背景技术
目前城市智能交通设备种类繁多,同一功能的产品在当前城市可能有4至5个厂家的设备在运作,每个厂家使用自有平台,对于用户来说维护、操作非常不便,目前路口配置一般有电子警察、治安监控、违停抓拍球、信号机、信号灯、倒计时等设备同时还有网络运营商和供电部门的基础设备,如现场设备出现问题用户只能得知路口设备工作不正常后先派由一名维护人员前去查看,在通报给各个厂家前来查看,如厂家查看后发现是网络运营商和供电部门线路的问题,又要将问题提交给运营商前来查看,耗时耗力。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种用于城市智能交通设备的集中管控运维保障系统。

一种用于城市智能交通设备的集中管控运维保障系统,包括信号灯监测模块、供电监测和控制模块、网络监测模块、自检模块、传输模块和电源管理模块,其中:
所述信号灯监测模块用于对路口信号灯进行监测;
所述供电监测和控制模块用于对路口各个设备的供电情况和市电情况进行监测;
所述网络监测模块用于监测路口设备网络情况;
所述自检模块用于监测各个监控模块的运行情况;
所述传输模块用于将各个监测数据传输至指挥中心;
所述电源管理模块用于解决路口用电需求,对电源进行管理。
优选的,所述信号灯监测模块具体监测方法如下:
在正常放行的情况下,监测路口信号灯的红黄绿灯中必有一个电压值为220V并持续500MS及以上,若三个红黄绿灯的电压值均未达到220V或三个红黄绿灯有两个及以上电压值同时为220V,则判定用于点亮路口信号灯的信号机输出异常,将结论通过传输模块发送至后台;
信号灯还连接电流检测模块,在信号机输出正常时,则通过电流检测模块对负载电流进行检测,若发现对应信号机无电流则判定该信号灯损坏并通过传输模块发送至后台。
优选的,所述供电监测和控制模块在监测到市电出现问题则上报中心,若发现其中某个设备供电出现问题则上报中心并附带设备名称。
优选的,所述网络监测模块在监测到路口设备中的某个设备网络出现问题则自动控制供电监测和控制模块将对应的设备进行一次重启,重启过后设备网络依然异常则通过传输模块进行上报,其中,所述网络监测模块通过监测设备网络数据有无来进行判断是否断网。
优选的,所述网络监测模块还监测自身的传输模块工作是否正常,
若发现4G通信出现异常时,则通过光纤传输至后台;
若发现光纤传输异常则通过4G将问题以短信的形式发送至后台填写的联系人手机上,通知尽快维修。
优选的,所述自检模块对信号灯监测模块、供电监测和控制模块以及网络监测模块进行自检,在出现模块程序卡死或者网络不通畅的情况下将卡死的模块进行重启。
优选的,所述自检模块还可以监测信号灯监测模块、供电监测和控制模块以及网络监测模块的运行情况,通过各个模块的反馈数据来判断是否有模块出现问题,若发现问题则及时上报给中心。
优选的,所述传输模块包括光纤传输和无线网络传输,若光纤传输异常与后台脱网,则由无线网络传输通过短信的形式发送至后台填写的联系人手机上,通知尽快查看和维修,同时做好网络保护。
优选的,所述电源管理模块包括外部供电管理模块和充放电管理模块,其中,所述外部供电管理模块提供5个AC 220V、1个AC 24V、2个DC 12V接口,通过所述接口给路口各个设备供电,所述接口也可以用作路口设备备用电源,在路口设备自带电源或者变压器损坏时可采用上述接口快捷的恢复设备用电;
所述充放电管理模块中设置一个20000mAh的锂电池,在市电出现问题的时候通过充放电管理模块立即切换至锂电池供电,保证可以将路口问题通过光纤网络或者4G模块上报给中心,当市电正常供电时切换至市电供电并给锂电池充电,在市电正常的情况锂电池只充电并电压低于11.5V时充电,高于12.5V时停止充电。

本发明通过在充放电管理模块中设置电池保证设备在市电出现问题时可以正常上报信息;且设置有自检模块,在系统出现问题依然可以准备上报;同时采用双链路传输,保证可以稳定传输至后台;
综上所述,本发明通过前端设备可以监测路口各个设备的网络通断、电流电压、运行状态、数据包等,全方位监测不同设备的工作情况,并由后台运维平台统一管理和工单派发,省时高效,同时由一个平台进行管理用户查看设备运行情况非常直观和高效方便用户运维管理设备。

路口信号灯由信号机进行点亮,信号灯监测模块一头连接信号机的灯输出(接线排)另外一头连接路口信号灯,连接信号机的一端为信号灯输入端,通过监测信号机灯输出的电压来确定信号机灯输出是否正常,对应灯色的电压值范围一般在AC200V-230V之间,不点亮信号灯的话则在AC20-50V之间,一个灯组为红黄绿零四位,零线公用,在正常放行的情况下,红黄绿中必有一个为220V并持续500MS及以上,因为存在过渡灯色中闪灯的情况,若三个都没有220V则判定信号机灯输出有问题,将结论通过传输模块发送至后台,若红黄绿有两个及以上同时为220V则也判定信号机灯输出有问题,并通过传输模块发送至后台,若信号机输出正常,则通过连接信号灯的电流检测模块对负载电流进行检测,若发现对应信号机无电流则判定信号灯损坏并通过传输模块发送至后台。
供电监测和控制模块中,将路口所需供电设备的电源线分别依次并入供电监测和控制模块输入端中,时刻监测各个设备的供电情况和市电情况,若市电出现问题则上报中心,若发现其中某个设备供电出现问题则上报中心并附带设备名称,一般市电为AC 220V,信号机供电为AC 220V,电子警察和光端机为DC 12V,监控设备为AC 24V,用户可以通过后台系统对前端任何一个设备的供电进行控制,单独对某个设备进行断电重启操作尝试修复,后台同时也会根据网络监测模块的结果对前端某个设备在不影响正常交通的前提下进行断电重启。
网络监测模块用于监测路口设备网络情况,当发现某个设备网络出现问题则自动控制供电监测和控制模块将对应的设备进行一次重启,重启过后设备网络依然有问题则通过传输模块进行上报,网络监测模块一般通过监测设备网络数据有无来进行判断是否断网;
网络监测模块在监测路口设备的同时也同时监测自身的传输模块工作是否正常,若发现4G通信出现问题则通过光纤传输至后台,发现光纤传输问题则通过4G将问题以短信的形式发送至后台填写的联系人手机上,通知尽快维修,
自检模块对信号灯监测模块、供电监测和控制模块以及网络监测模块进行自检,在出现模块程序卡死或者网络不通畅的情况下将卡死的模块进行重启。
自检模块为了保证模块的正常运行,若出现模块程序卡死或者网络不通畅的情况下将通过看门狗将模块重启,自检模块还能监测各个监控模块的运行情况,通过各个模块的反馈数据来判断是否有模块出现问题,若发现问题则及时上报给中心,比若监控设备,当供电监测和控制模块监测到监控设备断电情况,但是网络监测模块依然能监测到监控设备的数据传输则判断供电监测和控制模块出现问题,监控设备依然良好,由于是并联电路所以在监控设备可以正常工作的情况下依然可以对模块进行更换。
传输模块包括光纤传输和无线网络传输,若光纤传输异常与后台脱网,则由无线网络传输通过短信的形式发送至后台填写的联系人手机上,通知尽快查看和维修,同时做好网络保护,因为指挥中心为内网平台,禁止接入外网设备,
电源管理模块包括外部供电管理模块和充放电管理模块,其中,外部供电管理模块提供5个AC 220V、1个AC 24V、2个DC 12V接口,通过接口给路口各个设备供电,接口也可以用作路口设备备用电源,在路口设备自带电源或者变压器损坏时可采用上述接口快捷的恢复设备用电;
充放电管理模块中设置一个20000mAh的锂电池,在市电出现问题的时候通过充放电管理模块立即切换至锂电池供电,保证可以将路口问题通过光纤网络或者4G模块上报给中心,当市电正常供电时切换至市电供电并给锂电池充电,在市电正常的情况锂电池只充电并电压低于11.5V时充电,高于12.5V时停止充电。
还包括集中管控运维保障系统,集中管控运维保障系统可以将前端上传的数据按照各个设备类型分类显示给用户查看,用户可以查看到对应设备当前的电压值、电流值、网络是否正常等基础数据,用户也可以用通过该系统对前端设备进行断电重启操作,用户也可以选择是否监测该设备的某项参数,比若信号机不需要联网,则可以将该信号机的网络监测功能关闭,防止误报,
当路口设备出现问题,通过前端检测设备的信息直接明了的观察到路口设备的问题所在,并在后面附上对应的维护联系人同时利用前端4G模块将维修任务已短信的形式下发至对应维护联系人手机。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于城市智能交通设备的集中管控运维保障系统,其特征在于:包括信号灯监测模块、供电监测和控制模块、网络监测模块、自检模块、传输模块和电源管理模块,其中:
所述信号灯监测模块用于对路口信号灯进行监测;
所述供电监测和控制模块用于对路口各个设备的供电情况和市电情况进行监测;
所述网络监测模块用于监测路口设备网络情况;
所述自检模块用于监测各个监控模块的运行情况;
所述传输模块用于将各个监测数据传输至指挥中心;
所述电源管理模块用于解决路口用电需求,对电源进行管理。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于城市智能交通设备的集中管控运维保障系统,其特征在于:所述信号灯监测模块具体监测方法如下:
在正常放行的情况下,监测路口信号灯的红黄绿灯中必有一个电压值为220V并持续500MS及以上,若三个红黄绿灯的电压值均未达到220V或三个红黄绿灯有两个及以上电压值同时为220V,则判定用于点亮路口信号灯的信号机输出异常,将结论通过传输模块发送至后台;
信号灯还连接电流检测模块,在信号机输出正常时,则通过电流检测模块对负载电流进行检测,若发现对应信号机无电流则判定该信号灯损坏并通过传输模块发送至后台。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于城市智能交通设备的集中管控运维保障系统,其特征在于:所述供电监测和控制模块在监测到市电出现问题则上报中心,若发现其中某个设备供电出现问题则上报中心并附带设备名称。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用于城市智能交通设备的集中管控运维保障系统,其特征在于:所述网络监测模块在监测到路口设备中的某个设备网络出现问题则自动控制供电监测和控制模块将对应的设备进行一次重启,重启过后设备网络依然异常则通过传输模块进行上报,其中,所述网络监测模块通过监测设备网络数据有无来进行判断是否断网。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种用于城市智能交通设备的集中管控运维保障系统,其特征在于:所述网络监测模块还监测自身的传输模块工作是否正常,
若发现4G通信出现异常时,则通过光纤传输至后台;
若发现光纤传输异常则通过4G将问题以短信的形式发送至后台填写的联系人手机上,通知尽快维修。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种用于城市智能交通设备的集中管控运维保障系统,其特征在于:所述自检模块对信号灯监测模块、供电监测和控制模块以及网络监测模块进行自检,在出现模块程序卡死或者网络不通畅的情况下将卡死的模块进行重启。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种用于城市智能交通设备的集中管控运维保障系统,其特征在于:所述自检模块还可以监测信号灯监测模块、供电监测和控制模块以及网络监测模块的运行情况,通过各个模块的反馈数据来判断是否有模块出现问题,若发现问题则及时上报给中心。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种用于城市智能交通设备的集中管控运维保障系统,其特征在于:所述传输模块包括光纤传输和无线网络传输,若光纤传输异常与后台脱网,则由无线网络传输通过短信的形式发送至后台填写的联系人手机上,通知尽快查看和维修,同时做好网络保护。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种用于城市智能交通设备的集中管控运维保障系统,其特征在于:所述电源管理模块包括外部供电管理模块和充放电管理模块,其中,所述外部供电管理模块提供5个AC 220V、1个AC 24V、2个DC 12V接口,通过所述接口给路口各个设备供电,所述接口也可以用作路口设备备用电源,在路口设备自带电源或者变压器损坏时可采用上述接口快捷的恢复设备用电;
所述充放电管理模块中设置一个20000mAh的锂电池,在市电出现问题的时候通过充放电管理模块立即切换至锂电池供电,保证可以将路口问题通过光纤网络或者4G模块上报给中心,当市电正常供电时切换至市电供电并给锂电池充电,在市电正常的情况锂电池只充电并电压低于11.5V时充电,高于12.5V时停止充电。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种用于城市智能交通设备的集中管控运维保障系统,其特征在于:还包括集中管控运维保障系统,所述集中管控运维保障系统用于将前端上传的数据按照各个设备类型分类显示给用户查看,用户可以查看到对应设备的基础数据,同时可以通过该系统对前端设备进行断电重启操作。
