The lengths of the first and second links 310 and 320 may each be configured such that the elevation of the top ends of the first and second links 310 and 320, respectively, when the plugging device 30 is installed is level with the elevation of the concrete poured top surface or higher than the elevation of the concrete poured top surface of the opening 20. The connection frame 300 may be made of aluminum alloy.
The first rod 210 and the second rod 220 may be respectively integrated with the first link 310 and the second link 320, or may be detachably connected with the first link 310 and the second link 320, and optionally, the first rod 210 and the second rod 220 are respectively in threaded connection with the first link 310 and the second link 320. Optionally, the first rod 210 and the second rod 220 each have a screw hole, and the first link 310 and the second link 320 each have a stud to realize a threaded connection.
The second ends of the first connecting rod 310 and the second connecting rod 320 can be respectively provided with a first water stop sheet 311 and a second water stop sheet 321, and the first water stop sheet 311 and the second water stop sheet 321 are respectively used for effectively preventing leakage at the position of the first connecting rod 310 and the position of the second connecting rod 320 and ensuring the plugging quality of the hole 20.
The installation tool 10 may further include a bottom die 410 and a fixing rod 420. The bottom mold 410 has a receiving groove 411, and the receiving groove 411 is configured such that the beam 31 can be placed in the receiving groove 411. The bottom die 410 has high rigidity, light weight and good integrity, and can ensure the molding quality of concrete. Optionally, the bottom mold 410 includes a first bottom plate 412, a second bottom plate 413, and a third bottom plate 414, the first bottom plate 412 and the second bottom plate 413 are parallel, and two opposite edges of the third bottom plate 414 are respectively connected to an edge of the first bottom plate 412 and an edge of the second bottom plate 413. The bottom mold 410 may further include a fourth bottom plate 415 and a fifth bottom plate 416, wherein the fourth bottom plate 415 and the fifth bottom plate 416 are parallel to the third bottom plate 414, respectively, and edges of the fourth bottom plate 415 and the fifth bottom plate 416 are connected to edges of the first bottom plate 412 and the second bottom plate 413, respectively. The bottom mold 410 may be made of aluminum alloy.
The fixing rod 420 penetrates through the plugging device 30, and a first end of the fixing rod 420 is connected with the bottom die 410 and a second end is connected with the supporting column 100. The length of the securing rod 420 may be configured such that the elevation of the top end of the securing rod 420 is level with the elevation of the concrete poured top surface when the plugging device 30 is installed, or higher than the elevation of the concrete poured top surface of the opening 20. The top end of the fixing lever 420 may be flat with the top ends of the first and second links 310 and 320. The fixing rod 420 may be integrally formed with the bottom mold 410 to form the supporting member 400, and at this time, the second end of the fixing rod 420 passes through the plugging device 30 to be connected to the supporting column 100. The fixing rod 420 may also be detachably connected to the bottom mold 410, such as by screwing. Alternatively, the fixing rod 420 has a stud and the bottom die 410 has an opening through which the stud is connected with a nut to realize a threaded connection. The above arrangement enables the construction to be taken out after the construction is completed, so that the cyclic utilization is realized, and the later cutting is avoided. The fixing rod 420 may be made of an aluminum alloy.
The fixing lever 420 may be connected with the bottom wall of the receiving groove 411. That is, the fixing lever 420 may be connected with the third base plate 414. Alternatively, the fixing rod 420 may be connected to the fourth and fifth side plates. The number of the fixing bars 420 may be at least two, such as two. The fixing bars 420 are arranged along a straight line at a predetermined distance. Optionally, the inner diameters of the first through hole 5110 and the second through hole 5111 are respectively matched with the outer diameters of the first rod 210 and the second rod 220, so that the first rod 210 and the second rod 220 can just pass through the first through hole 5110 and the second through hole 5111 respectively. In case that the length of the first mounting rod 510 is sufficient, the number of the mounting holes 511 is at least two, so that the first mounting rod 510 is positioned with at least two mounting posts. Alternatively, the mounting holes 511 correspond one-to-one to the support columns 100. The first mounting rod 510 may be made of aluminum alloy.
The installation tool 10 may further include a second installation rod 520. The second mounting bar 520 has a first end perpendicularly connected to the first mounting bar 510 and a second end connectable to a second end of the fixing bar 420. The first end of the first mounting rod 510 may be connected with the end of the second mounting rod 520 to form an L-shape. The second mounting rod 520 may be integrally provided with the first mounting rod 510 to constitute the hanger 500. At this time, the first mounting rod 510 and the second mounting rod 520 constitute one mounting member. The number of mounts may be at least two, such as two.
