Background
Continuous casting is continuous casting steel, which is an important process for producing various steel products in steel plants, a crystallizer is a core component of continuous casting production equipment, and the crystallizer is driven by a vibrating device to vibrate to help a billet which is condensed into a solid shell to be smoothly pulled out from the lower part. The electric cylinder or the driver drives the vibration device to vibrate, the buffer device is arranged on the vibration arm to balance the weight of the crystallizer, so that the impact of the vibration load on the vibration device is reduced, the vibration device plays a vital role in the vibration of the whole vibration frame and the crystallizer, and the process of billet production and the billet quality are directly influenced. However, the inventor finds that the buffer device cannot limit and adjust in the working operation and cannot play a protection role, so that the problems of incapability of limiting the operation of the vibration table, overstroke vibration, large deviation of linear operation, large autorotation abrasion of the buffer and the like occur, the phenomenon of unsmooth vibration occurs due to the lack of a balance effect, the number of times of abnormal shutdown of the continuous casting machine is increased, and the quality of steel billets and the whole continuous casting production efficiency are influenced.

The adjusting bolts 6 can also enable the clamping plate 5 to be tightly attached to the roller mounting frame 10, so that the rotation of the roller mounting frame 10 is limited, the axial rotation during the production of the buffer 3 is also limited, the abrasion of the buffer 3 is eliminated, and the adverse effect of uneven stress caused by the rotation motion on the production is eliminated. The adjusting bolt 6 and the clamping plate 5 can rotate relatively, so that the clamping plate 5 is prevented from being influenced by the rotation of the adjusting bolt 6.

The buffer connecting seat 8 is provided with two fixing plates 13, the fixing plates 13 are provided with fixing holes, the limiting plates 4 are provided with second limiting holes 15, fixing bolts 12 are arranged between the fixing plates 13 and the corresponding limiting plates 4, and the fixing bolts 12 penetrate through the fixing holes and the second limiting holes 15. The cooperation of fixed plate 13 and fixing bolt 12 has the distance between regulation fixed plate 13 and the limiting plate 4 and with the spacing fixed effect of limiting plate 4, avoids limiting plate 4 to cushion connecting seat 8 relatively and removes, rotates, swing etc..
The second limiting hole 15 is a vertical long hole. The height position of the limiting plate 4 relative to the fixing plate 13 can be adjusted by the elongated second limiting hole 15 so as to adapt to different scenes and meet the production conditions of different reciprocating strokes.
The fixed plate 13 is provided with a groove, and the corresponding limit plate 4 is arranged in the groove in a matching manner. This structure can ensure relative parallelism between the limit plate 4 and the fixed plate 13 without relative rotation, thereby facilitating fixing the limit plate 4.
And two ends of the upper roller shaft 2c are respectively provided with a limiting table. The limit table can limit the installation position of the upper roller 2a in the axial direction.
The upper roller assembly 2 is also provided with a bearing 2b, and the upper roller 2a is arranged on an upper roller shaft 2c through the bearing 2 b. The bearing 2b can reduce friction between the damper 3 and the upper roller shaft 2c during production, thereby reducing wear during production.
An oil hole is formed in the upper roller shaft 2c, and one end of the oil hole is communicated with the bearing 2 b. Lubricating oil can enter the bearing 2b through the oil hole, so that the bearing 2b is better matched with the upper roller 2a, the friction between the buffer 3 and the upper roller shaft 2c during production is reduced, and the loss is reduced. The position of the oil hole may also be set on the upper roller 2 a.
The upper roller 2a and the lower roller are both concave wheels. The concave design limits that the connecting part of the buffer 3 can only work in the upper roller 2a and the lower roller, limits the freedom degree of axial movement of the buffer 3 during production, reduces the autorotation movement of the buffer 3, reduces the loss of the buffer 3, and reduces the adverse effect of deviation of the buffer 3 on production.
Further, the upper roller 2a and the lower roller are both arc-shaped wheels. The concave wheel can be a V-shaped wheel, a U-shaped wheel, a semicircular wheel and the like. The arc wheel, the V-shaped wheel, the U-shaped wheel and the semicircular wheel are all in the shape of one side of a symmetrical figure formed by cutting along the diameter of the roller.
