The specific structure of the lever handle of the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, fig. 1 discloses a handle, which includes a handle 1, a fixing base 2, a connecting shaft 3 and a fastening piece 4. An installation groove 11 is formed at one end of the handle 1, and an inner tooth part 72 is arranged in the installation groove 11. The fixing seat 2 is arranged in the mounting groove 11, and the fixing seat 2 can be connected with the sectional material piece. The connecting shaft 3 is rotatably arranged in the fixed seat 2, a first external tooth portion 31 and a second external tooth portion 32 are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting shaft 3, the first external tooth portion 31 can be meshed with the internal tooth portion 72, and the second external tooth portion 32 can be meshed with a transmission mechanism on a profile piece. The fastener 4 is arranged in the fixed seat 2 in a penetrating mode, and one end of the fastener 4 is connected with the bottom wall of the mounting groove 11.
It can be understood that fixing base 2 is established in mounting groove 11 and is connected with the section bar spare, makes fixing base 2 can fixed connection on the section bar spare, and fastener 4 wears to establish in locking hole 23 in fixing base 2 and is connected with the diapire of mounting groove 11 for handle 1 can establish on fixing base 2 through fastener 4 firm reliable cover, and only has less clearance between the notch that enables mounting groove 11 and the section bar spare, need not additionally to set up the base that is used for setting handle 1 on the section bar spare. Simultaneously, internal tooth portion 72 can rotate along with the rotation of mounting groove 11 when handle 1 rotates on fixing base 2, and internal tooth portion 72 can drive the rotation of the first outer tooth portion 31 with internal tooth portion 72 meshing when rotating, and first outer tooth portion 31 rotates and can make connecting axle 3 rotate relative to fixing base 2, and second outer tooth portion 32 also can rotate along with the rotation of connecting axle 3, and then can mesh with the drive mechanism and drive the drive mechanism motion. Because second external tooth portion 32 has been set up on connecting axle 3, when making the handle be connected with drive mechanism on the section bar spare, all can no longer additionally set up gear structure among handle and the drive mechanism, not only can further reduce handle and drive mechanism's volume, can also make the meshing structure motion in the transmission shaft direct drive mechanism, improved handle and drive mechanism's transmission reliability, reduced the bite phenomenon between handle and the drive mechanism. Because the handle of this embodiment does not set up the base, has less volume between mounting groove 11, fixing base 2, connecting axle 3 and the fastener 4, can make the handle install and use in the less place in space, the inside compact structure of mounting groove 11 is reliable simultaneously, can make handle 1 establish on the section bar spare and drive mechanism motion accurately reliably, the firm installation of handle on the section bar spare of still being convenient for.
According to the handle of this embodiment, the simple compactness of mounting structure in the mounting groove 11, the firm installation of handle on section bar spare of can being convenient for, second outer tooth portion 32 is established on the transmission shaft, can further reduce handle and drive mechanism's volume and be favorable to the motion of handle drive mechanism to make the handle can be applicable to the installation occasion in less space, improved the suitability of handle.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the cross-sectional areas of the first external tooth portion 31 and the second external tooth portion 32 are similar, so that the second external tooth portion 32 has a smaller size, the connecting space between the handle and the transmission mechanism can be further reduced, the transmission mechanism can be driven by the handle to move in a smaller space, and the applicability of the handle is further improved. Of course, the actual size of the second outer teeth 32 can be determined according to actual requirements, and the cross-sectional area of the second outer teeth 32 is not limited to the present invention.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the connecting shaft 3 further includes a rotating section 33, and the rotating section 33 can be rotatably connected with the transmission mechanism, so that the handle can stably drive the transmission mechanism to move.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the bottom wall of the mounting groove 11 is provided with a plurality of grooves 111 uniformly distributed around the central axis of the mounting groove 11, the handle further includes a plurality of elastic members 5, each elastic member 5 is disposed corresponding to one groove 111, one end of each elastic member 5 abuts against the fixing base 2, and the other end abuts against the bottom wall of the mounting groove 11 or the groove 111.
It can be understood that, the distance between the diapire of recess 111 and fixing base 2 is greater than the distance between the diapire of mounting groove 11 and fixing base 2, handle 1 when rotating on fixing base 2, the diapire of mounting groove 11 and the diapire of recess 111 butt respectively on elastic component 5, and the elasticity that elastic component 5 was applyed to the diapire of mounting groove 11 is greater than the elasticity that elastic component 5 was applyed to the diapire of recess 111, thereby make fixing base 2 can apply different dynamics to handle 1 when operating personnel rotated handle 1, operating personnel can roughly judge handle 1 pivoted position according to the difference of dynamics, thereby operating personnel's use experience has been improved.
In addition, elastic component 5 also can set up to be in the relaxed state when propping on the diapire of recess 111, is in the state of compressing tightly when ending to be propped on the diapire of mounting groove 11, can further improve handle 1 and be located the operating personnel's when the different positions of fixing base 2 feel the difference.
Exemplarily, the number of the elastic members 5 and the number of the grooves 111 can be 4, an included angle between two adjacent elastic members 5 and the center of the mounting groove 11 is 90 degrees, the bottom wall of the groove 111 can be abutted to the elastic member 5 when the handle 1 is at an initial position, the bottom wall of the groove 111 is abutted to the elastic member 5 again when the handle 1 rotates 180 degrees, and meanwhile, the connecting shaft 3 can be driven by the transmission mechanism to move for a preset distance when the handle 1 rotates 180 degrees, therefore, when an operator rotates the handle 1, the transmission mechanism can be determined to move for the preset distance according to the force of the bottom wall of the groove 111 abutted to the elastic member 5, and the use experience of the operator is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the end of the fixing base 2 facing the handle 1 is provided with a plurality of blind holes 21, each elastic member 5 is arranged in one of the blind holes 21, and the elastic member 5 comprises an elastic part 51 and a rigid part 52. One end of the elastic portion 51 abuts on the bottom wall of the blind hole 21. The rigid portion 52 abuts on the other end of the elastic portion 51, and a part of the rigid portion 52 protrudes from the fixed base 2.
It can be understood that the arrangement of the blind hole 21 not only facilitates the installation of the elastic element 5, but also facilitates the improvement of the utilization rate of the space occupied by the fixing seat 2. Handle 1 compresses tightly rigidity portion 52 and makes a part butt of rigidity portion 52 on the inner wall of blind hole 21 in the motion process, rigidity portion 52 compresses tightly elasticity portion 51 so that elasticity portion 51 compresses in vertical direction under the drive of handle 1, the setting of rigidity portion 52 and elasticity portion 51 can avoid elastic component 5 to appear crooked phenomenon in the use, and only rigidity portion 52 can butt on the inner wall of blind hole 21 and receive the pressure of horizontal direction, thereby reduced the handle 1 rotation in-process and to the irreversible damage that elastic component 5 caused, the life of elastic component 5 has been prolonged. In addition, in the present embodiment, the rigid portion 52 can abut against the bottom wall of the groove 111 during the use of the elastic member 5, and the rigid portion 52 has rigidity, so that a more obvious use feedback can be provided for the operator.
Illustratively, the rigid portion 52 can be configured as a steel ball, and when the operator rotates the handle 1, the sidewall of the groove 111 exerts a small pressure on the steel ball, so that the bottom wall of the mounting groove 11 adjacent to the groove 111 can conveniently compress the steel ball, thereby reducing the resistance applied when the operator rotates the handle 1. In addition, the steel balls can prevent the rigid part 52 from being jammed in the groove 111, so that the fault that the handle 1 cannot rotate due to the elastic piece 5 is reduced.
Exemplarily, the elastic portion 51 can be provided as a spring.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the handle 1 further includes a positioning member 6, the positioning member 6 is disposed on the bottom wall of the installation groove 11, the fixing seat 2 abuts on the positioning member 6, the positioning member 6 is provided with a plurality of communication holes 61, and each communication hole 61 is disposed corresponding to one of the grooves 111.
It can be understood that the setting of setting element 6 can improve the interval between the diapire of mounting groove 11 and the diapire of recess 111 to further improve the difference of the elasticity that elastic component 5 was applyed the diapire of mounting groove 11 and elastic component 5 was applyed the diapire of recess 111, with the operating personnel's that improves when handle 1 is located the different positions of fixing base 2 feel the difference, thereby further improve operating personnel's use experience. In addition, setting element 6 sets up can also prolong setting element 6's life on the diapire of mounting groove 11, also can be convenient for unpack apart the handle when setting element 6 wearing and tearing and change, has reduced the cost of maintenance of handle.
Optionally, setting element 6 can set up to the stainless steel spare that has outstanding wearability, and the setting of stainless steel spare can show the wearing and tearing that reduce between setting element 6 and the elastic component 5, and the setting of setting element 6 can be under the prerequisite of the processing of being convenient for the life of extension handle.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the positioning element 6 can also be integrally formed on the bottom wall of the mounting groove 11, in which case the end of the handle 1 provided with the mounting groove 11 can be formed by using a wear-resistant material, such as stainless steel, to achieve the purpose of prolonging the service life of the handle. The installation and formation manner of the positioning member 6 is not particularly limited in other embodiments of the present invention.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 8, the positioning member 6 is further provided with a feedback hole 63, a plurality of feedback holes 63 are provided between two adjacent communication holes 61, the diameter of each feedback hole 63 is smaller than that of the corresponding communication hole 61, and the plurality of feedback holes 63 are located on the motion track of the elastic member 5.
It can be understood that, because the diameter of the feedback hole 63 is smaller than that of the communication hole 61, the elastic member 5 cannot pass through the feedback hole 63 and can only abut against the peripheral surface of the feedback hole 63, when the feedback hole 63 rotates to the elastic member 5, the elastic member 5 applies a feedback force to the feedback hole 63, which is different from the feedback force when the elastic member 5 abuts against the bottom wall of the mounting groove 11, so that the hand feeling category of the elastic member 5 to the operator when the handle 1 rotates is increased, and the hand feeling experience of the operator is further improved.
Alternatively, two feedback holes 63 are arranged between two adjacent communication holes 61, the radian between the two feedback holes 63 is 30 degrees, the radian between the feedback holes 63 and the communication holes 61 is 30 degrees, and mechanical vibration feedback can be better provided for an operator.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the handle 1 further includes a mounting seat 7, the mounting seat 7 is disposed in the mounting groove 11, the mounting seat 7 is formed with a mounting through hole 71, an internal tooth portion 72 is disposed on an inner wall of the mounting through hole 71, and the fixing seat 2 is inserted into the mounting through hole 71 and abuts against the bottom of the mounting groove 11.
It can be understood that the difficulty of directly forming the inner tooth part 72 on the mounting groove 11 of the handle 1 can be reduced through the arrangement of the mounting seat 7, so that the processing difficulty of the handle is reduced, and the production efficiency of parts of the handle is improved.
Of course, in another embodiment of the present invention, the internal teeth 72 may be integrally formed in the mounting groove 11, and the specific forming manner of the internal teeth 72 in the mounting groove 11 is not limited in another embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8, a positioning column 74 is disposed on the mounting seat 7, and a positioning opening 62 engaged with the positioning column 74 is disposed on the positioning member 6.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, a gasket 9 is disposed between the fixed seat 2 and the mounting seat 7.
In some optional embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, a plurality of limiting grooves 113 are formed on the inner wall of the mounting groove 11, a plurality of limiting blocks 73 are formed on the side wall of the mounting seat 7, and each limiting block 73 is clamped in one limiting groove 113.
It can be understood that, through the arrangement of the limiting groove 113 and the limiting block 73, the handle 1 can stably and reliably drive the mounting seat 7 to rotate in the rotating process, and the possibility of the slipping phenomenon between the mounting groove 11 and the mounting seat 7 is avoided.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, a connection portion 112 is formed on the bottom wall of the mounting groove 11, and one end of the fastening member 4 is connected to the connection portion 112.
It can be understood that, because the mounting groove 11 cover is established on fixing base 2, and mounting groove 11 only carries out rotary motion on fixing base 2 simultaneously, through the setting of connecting portion 112, can effectively lengthen the length of being connected of fastener 4 and handle 1, because the length of being connected of fastener 4 and handle 1 has increased the length of connecting portion 112, can effectively strengthen the fastening effect of fastener 4, further improve the stability of being connected of fixing base 2 and handle 1. For example, when the fastening member 4 is provided with a threaded structure, the length of the threaded connection between the fastening member 4 and the handle 1 is increased, so that the connection stability between the fastening member 4 and the handle 1 is effectively enhanced, and of course, the length of other connection structures such as a pin connection is increased, so that the connection stability between the fastening member 4 and the handle 1 can also be enhanced. In addition, connecting portion 112 can also reduce the connecting space between fastener 4 and the mounting groove 11 diapire to reduce the thickness of handle 1 formation mounting groove 11's diapire, make the inside structural connection of mounting groove 11 more compact, the space utilization of mounting groove 11 is higher, thereby further reduce the volume of handle.
In some alternative embodiments, the arc of the inner teeth 72 can be set to 180 °.
It can be understood that, according to the meshing relationship between the second external tooth portion 32 and the transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism can move a preset distance when the internal tooth portion 72 rotates a preset angle, and the radian of the internal tooth portion 72 is set to 180 degrees, so that the transmission mechanism can move a ideal preset distance when an operator rotates the handle angle easily. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the radian of the internal tooth portion 72 can be determined according to actual requirements, and for example, the radian may be set to 270 °, 360 °, and the like, and need not be specifically limited herein.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, one end of the fixing base 2 is provided with a clamping protrusion 22, and the clamping protrusion 22 is inserted into the profile.
It can be understood that, when installing handle and drive mechanism on the section bar spare, spacing effect can be played to the motion of the relative section bar spare of handle to the protruding 22 of joint, can connect 2 firm reliable connections of fixing base on the section bar spare through connecting structure such as the screw of wearing to establish on drive mechanism, section bar spare and handle to improve the installation stability of handle.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the clamping protrusion 22 is multiple, and at least one clamping protrusion 22 is respectively arranged on two sides of the connecting shaft 3.
