When the die is needed to be cleaned, a worker opens a switch of the motor 204 through a control box on the die casting machine main body 1, the motor 204 drives the wind suction wheel 206 to rotate through the belt 207, the wind suction wheel 206 rotates to generate strong suction force, hot steam generated during cleaning is sucked into the adsorption box 201 through the concentrated adsorption head 203 and the adsorption tube 202, when the hot steam in the adsorption box 201 passes through the pretreatment box 301, the heat conduction plate 210 on the side wall of the adsorption box 201 can transfer heat of the hot steam, the heat conduction plate 210 transfers the heat to the volatile liquid 302, when the heat of the volatile liquid 302 reaches a certain value, the volatile liquid 302 begins to volatilize and become gas, meanwhile, the adhesion settling balls 303 in the volatile liquid 302 are also heated to expand, the gel 305 flows out from capillary holes on the protective film 304 and is mixed with the volatile liquid 302, and enters the adsorption box 201 through the film 211 along with the recovered volatile liquid 302, gel 305 can wrap up the metallic impurity in the hot steam, the metallic impurity that is wrapped up enters into cooling edulcoration case 401 through conveyer pipe 402, under speed reducer 408's effect, contact with sand grain 409 on the speed reducer 408, sand grain 409 can further wrap up metallic impurity, make metallic impurity's whole volume grow, under the effect of flowing hot steam, the metallic impurity that is wrapped up by sand grain 409 rolls on speed reducer 408, until entering into cooling edulcoration liquid 403 through insert tube 404 in, subside, hot steam cools off through cooling edulcoration liquid 403, carry out metallic impurity simultaneously and subside, discharge outside cooling edulcoration case 401 through outlet duct 406 at last, thereby can greatly reduced the influence of hot steam to the staff.
