for example, as a compact plastic part with an insertion well formed by the container 16 together with the opening 15, in particular the slit-shaped opening 15, within the scope of the above-described plastic injection molding method. A more complete embodiment of the separating wall 8 is produced, for example, by providing, in addition to the separating wall halves 8a,8b, separate edge surface sections 9a,9b,9c,9d which have at least the above-described openings 15, in particular slit-shaped openings 15, and which are arranged on the separating wall halves 8a,8 b.
Furthermore, in order to expand the functional range of the separating wall 8, the separating wall 8 can have, in addition to the receptacle 16 for supporting the card-shaped or coin-shaped object together with the opening 15, at least one not-shown additional holding device for the at least one object to be supported, which is arranged or embodied on the outer contour of the separating wall 8. Such as a net or a bag placed at the separation wall 8, a rubber band fixed at both ends at the separation wall 8, a clamping element and/or the like may be provided as a holding means.
