Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 10, the present invention is a stereo garage, including: a parking area 4 adapted to park a vehicle; the lifting area 5 is provided with a carrying mechanism 3, and the carrying mechanism 3 is suitable for driving the vehicle to do lifting motion along the height direction of the parking area 4; a staging area 6 adapted to park a vehicle to be accessed; a vehicle washing apparatus 1 provided in the carrying mechanism 3 and adapted to wash the vehicle; the differential access device 2 is arranged in the carrying mechanism 3 and is suitable for correcting the parking angle of the vehicle when the vehicle in the transfer area 6 is carried to the lifting area 5, and then the differential access device is matched with the carrying mechanism 3 to carry the vehicle to the parking area 4 for parking; or is suitable for transporting the vehicles in the parking area 4 into the lifting area 5, and then cooperating with the transporting mechanism 3 to transport the vehicles to the transfer area 6 for taking the vehicles;
in the scheme, the parking area can adopt a plurality of layers of parking platforms; the lifting area adopts a carrying mechanism to lift the vehicle; the transfer area is used for parking the vehicles to be stored and taken; one or both sides of the bottommost portion of the multi-story parking platform are generally used as a staging area.
The vehicle cleaning equipment can clean the vehicle while conveying the vehicle, so that the time is saved; the differential access equipment can realize the angle correction of the vehicles parked in the transfer area and realize the forward or backward access of the vehicles in the same-layer parking platform.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 8, and 9, in order to explain a specific structure of the vehicle washing apparatus, the present invention employs a vehicle washing apparatus including a lifting frame adapted to perform a lifting motion in a vehicle height direction; the lifting device comprises a lifting component 100 positioned on the left side and the right side of a vehicle and a translation component 102 positioned on the front side and the rear side of the vehicle;
the lifting frame consists of two lifting components and two translation components;
the translation member 102 is adapted to be close to or away from the vehicle front-rear side; that is, within the lift frame, the translation member may move along the length of the vehicle.
A cleaning brush set 101 disposed in the lifting member 100 or the translating member 102 and adapted to be synchronously moved toward or away from a midpoint direction of the lifting member 100 or the translating member 102; a brush 103 provided on the cleaning brush group 101;
when the vehicle is stored in a carrying area, the brush 103 on the cleaning brush set 101 is driven to be attached to the surface of the vehicle according to the wheel base of the vehicle, and the lifting frame drives the brush 103 to descend or ascend;

It should be noted here that when the vehicle is parked, the lifting frame is located at the top to prevent it from interfering with the parking of the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 4, how to realize the lifting movement of the lifting frame, the invention adopts the lifting frame to be connected with a vertically arranged screw rod 105 through a screw rod nut 104; and the motor 106 drives the plurality of screw rods 105 to synchronously rotate through the connection of the synchronizing shaft 107 and the steering gear.
The lifting movement of the lifting frame drives the screw rod to rotate through the motor, so that the lifting of the screw rod nut on the screw rod is realized, and the lifting of the lifting frame on the screw rod is further realized; in the lifting process, only one motor is used, and the synchronous rotation of the plurality of screw rods is realized through the matching of the synchronizing shaft and the steering gear, so that the lifting frame is always in a horizontal state in the lifting process.
As shown in fig. 4, in order to prevent the lifting frame from deviating during the movement process, the invention adopts a guide rod 108 fixedly arranged parallel to the screw rod 105, and the guide rod 108 passes through the lifting component 100;
the guide rod is parallel to the screw rod, and the lifting frame is limited to only perform lifting movement in the movement process.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 6, and 7, in order to explain a specific structure of the cleaning brush set 101, the cleaning brush set 101 according to the present invention includes: the first structure 110 or/and the second structure 111; wherein the second structures 111 are located at two sides of the plurality of first structures 110;
in the scheme, the cleaning brush group is of a first structure or a second structure independently or is combined for use, and the first structure is adopted independently, so that the structure is not compact enough; the second structure is independently adopted, so that the number of elements is increased, and the cost is increased; therefore, the mode of combining the first structure and the second structure is preferably adopted, and the first structure is symmetrically arranged at two sides of the plurality of second structures.
The first structure 110 includes a first link 112 having one end connected to the left and right screw bar 109 and the other end connected to the brush 103; the second connecting rod 113 is symmetrically arranged relative to the first connecting rod 112, one end of the second connecting rod 113 is hinged with the first connecting rod 112, and the other end of the second connecting rod 113 is connected with the brush 103; a hydraulic cylinder 114 having a cylinder body fixedly connected to the first link 112 and a piston rod thereof disposed upward or downward; third connecting rods 115 which are symmetrically arranged, one end of each third connecting rod is hinged with the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 114, and the other end of each third connecting rod is hinged with the corresponding second connecting rod 113;
the second structure 111 comprises a first connecting rod 112, one end of which is connected with the left and right screw rods 109, and the other end is connected with the brush 103; a second link 113 having one end hinged to one side of the first link 112 and the other end connected to the brush 103; a hydraulic cylinder 114 having a cylinder body fixedly connected to the first link 112 and a piston rod thereof disposed upward or downward; a third connecting rod 115, one end of which is hinged to the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 114 and the other end of which is hinged to the second connecting rod 113;
a left-right rotating screw rod 109 is arranged in parallel with the length direction of the lifting component 100 or the translation component 102;
the number of the left and right screw rods 109 is two, and the two screw rods can be positioned at the top or the bottom of the lifting component 100 or the translation component 102;
when the left-right screw rod 109 rotates, the first connecting rod 112 is driven to move towards the midpoint direction of the lifting part 100 or the translation part 102, the brush 103 is driven to extrude, an included angle formed by the second connecting rod 113 and a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 114 is reduced, and the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 114 is extended; when the left and right screw rods 109 rotate reversely, the first connecting rod 112 is driven to move away from the midpoint of the lifting part 100, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 114 is reset, the included angle formed by the second connecting rod 113 and the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 114 is enlarged, and the brush 103 is restored to the original state
That is, when the overall length of the cleaning brush set needs to be shortened, the left and right screw rods rotate to drive the brushes to extrude, and the brushes at the end parts of the second connecting rods are attached to the contours of the brushes on the first connecting rods to move downwards, so that the overall length of the cleaning brush set is matched with the vehicle length; in this process, the number of brushes in a certain area is increased by squeezing, thereby improving the cleaning efficiency.
The hydraulic cylinder plays a role in resetting, and a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is in an extending state when the whole length of the cleaning brush set is shortened; when the whole length of the cleaning brush group is recovered to the original length, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder retracts, and therefore the plurality of brushes on the cleaning brush group are in a horizontal state.
As shown in fig. 3, how to realize the rotation of the two left and right spinning rods, the end of the left and right spinning rods 109 is connected with the second motor 116 through the second synchronization rod 117; the second motor 116 is adapted to drive the left and right screws 109 to rotate synchronously;
the second motor is only provided with one, and the two left and right spinning rods are connected through the second synchronizing rod to achieve the rotating synchronism.
As shown in fig. 7, in order to explain the specific structure of the brush, the present invention employs a brush 103 including a housing 118; an annular bristle 119 rotatably disposed within the housing 118; a third motor 120 fixed to the housing 118 and adapted to drive the annular brush head 119 to rotate; a spray head 121 spraying a cleaning liquid from a center of the annular brush head 119 to the annular brush head 119;
the shell has the functions of preventing the annular brush head from deforming in the extrusion process of the brush to influence the cleaning efficiency of the brush, and collecting water mist; (ii) a The annular brush head is controlled by a third motor to rotate; in addition, the spray head in the scheme sprays the cleaning liquid to the annular brush head instead of directly hitting and spraying the cleaning liquid on the outer surface of the vehicle, so that the splashing of water can be reduced, and the water resource is saved.
As shown in fig. 7, in order to dry the cleaned vehicle, the brush of the present invention further includes an air outlet device 122, which is disposed on the housing 118, wherein an air outlet 123 of the air outlet device 122 is annular and faces the vehicle.
In the scheme, the air outlet of the air outlet device faces the surface of the vehicle, and air is blown to the surface of the vehicle in the cleaning process of the vehicle to accelerate the volatilization of moisture; the air outlet is annular, and when the air outlet is attached to the surface of a vehicle, a closed space is formed, so that splashing of water mist can be prevented.
In conclusion, the vehicle cleaning equipment for the stereo garage adapts to the overall length of a vehicle by adjusting the length of the cleaning brush set, the brush is attached to the surface of the vehicle, and the cleaning of the entire vehicle is realized through the lifting motion of the lifting frame; the vehicle cleaning equipment is added on the basis of the stereo garage, and the vehicle can be cleaned in the vehicle carrying process (the vehicle is driven to move up and down, translate, stop and the like), so that the design can reduce the occupied area and improve the efficiency.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, in order to illustrate a specific structure of the differential access device, the differential access device adopted in the present invention includes at least one set of trailer frame 200, on which at least one pair of road wheels 201 is fixed; a traction mechanism 202 adapted to drive the trailer frame 200 forward or backward along its length; the tire grabbing mechanism 203 is arranged on the inner side surface or the outer side surface of the trailer frame 200 and is suitable for clamping and lifting corresponding tires of the vehicle; an attitude control mechanism 204 adapted to control the trailer frame 200 to synchronously deflect so that the longitudinal direction of the trailer frame 200 is parallel to the vehicle longitudinal direction; when the vehicle needs to be stored, the attitude control mechanism 204 adjusts the angle of the trailer frame 200, so that the length direction of the trailer frame 200 is parallel to the length direction of the vehicle; the traction mechanism 202 drives the trailer frame 200 to move forwards, the trailer frame 200 is arranged on two sides of the bottom of the vehicle, and the tire grabbing mechanism 203 moves to the side edge of the tire along the length direction of the trailer frame 200 according to the wheel base of the vehicle and works to lift the vehicle; the vehicle is placed in the parking space while the angle correction of the trailer frame 200 is performed. When the vehicle needs to be taken out, the traction mechanism 202 drives the trailer frame 100 to synchronously move forwards or/and backwards, and after the vehicle placed on the parking space is clamped and lifted by the tire grabbing mechanism 203, the traction mechanism 203 drives the vehicle to be placed in the transfer area.
In the scheme, when the vehicle is parked in a skew state, before the trailer frame moves, the deviation angle of the trailer frame is adjusted through the attitude control mechanism so as to align the trailer frame with the length direction of the vehicle, and then the trailer frame moves; the trailer frame is driven by the traction mechanism to move forwards or backwards through the travelling wheels; the trailer frame moves forwards or backwards to take the trailer, and the trailer frame moves backwards or forwards to store the trailer; when the trailer frame moves to two sides of the bottom of the vehicle, the tire grabbing mechanism works at the moment to lift the tire, so that the whole vehicle is lifted;
in addition, the equipment can be provided with a plurality of groups of traction mechanisms, trailer frames and posture control mechanisms, thereby realizing the access work of a plurality of vehicles in different directions; when a plurality of vehicles stop in a transfer area, the equipment can drive the vehicles to move forwards or backwards and then store the corresponding vehicles on corresponding parking spaces after angle correction, the vehicle taking mode and the vehicle storing mode are consistent in principle, and a posture control mechanism is not needed in the vehicle taking process because the vehicles stopped on the parking spaces are in the angle correction state;
the device realizes that 1, vehicles with different wheelbases can be simultaneously subjected to angle correction in the parking process; 2. When at least one group of the equipment is adopted, the forward or backward vehicle storing and taking operation can be realized simultaneously; 3. when more than two groups of equipment are adopted, the storage and taking work of multiple vehicles can be realized simultaneously; and then the differential vehicle access of the equipment is realized.
As shown in fig. 14, in order to explain the specific structure of the traction mechanism, the traction mechanism 202 of the present invention includes a first sliding mechanism 205 and a second sliding mechanism 206 disposed up and down; a partition 207 is arranged between the first sliding mechanism 205 and the second sliding mechanism 206, and a bottom plate 208 is arranged at the bottom of the second sliding mechanism 206; the first slide mechanism 205 includes: a first rack 209 parallel to the length direction of the trailer frame 200 and fixed at the bottom of the trailer frame 200; a first slide rail 210 parallel to the first rack 209 and fixed on the upper end surface of the partition 207; a first slider 211 disposed at the bottom of the trailer frame 200 and engaged with the first slide rail 210; a first gear 212 which is arranged at the front side of the trailer frame 200 and is matched with the first rack 209 to drive the trailer frame 200 to move forwards; the second slide mechanism 206 includes: a second rack 213 parallel to the length direction of the trailer frame 200 and fixed to the lower end surface of the partition 207; a second slide rail 214 parallel to the second rack 213 and fixed to the upper end surface of the base plate 208; a second slider 215, which is arranged at the bottom of the partition 207 and cooperates with the second slide rail 214; and a second gear 216 disposed at a rear side of the trailer frame 200 and engaged with the second rack gear 213 to move the trailer frame 200 together with the partition 207 rearward.
In addition, in this drive mechanism, first slider, slide rail, second slider, slide rail upper and lower position can be replaced.
The first sliding mechanism and the second sliding mechanism are arranged up and down, the first sliding mechanism drives the trailer frame to move forwards, and the second sliding mechanism drives the trailer frame to move backwards, namely, the stroke of the device is 3 times of the length of the trailer frame;
the first sliding mechanism and the second sliding machine are both realized through gears and racks, and the sliding blocks and the sliding rails play a role in guiding and supporting.
As shown in fig. 13, in order to explain the specific structure of the tire gripping mechanism 203, the present invention employs a tire gripping mechanism 203 comprising: two vehicle lifting rods 217, one end of which is hinged with the containing cavity on the inner side surface or the outer side surface of the trailer frame 200, and the other end is provided with wheels 218; two first connecting rods 219, one end of which is hinged with the corresponding lifting trolley 217; a second link 220 having one end hinged to the other end of the first link 219; a hydraulic cylinder 221, the piston rod of which is fixedly connected with the midpoint of the second connecting rod 220; when a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 221 extends out, the piston rod is driven by the first connecting rod 220 and the second connecting rod 219 to drive the included angle of the two vehicle lifting rods 217 to be reduced, a tire is placed on the vehicle lifting rods 217, and a vehicle is lifted;
the vehicle lifting rod is accommodated in the accommodating cavity in a conventional state, when the vehicle lifting rod needs to work, the hydraulic cylinder drives the angle between the two vehicle lifting rods to be reduced, and the surface of the vehicle lifting rod is arc-shaped and is tangent to the surface of a tire, so that the tire can be lifted;
in this scheme, the wheel plays the effect that removes and support, prefers to choose the universal wheel for use.
As shown in fig. 11, in the face of vehicles with different lengths, the positions of tires of the vehicles can be changed, and how to realize that the tire grasping mechanism 203 is suitable for the vehicles with different lengths, the tire grasping mechanism 203 is arranged in an accommodating cavity on the inner side surface or the outer side surface of the trailer frame 200; a third slide rail parallel to the length direction of the trailer frame 200 is arranged in the accommodating cavity; a third sliding block matched with the third sliding rail is arranged on the tire grabbing mechanism; a screw rod 222 is rotatably arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the screw rod 222 penetrates through the third sliding block; when the screw rod 222 rotates, the tire grabbing mechanism 203 moves in the accommodating cavity along the third sliding rail direction;
that is, the tire grabbing mechanism moves relative to the length direction of the trailer frame through the rotation of the screw rod, so that the tire grabbing mechanism is moved to one side of a tire; the matching of the sliding block and the sliding rail also plays a role in supporting and guiding.
As shown in fig. 11, in order to explain the specific mechanism of the attitude control mechanism, the present invention employs an attitude control mechanism 204 comprising: a rod body 223 rotatably connected with the middle part of the trailer frame 200; a fourth rack 224, both ends of which are hinged with the end of the trailer frame 200, respectively; a fourth gear 225; which meshes with the fourth rack 224; when the fourth gear 225 rotates, the fourth rack 224 makes a translational motion to drive the trailer frame 200 to rotate around the rod 223;
because the trailer frame and the trailer frame can only move along the length direction of the trailer frame, when the trailer frame rotates, the trailer frame can also synchronously rotate;
the rod body is hinged with the trailer frame, so that the trailer frame can rotate around the rod body, the fourth gear is meshed with the fourth rack as a power source to drive the fourth rack to move in the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the trailer frame, when the fourth rack works, the included angle between the fourth rack and the trailer frame support is not a right angle, and at the moment, the trailer frame rotates around the rod body to be parallel to the length direction of the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 15, in order to specifically describe how the fourth gear rotates, the fourth gear 225 is further engaged with a fifth rack 226, the fifth rack 226 is parallel to the fourth rack 224, a fourth motor 227 is disposed on one side of the fifth rack 226, and the fourth motor 227 drives the fifth rack 226 to perform a translational motion, wherein the moving directions of the fourth and fifth racks 224, 226 are opposite.
As shown in FIG. 12, the trailer frame 200 is hinged at both the front and rear ends thereof with tumblers 228; when the vehicle needs to be parked or picked up, the turnover member 228 is in a vertical state; when the vehicle is stopped on the trailer frame 200, the flip member 228 is in a horizontal state, and the two flip member ends at the front or rear end are engaged with each other to form a stable frame structure with the trailer frame 200.
In conclusion, the differential access equipment of the stereo garage realizes the front-and-back movement of the trailer frame through the traction mechanism, further realizes the access of the vehicle, realizes the lifting of the vehicle through the tire grabbing device, and realizes the correction of the offset angle when the vehicle enters the garage through the attitude control mechanism; in addition, the equipment can realize the simultaneous access of different positions to a plurality of different vehicles, saves the time for accessing the vehicles and improves the efficiency for accessing the vehicles.
As shown in fig. 16, in order to explain a specific configuration of the conveying mechanism, the conveying mechanism 3 of the present invention includes: a garage frame 300; the parking plate 301 is arranged in the garage frame 300, and is provided with a vehicle cleaning device 1 and a differential access device 2; the power mechanism is fixed at the top of the garage frame; one end of the traction rope 302 is connected with the parking plate 301, and the other end of the traction rope is connected with the output end of the power mechanism by bypassing a chain wheel fixed at the top of the garage frame 300;
the parking plate is provided with the vehicle cleaning equipment and the differential access equipment; the parking plate can realize the lifting motion relative to the garage frame through a power mechanism and a traction rope.
As shown in fig. 16, to specifically describe the power mechanism, the power mechanism of the present invention includes two lifting hydraulic cylinder sets that are staggered and have different upper and lower surfaces; each lifting hydraulic cylinder group comprises two lifting hydraulic cylinders 303, wherein piston rods of the two lifting hydraulic cylinders 303 move in a phase/back direction; the traction rope 302 is wound on a piston rod of one lifting hydraulic cylinder, and the end part of the traction rope is fixed on a piston rod of the other lifting hydraulic cylinder 303;
the four lifting hydraulic cylinders are grouped in pairs, piston rods of every two lifting hydraulic cylinders can move in the same direction or in the opposite direction, four traction ropes are correspondingly arranged, and the traction ropes are wound on one piston rod and fixed with the other piston rod; therefore, the ascending or descending distance of the parking plate can reach twice the elongation of the piston rod, and the stroke of the parking plate is ensured.
In a similar way, the telescopic motion of the piston rod of the lifting hydraulic cylinder can be replaced by the matching of the second screw rod and the second screw rod nut.
The invention relates to a garage, which realizes cleaning of a vehicle when the vehicle moves in a lifting area through vehicle cleaning equipment, and saves time; the vehicle can be conveyed from the transfer area to the lifting area and the vehicle angle can be corrected through the cooperation of the differential access equipment and the conveying mechanism; in addition, the invention can realize the simultaneous access of different positions in the parking area to a plurality of different vehicles, thereby saving the time for accessing vehicles and improving the efficiency of accessing vehicles.
In light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, many modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
Claims (10)
1. A stereo garage, comprising:
a parking area adapted to park a vehicle;
the lifting area is provided with a carrying mechanism, and the carrying mechanism is suitable for driving the vehicle to do lifting motion along the height direction of the parking area;
a staging area adapted to park vehicles to be accessed;
a vehicle washing device provided in the carrying mechanism and adapted to wash a vehicle;
the differential access equipment is arranged in the carrying mechanism and is suitable for correcting the deviation angle of the vehicle parking when the vehicle in the transfer area is carried to the carrying mechanism, and then the differential access equipment is matched with the carrying mechanism to carry the vehicle to the parking area for parking;
or the device is suitable for conveying the vehicles in the parking area into the conveying mechanism, and then the device is matched with the conveying mechanism to convey the vehicles to the transfer area for taking the vehicles.
2. The stereo garage of claim 1, wherein: the carrying mechanism includes:
a garage frame;
the parking plate is arranged in the garage frame, and the vehicle cleaning equipment and the differential access equipment are arranged on the parking plate;
the power mechanism is fixed at the top of the garage frame;
and one end of the traction rope is connected with the parking plate, and the other end of the traction rope is connected with the output end of the power mechanism by bypassing the chain wheel fixed at the top of the garage frame.
3. The stereo garage of claim 2, wherein: the power mechanism comprises two lifting hydraulic cylinder groups which are different in upper and lower surfaces and are arranged in a staggered manner;
each lifting hydraulic cylinder group comprises two lifting hydraulic cylinders, wherein piston rods of the two lifting hydraulic cylinders move in a phase/back direction;
the traction rope is wound on a piston rod of one lifting hydraulic cylinder, and the end part of the traction rope is fixed on a piston rod of the other lifting hydraulic cylinder.
4. The stereo garage of claim 2, wherein: the power mechanism comprises two second screw rod groups which are different in upper and lower surfaces and are arranged in a staggered manner;
each second screw rod group comprises two second screw rods, wherein second screw rod nuts on the two second screw rods move in a phase/back direction;
