Description

Resource transfer method and device, storage medium and electronic device
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of internet, and in particular, to a resource transfer method and apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic apparatus.
Background
Currently, users can purchase the usage right of products for a certain period (for example, year and month) in a prepaid mode, a real-time payment mode, a post-payment mode and the like. The longer the lifetime of the usage rights, the more fees need to be paid. Taking prepayment as an example, a user purchases a certain service period of a product according to service requirements, and then the product can be used in the service period.
For example, the user may purchase the cloud service by pre-paid, real-time paid, post-paid, etc. The cloud service is a special service model, and can conveniently and on-demand acquire required resources from a configurable resource sharing pool, such as: computing, storage, networking, applications, and services, resources can be provisioned quickly and released periodically according to selected periods of purchase.
Before the product is expired, if the product needs to be used continuously, the user can continuously purchase the service life of the product by a charging method. Once the product expires, the user cannot continue using the product without a timely renewal. For the cloud service, once a product is expired but the product is not timely paid for, the cloud service is interrupted, so that user business is unavailable, and the service continuity is affected.
In the related art, product renewal can be performed by manually and regularly paying attention to the use expiration time of the product. The related personnel can pay attention to whether the usage right of the product is expired or not at regular time and carry out renewal before the expiration date.
The above method needs to pay attention to the due date of the product periodically, and once the product is missed for the renewal time, the product stops the service, so that the user service is unavailable, and the continuity of the user service is influenced. There is also a great risk of paying regular manual attention to the expiration time of the product, for example, the related personnel pay for the product, the financial application is required, the examination and approval period is long, and the payment time is delayed. Alternatively, the associated personnel may fail to address the renewal due to some reason (e.g., personnel leave, forget to operate, etc.), which may result in a missed renewal time and a disruption in subscriber service.
In addition, the maximum service life of the product can be purchased at one time, so that the influence on the service continuity caused by untimely renewal can be avoided. However, if the user no longer needs to use the product due to the business adjustment, the user's money is wasted, and the product is idle, resulting in waste of resources.
Therefore, the cloud service renewal method in the related art has a problem that the cloud service is easily interrupted due to an excessively long processing period.

First, partial nouns or terms appearing in the description of the embodiments of the present application are applicable to the following explanations:
(1) cloud computing
Cloud computing refers to the distribution of computing on a large number of distributed computers, rather than local computers or remote servers, so that an enterprise can switch resources to a desired application and access computers and storage systems on demand.
Cloud computing may include, but is not limited to, the following several levels of services (i.e., cloud services):
infrastructure as a Service (IaaS);
Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS for short);
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS for short).
The above-mentioned layers are the "layers" in the sense of a layered architecture, and IaaS, PaaS and SaaS are respectively realized on an infrastructure layer, a software open operating platform layer and an application software layer.
(2) Cloud Service (Cloud Service)
Cloud services are a model based on the addition, use, and interaction of network-related services that can provide dynamic, easily scalable, virtualized resources over the internet.
According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present application, a resource transfer method is provided. Alternatively, in this embodiment, the resource transfer method described above may be applied to a hardware environment formed by the terminal 101 and the server 103 as shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, a server 103 is connected to a terminal 101 through a network, which may be used to provide services (such as game services, application services, etc.) for the terminal or a client installed on the terminal, and a database may be provided on the server or separately from the server for providing data storage services for the server 103, and the network includes but is not limited to: the terminal 101 is not limited to a PC, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like. The resource transfer method according to the embodiment of the present application may be executed by the server 103, the terminal 101, or both the server 103 and the terminal 101. The terminal 101 executing the resource transfer method according to the embodiment of the present application may also be executed by a client installed thereon.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an alternative resource transfer method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart of the method may include the following steps:
step S202, detecting first indication information of a target cloud service corresponding to a target account, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating that automatic charging is allowed to be carried out before the current service time limit of the target cloud service is finished;
step S204, determining a target resource amount corresponding to the target cloud service, wherein the target resource amount is the amount of exchange resources required for recharging the target cloud service;
step S206, before the current service time limit is ended, transferring the exchange resource of the target resource amount from the first resource account to the second resource account to renew the target cloud service, where the first resource account is a resource account associated with the target account, and the second resource account is a resource account associated with the target cloud service.
Through the steps S202 to S206, first indication information of the target cloud service corresponding to the target account is detected, where the first indication information is used to indicate that automatic renewal is allowed before the current service time limit of the target cloud service is ended; determining a target resource amount corresponding to the target cloud service, wherein the target resource amount is the amount of exchange resources required for recharging the target cloud service; before the current service time limit is finished, transferring the exchange resources of the target resource amount from the first resource account to the second resource account to renew the target cloud service, wherein the first resource account is a resource account associated with the target account, and the second resource account is a resource account associated with the target cloud service.
In the technical solution provided in step S202, first indication information of a target cloud service corresponding to a target account is detected, where the first indication information is used to indicate that automatic renewal is allowed before a current service time limit of the target cloud service is ended.
The resource transfer method in the embodiment can be applied to a scenario in which a user makes a renewal after purchasing a cloud service. A user may purchase a cloud service (cloud server) from a cloud service provider, and the purchased cloud service may have a certain lifespan (service time limit). Before the service time limit expires, the user may perform a related transaction using the purchased cloud service.
For example, the user may log in to an official website console of a cloud service provider (referred to as a console, e.g., a cloud service platform) using a target account number and a password, or may log in to the console through other means (e.g., a mobile phone number, a dynamic password, etc.). The user can purchase a prepaid cloud service (a prepaid product, i.e., a target cloud service) through the console and select a service time limit of the purchased cloud service.
In the related art, when the cloud service expires, the cloud service platform does not support automatic renewal. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the service renewal method in the related art may include the following steps:
step S302, the system monitors the service validity period.
Step S304, determining whether the service (service) is due, if so, performing step S306, otherwise, performing step S302.
And step S306, informing the operation and maintenance personnel.
If the business is due, operation and maintenance personnel (acting as the target object) bound by the account number of the product can be informed, and the product which is about to expire is reminded to renew the fee.
Step S308, manual recharging.
And (4) the operation and maintenance personnel carry out recharging operation.
Step S310, whether the payment is finished is judged, if yes, step S312 is executed, otherwise, step S314 is executed.
Before the service is expired, it may be determined whether the payment is completed, and if the payment is completed, step S312 may be performed, and if the payment is not completed, step S314 may be performed.
And step S312, the service is normally operated after the fee is successfully renewed.
Step S314, the renewal is failed, the service is stopped, and the service is interrupted comprehensively.
In the process, the operation and maintenance personnel are informed to recharge, so that the recharging has a large failure risk, and the service is interrupted.
In this embodiment, when purchasing a prepaid cloud service, a user may authorize the cloud service platform to perform automatic renewal. The user may allow automatic renewal of the cloud service by checking the option configuration of the "due automatic renewal" function. In selecting the automatic renewal, a payment period (renewal period) of the cloud service may be selected. The payment period may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: month, quarter, half year, and years.
The payment period selected by the user may be fixed, i.e., the period of each renewal may be the same, e.g., one month per renewal and one quarter per renewal, or may be non-fixed, e.g., one month per renewal, one quarter per renewal per second, and one year per third renewal. The user may make modifications and updates to the payment period through the console described above before each renewal.
Before the service time limit of the target cloud service is finished, a control system or a monitoring system (time limit monitoring system, corresponding to a cloud service platform, which may be running on a target server of a cloud service provider) of the target cloud service may detect first indication information of the target cloud service corresponding to the target account, where the first indication information is used to indicate that automatic renewal is allowed before the current service time limit of the target cloud service is finished. In this embodiment, a monitoring system of a cloud service platform running on a target server is taken as an example for description, and the resource transfer method in this embodiment is also applicable to other systems.
The first indication information may be determined by first configuration information corresponding to the target account, the first indication information may correspond to an automatic charging indication flag, an automatic charging indication bit, or an automatic charging attribute, and if a value of the automatic charging indication flag, a value of the automatic charging indication bit, or a value of the automatic charging attribute is a specific value, it may be determined that the first indication information is detected.
For example, when the attribute value of the automatic renewal attribute is 1, it is determined that the first indication information is detected, and when the attribute value of the automatic renewal attribute is 0, it is determined that the automatic renewal is not allowed before the end of the current service time limit of the target cloud service.
In the technical solution provided in step S204, a target resource amount corresponding to the target cloud service is determined, where the target resource amount is the amount of exchange resources required for recharging the target cloud service.
If it is determined that automatic renewal is allowed before the end of the current service deadline for the target cloud service, the target server (or the monitoring system) may determine an amount of exchanged resources required to renew the target cloud service, i.e., a target amount of resources.
The target resource amount may be determined according to second configuration information indicating an amount of exchange resources required for recharging the target cloud service, i.e., the target resource amount. The second configuration information may be obtained by determining and configuring the target resource amount by the target server when the user selects the automatic continuation time.
In the technical solution provided in step S206, before the current service time limit is ended, transferring the exchange resource of the target resource amount from the first resource account to the second resource account to renew the target cloud service, where the first resource account is a resource account associated with the target account, and the second resource account is a resource account associated with the target cloud service, for example, an account bound by a cloud service provider.
When selecting the automatic charging, the user can also select the time for automatic charging; alternatively, the target server may determine the timing of automatic renewal according to the third configuration information (default configuration). The timing of the automatic renewal may be the day on which the current service period ends or may be a period of time (e.g., the first two days, the first week) before the end of the current service period. And automatically charging the service for a period of time before the end of the current service time limit, and informing related personnel to charge in advance or manually charge the service for the unsuccessful charging so as to ensure the continuous operation of the cloud service.
When the opportunity for automatic renewal is met, the target server may transfer the exchange resources of the target resource amount in the resource account (i.e., the first resource account) associated with the target account into the resource account (i.e., the second resource account) associated with the target cloud service to renew the target cloud service. The exchange resource may be a virtual resource that may replace currency for resource exchange.
If the resource transfer is successful, the target cloud server can delay the service time limit of the target account for the target cloud service to the time limit after the renewal. If the resource transfer is not successful, the target cloud server can inform relevant personnel to recharge or manually renew the fee, so that the continuous operation of the cloud service is ensured.
It should be noted that, although in this embodiment, the user uses the account of the user to renew the cloud service purchased by the user, the user may use the account of the user to renew the cloud service purchased by the user, and the renewal manner is similar to that described above, and is not described herein again.
As an optional embodiment, before detecting the first indication information of the target cloud service corresponding to the target account, the method further includes:
s11, acquiring a monitoring period of the target cloud service, wherein the monitoring period is a period for monitoring whether the target cloud service needs to be renewed;
s12, determining a detection time point of the target cloud service according to the monitoring period, wherein the detection time point is a time point for detecting whether the target cloud service needs to be recharged;
and S13, determining second indication information corresponding to the target cloud service at the detection time point, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating whether the target cloud service needs to be renewed.
The monitoring system on the target server can periodically detect the effective service time limit of the target cloud service (prepaid product), and automatically deduct money from the platform after the product is expired according to the automatic money deduction mode of the user authorization platform (such as a cloud service platform).
The monitoring system may first acquire a monitoring period of the target cloud service, where the monitoring period is a period for monitoring whether the target cloud service needs to be renewed or not, or in other words, a period for monitoring whether a current service time limit expires or is about to expire. According to the monitoring period of the target cloud service, the monitoring system can determine a detection time point of the target cloud service, wherein the detection time point is a time point for detecting whether the target cloud service needs to be charged. The detection time point may be a time point for detecting whether the target cloud service needs automatic charging or not, or a time point for detecting whether manual charging is needed or not.
Optionally, in this example, the detection time point may also be a time point of a detection service validity period that is configured by the user according to a configurable monitoring period provided by the monitoring system. The monitoring system may obtain a detection time point of the target object or other object configuration associated with the target account from a client (e.g., a web page, corresponding to a user).
At each detection time point, the monitoring system may determine second indication information corresponding to the target cloud service, where the second indication information is used to indicate whether the target cloud service needs to be renewed. For example, the monitoring system may detect whether the target cloud service is expired according to a monitoring frequency corresponding to the monitoring period.
By the embodiment, the effectiveness of detection can be improved and service interruption caused by untimely recharging can be avoided by configuring the monitoring period of the target cloud service and detecting whether the target cloud service is due at the detection time point corresponding to the monitoring period.
As an alternative embodiment, the determining the second indication information corresponding to the current service time limit at the detection time point includes:
s21, determining a target time difference between the detection time point and the ending time of the current service time limit;
and S22, determining that the target cloud service needs to be renewed when the target time difference is less than or equal to the time difference threshold value.
Whether the target cloud service needs to be renewed or not may be determined according to a time difference between the current time and the end time of the current service time limit. The monitoring system may first determine a target time difference between a certain detection time point and the end time of the current service time limit; if the target time difference is less than or equal to the time difference threshold, the monitoring system may determine that the target cloud service requires a renewal.
The time difference threshold may be a default threshold of the system or a user-configured threshold. The time difference threshold may be configured as desired, e.g., one day, two days, etc. Optionally, the user may modify the time difference threshold through the client to adapt to different service requirements.
For example, the monitoring system may receive a configuration modification request sent by the client, where the configuration modification request is used to request that a time difference threshold corresponding to the target cloud service is modified to a target time difference threshold; in response to the configuration modification request, the monitoring system may modify a time difference threshold corresponding to the target cloud service to a target time difference threshold.
According to the embodiment, whether the cloud service needs to be renewed is determined according to the target time difference between the detection time point and the ending time of the current service time limit and the time difference threshold, so that the detection effectiveness can be improved, and meanwhile, the service interruption caused by untimely renewal can be avoided.
Optionally, in a case that the target time difference is less than or equal to the time difference threshold, the monitoring system may determine that the target cloud service does not need to be renewed, and may wait for a next detection time point to continue detecting whether the target cloud service needs to be renewed.
As an optional embodiment, determining the target resource amount corresponding to the target cloud service includes:
s31, determining the target time limit length of the next service time limit of the current service time limit according to the payment period of the target cloud service;
s32, determining a target resource amount corresponding to the target time limit length according to the correspondence between the time limit length and the resource amount of the switching resource.
The user may configure a payment period for the target cloud service, which may indicate a time limit length of a service time limit next to the current service time limit. The payment period of the target cloud service and the service time limit of the target cloud service can be corresponding to ensure the continuous operation of the cloud service, and service interruption caused by untimely fee renewal can be avoided. The monitoring system may determine a target time limit length of a next service time limit of the current service time limit according to the payment period of the target cloud service.
For example, if the renewal period is one month, the next service time limit of the current service time limit of the target cloud service is: one month after the end of the current service period. If the renewal period is one quarter, the next service time limit of the current service time limit of the target cloud service is as follows: one quarter after the end of the current service lifetime. If the renewal period is one year, the next service time limit of the current service time limit of the target cloud service is as follows: one year after the end of the current service period.
Different service time limits may correspond to different amounts of switching resources, in one case the longer the service time limit, the more amount of switching resources is required. The correspondence between the time limit length and the resource amount of the switching resource may be described by the fourth configuration information. The monitoring system may determine the target amount of resources corresponding to the target time limit length according to a correspondence between the time limit length and the amount of resources of the exchanged resources.
For example, if the payment period of the target cloud service is one month, then one month is one service time limit next to the current service time limit. The amount of money required for a one month recharge is amount 1 and the monitoring system may determine that the amount of money required to be deducted from the first resource account is amount 1.
For another example, if the payment period of the target cloud service is one year, then one year is one service time limit next to the current service time limit. The amount of money required for the renewal year is amount 2 and the monitoring system may determine that the amount of money required to be deducted from the first resource account is amount 2, wherein amount 2 is greater than amount 1.
By the embodiment, the target resource amount required to be transferred is determined according to the payment period, and the accuracy of determining the resource amount can be ensured.
The exchange resource may be an account resource (e.g., an account amount) in the target server, or an account resource (e.g., an account amount in a third party, such as an amount in a bank card) in an associated account number of the target account number.
As an optional implementation manner, the transferring the exchange resource of the target resource amount from the first resource account to the second resource account includes:
s41, determining the residual resource amount in the first resource account under the condition that the account type of the first resource account is a first type, wherein the first type is the account type allowing the residual resource amount to be determined;
and S42, transferring the exchange resource of the target resource amount from the first resource account to the second resource account when the residual resource amount is larger than or equal to the target resource amount.
The first resource account may be a resource account of the target account on the target server, and the first resource account and the target account may be the same or different. The target server may obtain the remaining resource amount (account balance) in the first resource account. In this case, the target server may determine the amount of resources remaining in the first resource account.
If the remaining resource amount in the first resource account is greater than or equal to the target resource amount, the target server may determine that the resource transfer may be successfully transferred. Thus, the target server may transfer the swap resource of the target resource amount from the first resource account to the second resource account.
According to the embodiment, whether the resource transfer is successful or not is determined by acquiring the account balance in the resource account number, so that the success rate of executing the automatic charging operation can be ensured, and further, service interruption caused by untimely charging is avoided.
As an optional embodiment, after determining the remaining resource amount in the first resource account, the method further includes:
and S51, when the residual resource amount is less than the target resource amount, sending a first notification message to the target object associated with the target account, wherein the first notification message is used for notifying that the residual resource amount in the first resource account of the target object is not enough to complete the automatic renewal.
If the residual resource amount in the first resource account is less than the target resource amount, it can be determined that the automatic renewal cannot be successfully executed. The monitoring system may send a first notification message to the target object associated with the target account to notify the target object that the amount of the remaining resources in the first resource account is not enough to complete automatic charging, or to notify the target object to charge the target cloud service.
The manner of notifying the target object may be various and may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: notification messages in application programs (applications provided by cloud service providers), session messages of instant messaging applications (associated third-party applications), short messages, and mailboxes.
For example, if the account balance is insufficient, the operation and maintenance personnel bound to the account number to which the product belongs can be notified to renew the product which is about to expire. And the operation and maintenance personnel can carry out recharging operation according to the notice. If the charging is successful, the service normally runs, and if the charging is failed, the service is stopped and the service is interrupted.
Through the embodiment, when the account balance is not enough for the automatic charging, the notification message informs related personnel to recharge, so that the success rate of executing the automatic charging operation can be ensured, and further, the service interruption caused by untimely charging is avoided.
As another optional implementation, the transferring the exchange resource of the target resource amount from the first resource account to the second resource account includes:
s61, when the account type of the first resource account is a second type, transferring the exchange resource of the target resource amount from the first resource account to a second resource account, where the second type is an account type that does not allow determination of the remaining resource amount.
The first resource account may be a third party account associated with the target account, such as a bank card number, an account of a third party payment platform. The account type of the first resource account is an account type that does not allow determination of the remaining resource amount, i.e., a second type. The target server cannot acquire the remaining resource amount (account balance) in the first resource account.
In this case, the target server may directly attempt to transfer the exchange resource of the target resource amount from the first resource account to the second resource account when the opportunity of automatic renewal is satisfied. If the transfer is successful, it may be determined that the automatic renewal operation was successfully performed; otherwise, determining that the automatic charging operation fails to be executed. At this time, the monitoring system may notify the target object of the failure of automatic renewal in the form of a notification message. The target object may be recharged in a manner similar to that described above.
Optionally, after the automatic renewal and before the end of the current service period, the monitoring system may again attempt to transfer the exchange resources of the target resource amount from the first resource account to the second resource account. The timing of the reattempts and/or the number of attempts may be determined according to the fifth configuration information. In addition, in the case of obtaining the authorization, the target server may also obtain the remaining resource amount in the first resource account. This is not limited in this embodiment.
According to the embodiment, the resource account number which does not allow the determination of the residual resource amount is directly subjected to the resource transfer operation, so that the safety of the account number can be ensured, and the applicability of automatic charging is improved.
As an optional embodiment, before transferring the exchange resource of the target resource amount from the first resource account to the second resource account, the method further includes:
and S71, sending a second notification message to the target object associated with the target account, wherein the second notification message is used for notifying the target object of the exchange resources of the target resource amount to be transferred from the first resource account.
If the first resource account does not allow the determination of the remaining resource amount, in order to ensure the success rate of the execution of the automatic charging operation, the monitoring system may send a second notification message to the target object associated with the target account before resource transfer is performed, so as to notify the target object of the exchange resource of the target resource amount to be transferred from the first resource account.
The manner of notifying the target object may be various and may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: notification messages in application programs (applications provided by cloud service providers), session messages of instant messaging applications (associated third-party applications), short messages, and mailboxes.
The target object, upon receiving the second notification message, may determine whether the amount of resources remaining in the first resource account is sufficient to complete the automatic renewal of the time, i.e., is greater than or equal to the target amount of resources. If the residual resource amount in the first resource account is less than the target resource amount, the target object can recharge the first resource account in advance to ensure that the automatic renewal operation is smoothly executed.
Through the embodiment, the notification message informs the related personnel of the automatic charging operation to be executed, so that the success rate of executing the automatic charging operation can be ensured, and further, the service interruption caused by untimely charging is avoided.
As an optional embodiment, determining the target resource amount corresponding to the target cloud service includes:
s81, when the target cloud service includes a plurality of cloud services, respectively determining a resource amount corresponding to each cloud service of the plurality of cloud services, where the resource amount corresponding to each cloud service is an amount of exchange resources required for charging each cloud service;
and S82, determining the target resource amount corresponding to the target cloud service according to the resource amount corresponding to each cloud service.
For an enterprise, it may purchase multiple cloud services, e.g., services at different levels, or multiple services at the same level, depending on the business needs of the enterprise. Different cloud services can be executed through different automatic charging operations.
Optionally, in this embodiment, in order to ensure convenience of execution of the automatic charging operation, a plurality of cloud services may be configured to perform automatic charging through the same automatic charging operation.
When the target cloud service includes a plurality of cloud services, the monitoring system may first determine a resource amount corresponding to each cloud service of the plurality of cloud services, respectively, where the resource amount corresponding to each cloud service is an amount of exchange resources required for recharging each cloud service; and then, determining a target resource amount corresponding to the target cloud service according to the resource amount corresponding to each cloud service. The target amount of resources may be: a sum of resource amounts corresponding to the respective cloud services.
It should be noted that the target resource amount may be a preconfigured resource amount, that is, the cloud service platform may be preconfigured to a total resource amount required for automatic charging of different cloud service combinations. The user selects the cloud service combination according to the requirement, so that the target resource amount can be determined according to the corresponding relation between the cloud service combination and the total resource amount required by automatic charging. This is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
Through this embodiment, carry out automatic renewal through same automatic renewal operation to a plurality of cloud service, can improve the convenience of automatic renewal operation, simplify user operation to improve user and use experience.
The following explains a resource transfer method in the embodiment of the present application with reference to an alternative example. In the example, the system periodically detects the effective service time limit of the product by a mode of automatically renewing the expiration of the authorization platform when the user purchases the cloud service, and the platform automatically deducts money before the expiration of the product according to the authorization of the user, so that the continuity of the service business of the user is guaranteed, meanwhile, the operation of the user can be simplified, and the user experience is improved.
As shown in fig. 4, the resource transfer method in this alternative example may include the following steps:
step S402, monitoring the service validity period.
When a user purchases a prepaid product (acting as the target cloud service) through the console, the user can check the function of "automatic renewal due" to authorize the platform to expire the automatic renewal, and can select a payment period of the product, wherein the payment period includes but is not limited to one of the following: baoyue and Baoyan. The monitoring system can acquire products (prepaid products) under the current user account and monitor the service validity period of each product.
Step S404, judging whether the service is expired, if so, executing step S406, otherwise, executing step S402.
The user can configure the detection time point of the service validity period according to the configurable monitoring period provided by the system. At the detection time point of the products, the monitoring system may detect whether the valid service time period of each product has expired. If it is expired, step S406 is performed, otherwise, step S402 is performed.
Step S406, judging whether the product is automatically renewed, if so, executing step S408, otherwise, executing step S414.
If the monitoring system detects that the service is about to expire, it may detect whether the product supports automatic renewal, and if so, perform step S408, otherwise, perform step S414.
Step S408, judging whether the account balance is sufficient, if so, executing step S410, otherwise, executing step S414.
The monitoring system detects the amount of money to be paid for the product to be expired currently, judges whether the account balance is sufficient, if so, executes step S410, otherwise, executes step S414.
It should be noted that, for the scenario of the payment by the bank card or the payment by the third-party application, the recharging operation may be directly performed without performing step S408.
Step S410, the system completes normal payment.
If the account amount is detected to be sufficient to pay a renewal amount for the currently expiring product, the product is automatically renewed upon reaching the expiration time point.
Step S412, the service operates normally.
The expired products are successfully renewed automatically, the service is continuously operated, and the service of the client is not influenced.
And step S414, notifying operation and maintenance personnel.
The monitoring system can inform operation and maintenance personnel bound with the account number of the product to remind the operation and maintenance personnel to renew the overdue product.
Step S416, manual charging.
And (4) the operation and maintenance personnel carry out recharging operation.
Step S418, determine whether to complete payment, if yes, execute step S412, otherwise, execute step S420.
Before the service is expired, it may be determined whether the payment is completed, and if the payment is completed, step S412 may be performed, and if the payment is not completed, step S420 may be performed.
Step S420, the renewal is failed, the service is stopped, and the service is interrupted comprehensively.
According to the method, the system regularly detects the service time limit according to the user authorization, deducts money according to the user authorization account after the service time limit is up, and automatically deducts the next service period cost of the product which is about to expire at present, so that the method does not depend on manual attention, avoids the problem that the service is interrupted because related personnel cannot check the product in time due to special conditions such as forgetting and the like, reduces the risk of comprehensive stagnation of the user service, ensures that the user service continuously and stably runs uninterruptedly, and solves the problem that the user service is interrupted because of untimely manual processing.
