Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted.
In the present embodiment, an example of the in-order waiting management in the case where the hospital a and the pharmacy B are continuously used is described, but the present invention can be applied to all facilities such as restaurants, entertainment facilities, shopping centers, department stores, government offices, maintenance stores, banks, travel agencies, etc., which manage the in-order waiting of users of facilities.
Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of a sequence management system 1000 according to the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the sequence management system 1000 includes a sequence management server (sequence management apparatus) 100 installed in a management center or the like, a sequence management terminal 200 installed near an entrance of a store (facility) or the like, and a user terminal 300 owned by a user who has arrived at the store. The sequence management server 100 is connected to the sequence management terminal 200 and the user terminal 300 via a communication network N.
The order management server 100 manages the in-order wait registered via the order management terminal 200 for each facility. In the example of fig. 1, only the order management terminal 200 of one facility is illustrated, but the order management server 100 is actually connected to the order management terminals 200 provided in a plurality of facilities via a communication network to manage the sequential waiting of the facilities. The sequence management server 100 is a general-purpose computer, and a predetermined server program is run on the computer to realize a server function. The computer constituting the order management server 100 does not necessarily have to be one computer, and may be constituted by a plurality of computers dispersed on the communication network N.
The order management server 100 includes a management database (storage unit) 110 for managing the order management terminal 200 for each facility, and a processor (in-order waiting registration necessity confirmation notification unit, acceptance registration execution unit, and in-order waiting information providing unit) 120. The management database 110 includes a client management table TA1 and a status management table TA 2.
In the customer management table TA1, a unique ID and a password (account number) assigned to the sequence management terminal 200 are registered for each facility. For example, as the record of "hospital a", there is set "ID: a1 … "," password: AA2 … ", and the like. In addition, position information (latitude and longitude) of each facility and information of industry (such as "medical institution" in the case of hospital a and "pharmacy" in the case of pharmacy B) are registered. These pieces of information are set by, for example, an administrator (e.g., an owner of the facility) who performs the sequential waiting management in each facility when the system is introduced. When a plurality of order management terminals 200 are used in one facility, the same ID and password may be used, but a plurality of IDs and passwords may be used according to predetermined conditions, for example.
The status management table TA2 has an in-order waiting list registered therein for each facility. The in-order waiting list includes a list of people who are waiting in order (in-order waiting groups) and information (status information) indicating the waiting status of each in-order waiting group. One record of the in-order waiting list includes an acceptance number "201", an acceptance time "13: 03 ", state" in call ", acceptance item" medical ", nickname" ABC ", electronic mailbox" ABC @ xyz. In addition, the information may include names, telephone numbers, and the like.
The states include a state in which the order is turned before, that is, "waiting", a state in which the order is turned after notification, that is, "calling", a state in which the person whose turn is turned after is actually guided to the seat, that is, "guidance completed", and a state in which the sequential waiting is canceled, that is, "canceled", and the like. The manager or the like of each facility can appropriately set and change which item is set to the state.
The acceptance item is an item that can be selected when accepting registration, and in the case of hospital a, the user selects a clinical department that is going to wait in order as the acceptance item.
The mailbox is an email box temporarily registered when the user performs in-order waiting registration from the user terminal 300. When the email box is temporarily registered, a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of a registered website that waits in order is transmitted to the registered address. In addition, the registered electronic mail box can be used as an address for receiving a call notification in turn.
The information included in the ordered waiting list can be set and changed as appropriate by the manager of each facility or the like. For example, in the case of a restaurant, information such as the number of people waiting for the groups in order may be included. The contents of the records of the ordered waiting list are updated based on new registration information or update information of the status (described in detail later) transmitted from the order management terminal 200 to the ordered waiting list.
The processor 120 is constituted by an arithmetic logic operation unit (CPU or the like) that handles arithmetic operations, logical operations, bit operations, and the like, and various registers, and centrally controls each part of the sequence management server 100 by executing various programs stored in a storage mechanism such as ROM. In addition, the processor 120 also executes a computer program (order management application) for managing in-order waiting in cooperation with the order management terminal 200 or the user terminal 300.
The communication network N includes a communication network capable of transmitting and receiving information to and from the sequence management server 100, the sequence management terminal 200, the user terminal 300, and the like. The communication network N may be any one of the internet, LAN, private line, telephone line, intranet, mobile communication network, bluetooth (registered trademark), WiFi (Wireless Fidelity: Wireless network), other communication line, a combination thereof, and the like, and may be wired or Wireless.
The order management terminal 200 can be any terminal device capable of transmitting and receiving data to and from the order management server 100 via the communication network N, such as a tablet terminal, a Personal Computer (PC), a notebook PC, a smart phone, a mobile phone, and a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA). In addition, a plurality of sequence management terminals 200 can be used in one facility.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing a main configuration of the sequence management terminal 200. The order management terminal 200 includes a processor 210, an input device 215, a display device 216, a communication interface 220, and a storage resource 230. The order management terminal 200 receives an input such as registration or update to the ordered waiting list by a user or a staff member of the facility directly operating an input device 215 such as a touch panel. For example, the staff of the facility makes an input for re-registering the in-sequence waiting in the in-sequence waiting list or an input for updating the status registered in the in-sequence waiting list.
The processor 210 is constituted by an arithmetic logic operation unit (CPU, etc.) that handles arithmetic operations, logical operations, bit operations, etc., and various registers, and centrally controls each part of the sequence management terminal 200 by executing various programs stored in the storage resource 230. The various registers are, for example, program counters, data registers, command registers, general purpose registers, etc.
The input device 215 includes various operation buttons and a touch panel 215a for receiving an input such as reception to the ordered waiting list or cleaning from the ordered waiting list.
The display device 216 is a device for displaying a sequential waiting list, an acceptance screen, or a state management screen, and is configured by, for example, a liquid crystal display.
The communication interface 220 is a hardware module connected to the communication network N and used for communicating with other devices via the communication network N. The communication interface 220 is a modem device such as an ISDN modem, an ADSL modem, a cable modem, an optical modem, and a soft modem.
The storage resource 230 is, for example, a logical device provided by a storage area of a physical device. The physical device is, for example, a recording medium such as a magnetic disk drive or a semiconductor memory (ROM, RAM, etc.) that can be read by a computer. The storage resource 230 may be constructed by mapping a plurality of physical devices to one logical device, or may be constructed by mapping one physical device to a plurality of logical devices.
The storage resource 230 stores therein an operating system program, a driver, various data, and the like. As the driver, for example, a communication interface driver for controlling the communication interface 220 and the like are available. In addition, in the storage resource 230, in addition to these various programs and various data, a computer program (sequence management application) AP1 for managing in-order waiting in cooperation with the sequence management server 100 or the user terminal 300 by being executed by the processor 210 is stored.
The user terminal 300 is a terminal such as a smartphone, a mobile phone, a tablet terminal, a Personal Computer (PC), a notebook PC, a wearable device, or the like, which is owned by a user of a facility. The user terminal 300 includes a processor 310, an input device 320 such as various operation buttons and a touch panel, a display device 330 such as a liquid crystal display, a communication interface 340 for connecting to the communication network N, and a storage resource 350 such as a magnetic disk drive or a semiconductor memory (ROM, RAM, etc.). In addition to these various programs and various data, a computer program (dedicated application program) or the like for managing in-order waiting in cooperation with the order management server 100 is stored in the storage resource 350. The user can register the in-order waiting or confirm the in-order waiting condition with each facility via a dedicated application or web browser installed in the user terminal 300.
(acceptance registration of waiting in order)
Next, the reception registration process based on the in-order wait performed by the order management system 1000 will be described with reference to the sequence diagram of fig. 3. The user who performs registration acceptance may actually go to the facility and operate the sequence management terminal 200, or may perform registration acceptance via the user terminal 300 carried by the user. When the user terminal 300 is used, the user can accept registration even from home or a place to go. Specifically, the acceptance screen of the facility to be used can be displayed on the dedicated application or the website, and the acceptance registration can be performed. Here, a case where the user terminal 300 is used will be described as an example.
First, the user operates the user terminal 300 to access a website of the order management system 1000, and selects an operation of a facility (here, hospital a) to be used (step S101).
When the facility desired to be used is selected, the user terminal 300 displays an email box input screen on the display device 330, and accepts an input of an email box (step S102).
When the input of the electronic mailbox is completed, the user terminal 300 transmits the identification information of the selected facility (the name of the facility, the ID of the facility, or the like) and the input electronic mailbox to the order management server 100 (step S103).
The sequence management server 100 transmits a URL showing the received facility acceptance screen to the received email address (step S104).
The user operates the user terminal 300 to access the received URL and display the reception screen of hospital a (step S105). Information such as the current waiting time of hospital a is displayed on the reception screen. The user operates the user terminal 300 to complete input of information (nickname, reception item, whether or not a call notification (telephone or mail) is desired, contact person at the time of call, and the like) necessary for reception of the waiting order.
When the input of the information necessary for the reception of the in-order waiting is completed, the input information (new registration information) is transmitted from the user terminal 300 to the order management server 100 (step S106).
The order management server 100 performs a process of newly adding a set of in-order waits to the in-order wait list of the facility (hospital a) based on the received new registration information (step S107).
The user terminal 300 displays a reception completion screen, and also displays a reception number, a current expected waiting time, and the like (step S108).
When the user accepts the registration from the sequence management terminal 200, a message prompting the user to receive the number plate is displayed on the acceptance completion screen together with the acceptance number and the expected waiting time, and the user can receive the printed number plate from the printer connected to the sequence management terminal 200. The two-dimensional code associated with the acceptance number is printed on the number plate, and the user reads the two-dimensional code using the user terminal 300, thereby displaying the current sequential waiting status (current waiting group number, predicted waiting time, etc.) of the user on the user terminal 300.
(in-order waiting for the update of the list)
The contents of each record of the in-order waiting list of each facility are updated when the staff of the facility performs operations such as "cancel", "change", "call", "guide" using the order management terminal 200. "cancel" means to cancel the in-order waiting, and "change" means to change the contents of the temporarily input in-order waiting. The "call" refers to a state in which a group whose order has been turned is orally called or notified by telephone, call mail, or the like, and the "guidance" refers to a state in which a response is actually started for the group whose order has been turned.
The staff selects the in-order waiting group as the update target from the in-order waiting list displayed on the order management terminal 200, and performs any one of the update operations of "cancel", "change", "call", and "guide" on the selected in-order waiting group. Information specifying the order waiting group to be updated (for example, reception number "1") and information of the update operation (for example, "call") are uploaded from the order management terminal 200 to the order management server 100 via the communication network N. The order management server 100 updates the in-order waiting list of the facility based on the received information. For example, when the "call" operation is performed on the reception number "1", the state of the in-order waiting group of the reception number "1" is updated to "call".
(processing at boot time)
Next, a process when the user is guided in the facility after waiting for registration in order and the status becomes the completion of the guidance will be described using the sequence diagram of fig. 4.
When the state of the in-order waiting group registered in the in-order waiting list becomes "completion guide" (step S201: yes), the order management server 100 notifies the user terminal 300 of the in-order waiting group of the necessity confirmation of the next in-order waiting registration (step S202). The notification may also be a mail notification or a push notification, etc. In addition, the two-dimensional code may be displayed on a screen displayed when the two-dimensional code is read by the user terminal 300.
Fig. 5 is a diagram illustrating a notification screen displayed on the user terminal 300, which is next to wait for confirmation of the necessity of registration in sequence. As shown in fig. 5, the next sequential wait can be registered using the current acceptance registration information (data registered when acceptance registration of hospital a is performed). Further, information (e.g., email address, nickname, number of people, etc.) usable for the next registration is displayed.
When the user performs an operation of selecting registration of the next in-order waiting (operation of the button B) (yes in step S203), the order management server 100 causes the user terminal 300 to display a candidate facility for registration of in-order waiting (step S204).
Fig. 6 is a diagram illustrating a presentation screen for registering a next facility candidate waiting in sequence. As shown in fig. 6, a plurality of facilities (drugstores and restaurants) are displayed as candidates. The order management server 100 displays facilities of a predetermined industry among the facilities registered in the customer management table TA1, and facilities within a certain distance (for example, within 1 km) from the facility registered most recently (here, hospital a).
The industry may be held in the order management server 100 by setting in advance an industry that is registered frequently after the facility registered most recently based on statistical information such as actual usage conditions. For example, when an industry whose frequency of sequentially waiting for registration is equal to or more than a certain value after a hospital (medical institution) is "drugstore" and "restaurant", the "drugstore" and "restaurant" within a certain distance are displayed as candidates for accepting registration after the "medical institution".
When the user performs an operation to select one of the facilities displayed on the user terminal 300, the sequence management server 100 displays a reception screen of the selected facility on the user terminal 300 (step S205). Here, since the electronic mailbox has already been registered at the time of the in-order wait registration to the hospital a, the temporary registration of the electronic mailbox and the notification of the URL are omitted. In addition, a part (nickname or the like) of the data registered last time is directly used continuously.
When the user completes the input of other necessary information, the input information (new registration information) is transmitted from the user terminal 300 to the order management server 100 (step S206).
The order management server 100 performs a process of newly adding a set of in-order waits to the in-order wait list of the facility (pharmacy B) based on the received new registration information (step S207). The acceptance number is assigned with a number (here, "201-1") associated with the last acceptance number (here, "201"). For example, the reception number "201-1" and the reception time "14: 00', state "waiting", nickname "ABC", electronic mailbox "ABC @ xyz.
The user terminal 300 displays a reception completion screen, and also displays a reception number, a current expected waiting time, and the like (step S208).
Further, when the state of the in-order waiting of the pharmacy B becomes "guidance for completion", the confirmation of the necessity of the next in-order waiting registration is notified again (step S202), and the acceptance data is continuously used when the next in-order waiting is registered. For example, when restaurant C is registered and waits in order, temporary registration of an email box and notification of a URL are omitted, and a reception screen of restaurant C is displayed on user terminal 300. The acceptance number is assigned with a number (for example, "201-2") associated with the first acceptance number (here, "201").
The two-dimensional code of the number plate issued when the registration is accepted is also continuously used when the next sequential registration is waited for, and the user can use the same two-dimensional code when inquiring the sequential waiting status of the next registered facility. Specifically, when the user reads the two-dimensional code using the user terminal 300, the latest record is specified among the records of the acceptance number associated with the user (the state is not changed to "completion guidance"), and the status of waiting in order that meets the condition is displayed on the user terminal 300.
For example, if the user reads the two-dimensional code issued when performing the in-order waiting registration in hospital a through the user terminal 300 during the in-order waiting period in hospital a, the in-order waiting state in hospital a is displayed. On the other hand, if the state in hospital a becomes "guide complete" and the same two-dimensional code is read after the sequential waiting of pharmacy B is registered next, the sequential waiting status in pharmacy B is displayed. Further, if the same two-dimensional code is read after the state in pharmacy B becomes "complete guidance" and the sequential waiting of restaurant C is registered next, the sequential waiting status in restaurant C is displayed.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, when the state becomes the guidance completion timing, the user terminal 300 notifies the user of the necessity confirmation of the next sequential waiting registration and continues to use the data used in the previous sequential waiting registration when the next sequential waiting registration is performed, so that it is not necessary to input the acceptance items once input many times, and the user's convenience is improved. In particular, when the user terminal 300 is caused to display the acceptance screen, the user can easily display the acceptance screen of the facility to be registered because the two steps of temporary registration of the electronic mail box and access to the notified URL can be omitted.
In addition, since the confirmation of the necessity of the subsequent in-sequence waiting registration is notified when the timing at which the state in the in-sequence waiting facility becomes the completion guide, it is easy for the user to make a reservation, and it is possible to prevent the inconvenience from being caused such that the order in the subsequent facility within the period of in-sequence waiting has been rotated in the preceding facility.
In addition, since the user terminal 300 displays the candidate facilities satisfying the predetermined condition when the next sequential waiting registration is performed, convenience when the user selects the facilities is improved. As a condition, facilities whose distance from the nearest facility is within a certain range can be presented as candidates, and facilities which are easy to use by the user can be presented. Further, by using facilities of an industry having a high possibility of being used after the nearest facility is used as a candidate, it is possible to improve the convenience of the user and improve the utilization rate of other facilities.
Further, since the issued two-dimensional code can be used to inquire about the sequential waiting status of the facilities after the subsequent sequential waiting registration, it is not necessary to issue the two-dimensional code every time the registration is accepted, and the processing can be simplified, and the user can save the time and effort for managing a plurality of two-dimensional codes.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be implemented in other various forms without departing from the scope of the present invention. The above embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects only as illustrative and not restrictive. For example, the above-described processing steps can be arbitrarily changed in order or executed in parallel within a range where the processing contents do not contradict each other.
