Abstract

本发明提供一种基于半固化环氧超声快速粘接鞍形线圈绕制方法,包括以下步骤:按照需要绕制的鞍形线圈制作绕制模具,在模具绕线表面喷涂脱模剂或粘贴PTFE膜;按照线圈每层宽度裁剪浸渍有B阶段半固化环氧的玻璃纤维预浸布,并用热风枪加热粘接于模具表面;将常规漆包线或超导线按照设计逐匝逐层绕制于模具中,同时用超声排线头将导线按照设计位置粘接于玻璃纤维预浸布上,并用压缩空气快速冷却固定导线;完成所有层线圈的绕制后,封闭模具,并放入烘箱,按照半固化环氧的固化工艺曲线进行固化;完成固化后,拆除模具,取出线圈,进行边角修整和引线处理。本发明基于半固化环氧在超声作用下的快速软化和粘接效应来实现内弧段的导线定位和固定。

一种基于半固化环氧超声快速粘接鞍形线圈绕制方法
技术领域
本发明属于线圈绕制技术领域,具体涉及一种基于半固化环氧超声快速粘接鞍形线圈绕制方法。
背景技术
由于鞍形线圈内弧段无法施加绕制张力,采用线径较小的漆包线和超导线存在很大的难度。传统的方法是采用复杂的工装和夹具来保证内弧段的成形,成本高且效率低,工装模具不易设计,不适合标准化生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种基于半固化环氧超声快速粘接鞍形线圈绕制方法,基于半固化环氧在超声作用下的快速软化和粘接效应来实现内弧段的导线定位和固定。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种基于半固化环氧超声快速粘接鞍形线圈绕制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:按照需要绕制的鞍形线圈制作绕制模具,在模具绕线表面喷涂脱模剂或粘贴PTFE膜;
S2:按照线圈每层宽度裁剪浸渍有B阶段半固化环氧的玻璃纤维预浸布,并用热风枪加热粘接于模具表面;
S3:将绕线模具安装于绕线机上,将常规漆包线或超导线按照设计逐匝逐层绕制于模具中,同时用超声排线头将导线按照设计位置粘接于玻璃纤维预浸布上,并用压缩空气快速冷却固定导线;
S4:完成一层导线绕制后,在上面再铺设一层预浸布层,并进行下一层线圈的绕制;
S5:完成所有层线圈的绕制后,封闭模具,并放入烘箱,按照半固化环氧的固化工艺曲线进行固化;
S6:完成固化后,拆除模具,取出线圈,进行边角修整和引线处理,完成线圈绕制。
优选的,所述S2中热风枪加热的热风温度需低于环氧固化温度。
优选的,所述B阶段为环氧树脂部分交联处于半固化状态,在加热条件下,又能恢复到液体状态。
本发明的有益效果是:该线圈绕制方法,利用半固化环氧在适当加热情况下趋于液态,在线圈定位成型后冷却固化定位的方式,解决了线圈内弧由于张力引起的线圈松散及变形的问题,降低了线圈的绕制难度,同时大大提高了线圈绕制的效率,可适用于多种复杂形状线圈的绕制。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种基于半固化环氧超声快速粘接鞍形线圈绕制方法,包括以下步骤:
按照需要绕制的鞍形线圈制作绕制模具1,在绕制模具1绕线表面喷涂脱模剂或粘贴PTFE(聚四佛乙烯)膜2,以方便线圈固化后脱模;
按照线圈每层宽度裁剪浸渍有B阶段半固化环氧的玻璃纤维预浸布3,并用热风枪加热粘接于绕制模具1表面,热风温度需低于环氧固化温度;
将绕线模具1安装于绕线机上,将常规漆包线或超导线按照设计逐匝逐层绕制于绕线模具1中,同时用专用的超声排线头4将导线5按照设计位置粘接于玻璃纤维预浸布3上,并用压缩空气快速冷却固定导线5;
完成一层导线5绕制后,在上面再铺设一层预浸布层,并进行下一层线圈的绕制;
完成所有层线圈的绕制后,封闭绕线模具1,并放入烘箱,按照半固化环氧的固化工艺曲线进行固化;
完成固化后,拆除绕线模具1,取出线圈,进行边角修整和引线处理。
上述方法解决了线圈内弧由于张力引起的线圈松散及变形的问题;降低了线圈的绕制难度,同时大大提高了线圈绕制的效率;可适用于多种复杂形状线圈的绕制。

1.一种基于半固化环氧超声快速粘接鞍形线圈绕制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:按照需要绕制的鞍形线圈制作绕制模具,在模具绕线表面喷涂脱模剂或粘贴PTFE膜;
S2:按照线圈每层宽度裁剪浸渍有B阶段半固化环氧的玻璃纤维预浸布,并用热风枪加热粘接于模具表面;
S3:将绕线模具安装于绕线机上,将常规漆包线或超导线按照设计逐匝逐层绕制于模具中,同时用超声排线头将导线按照设计位置粘接于玻璃纤维预浸布上,并用压缩空气快速冷却固定导线;
S4:完成一层导线绕制后,在上面再铺设一层预浸布层,并进行下一层线圈的绕制;
S5:完成所有层线圈的绕制后,封闭模具,并放入烘箱,按照半固化环氧的固化工艺曲线进行固化;
S6:完成固化后,拆除模具,取出线圈,进行边角修整和引线处理,完成线圈绕制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于半固化环氧超声快速粘接鞍形线圈绕制方法,其特征在于,所述S2中热风枪加热的热风温度需低于环氧固化温度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于半固化环氧超声快速粘接鞍形线圈绕制方法,其特征在于,所述B阶段为环氧树脂部分交联处于半固化状态,在加热条件下,又能恢复到液体状态。
