9) and conveying the metal plate with the baked paint to a film sticking machine for surface film sticking protection to finish forming a finished product.

a production process for etching a bicolor decorative metal plate is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) lifting the metal plate to a screen printing platform, and carrying out pattern screen printing by using printing ink through a screen printing plate; the pattern can be any design pattern; the selected metal plate is a stainless steel metal plate;
2) drying the printing ink with the patterns printed on the surface of the metal plate in the air or in an oven to solidify the printing ink on the surface of the metal plate;
3) conveying the metal plate with the solidified ink to an etching machine, and etching the surface of the metal plate which is not covered by the ink by using etching liquid to etch concave patterns on the surface of the metal plate;
4) conveying the etched metal plate to ink removing equipment, softening, cleaning and removing the printed ink by using sodium hydroxide to form a concave pattern and a convex pattern on the surface of the metal plate;
5) conveying the metal plate with the concave patterns and the corresponding convex patterns to a sanding machine, and sanding and cleaning the surface of the metal plate until the metal plate is clean;
6) conveying the metal plate with the concave patterns and the corresponding convex patterns to PVD coating equipment, and then carrying out vacuum PVD coating on the surface of the metal plate completely to form a full-coverage PVD coating layer on the surface of the metal plate; the color of the PVD coating layer (such as sapphire blue) is different from the natural color of the metal plate; the natural color of the metal plate is silvery white;
7) conveying the metal plate with the PVD coating layer to a snowflake sand machine to carry out surface integral horizontal grinding of snowflake sand, so that the PVD coating layer becomes thin until the PVD coating layer covering the surface of the raised pattern is ground off, the natural color of the metal surface of the original raised pattern is clearly exposed, a snowflake surface effect is formed on the surface of the raised pattern, the PVD coating layer in the lower concave pattern is still reserved, and patterns of two colors are formed on the surface of the metal plate, wherein one color is the color of the pattern of the PVD coating layer (sapphire blue), the other color is the natural color of the raised pattern on the surface of the original metal plate (silver white), and the patterns of the two colors are staggered and regular or irregular; the plurality of PVD coating layers are gathered to form a PVD coating pattern layer;
8) the surface of the metal plate is baked, the original black titanium coloring layer pattern or the original PVD coating layer pattern and the original metal plate surface raised pattern are fully covered by the baking paint to form a baking paint layer, then the baking paint layer is cured at high temperature to realize surface protection, and the two colors (sapphire blue, silver white, and matching of the two colors) in the front can be clearly seen through the baking paint layer; the color of the baking varnish is colorless baking varnish (transparent baking varnish); baking paint by using a paint baking machine or paint baking equipment;
9) and conveying the metal plate with the baked paint to a film sticking machine for surface film sticking protection to finish forming a finished product.

1. A production process for etching a bicolor decorative metal plate is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) lifting the metal plate to a screen printing platform, and carrying out pattern screen printing by using printing ink through a screen printing plate;
2) drying the printing ink with the patterns printed on the surface of the metal plate in the air or in an oven to solidify the printing ink on the surface of the metal plate;
3) conveying the metal plate with the solidified ink to an etching machine, and etching the surface of the metal plate which is not covered by the ink by using etching liquid to etch concave patterns on the surface of the metal plate;
4) conveying the etched metal plate to ink removing equipment, softening, cleaning and removing the printed ink by using sodium hydroxide to form a concave pattern and a convex pattern on the surface of the metal plate;
5) conveying the metal plate with the concave patterns and the relative convex patterns to a sand grinder, and carrying out sanding and cleaning treatment on the surface of the metal plate;
6) conveying the metal plate with the concave patterns and the corresponding convex patterns to oxidation coloring equipment, and then plating black titanium on the surface of the metal plate by using oxidation coloring water to form a full-covered black titanium coloring layer on the surface of the metal plate; the color of the black titanium coloring layer is different from the natural color of the metal plate;
or the following steps: conveying the metal plate with the concave patterns and the relative convex patterns to PVD coating equipment, and then carrying out vacuum PVD coating on the surface of the metal plate completely to form a full-coverage PVD coating layer on the surface of the metal plate; the color of the PVD coating layer is different from the natural color of the metal plate;
7) conveying the metal plate with the black titanium coloring layer or the PVD coating layer to a snowflake sand machine for carrying out surface integral horizontal grinding on snowflake sand to thin the black titanium coloring layer or the PVD coating layer until the black titanium coloring layer or the PVD coating layer covering the surface of the raised pattern is ground off to clearly expose the original color of the metal surface with the original raised pattern, and keeping the black titanium coloring layer or the PVD coating layer in the lower recessed pattern to form patterns with two colors on the surface of the metal plate, wherein one is the color of the patterns of the black titanium coloring layer or the PVD coating layer, the other is the original color of the raised patterns on the surface of the original metal plate, and the patterns with the two colors are staggered and regular or irregular;
8) the surface of the metal plate is baked, the original black titanium coloring layer pattern or the original PVD coating layer pattern and the original raised pattern on the surface of the metal plate are fully covered by the baking paint to form a baking paint layer, then the baking paint layer is cured at high temperature to realize surface protection, and the two colors in the front can be clearly seen through the baking paint layer; the baking varnish is lighter than the first two colors or colorless.
9) And conveying the metal plate with the baked paint to a film sticking machine for surface film sticking protection to finish forming a finished product.
2. The process for producing an etched bi-color decorative metal sheet according to claim 1, wherein: the PVD coating is a vacuum ion coating, and the color is as follows: titanium gold, champagne, bronze, rose gold, gray titanium, coffee gold, wine red, rose red, and sapphire blue.

The process for producing an etched bi-color decorative metal sheet according to claim 1, wherein: the water temperature of the water plating of the oxidation coloring water-plated black titanium is 80-95 ℃, and the time is 30-80 minutes; the temperature of the PVD coating is 130-180 ℃, and the time is 5-25 minutes.
4. The process for producing an etched bi-color decorative metal sheet according to claim 1, wherein: the ink removing time of the step 4 is 2-4 minutes, and the ink removing water temperature is normal temperature.
5. The process for producing an etched bi-color decorative metal sheet according to claim 1, wherein: the oxidation coloring equipment is a coloring pool; the PVD coating equipment is vacuum coating equipment; the thickness of the PVD coating layer is 0.15-5 microns.
6. The process for producing an etched bi-color decorative metal sheet according to claim 1, wherein: the metal plate is a stainless steel plate or an aluminum plate or a copper plate or a composite plate with stainless steel.
7. The process for producing an etched bi-color decorative metal sheet according to claim 1, wherein: the film material of the PVD coating layer is a titanium chemical film layer or a titanium-aluminum composite compound film layer.
