acquiring user characteristic information of the registered user which is pre-stored in a local platform; the user characteristic information is determined according to the historical operation information of the registered user on the local platform and the user personal information input by the registered user.

and the multimedia information pushing module to be pushed is configured to push the multimedia information to be pushed to the user equipment.

The multimedia information pushing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the user equipment judging module is specifically configured to perform obtaining equipment identification information in the information of the user equipment performing the operation; judging whether the user registration information of the local platform contains the equipment identification information or not; and if the user registration information of the local platform contains the equipment identification information, determining the user equipment for executing the operation as the user equipment of the registered user of the local platform.
