Abstract
The invention provides a sleeve fixing and vertical positioning device, which comprises a cover plate, a locking component and a vertical positioning component, wherein the locking component comprises a transverse stress rod and a vertical stress rod which are rotatably connected, and the vertical positioning component is connected below the vertical stress rod; the cover plate is provided with a round hole for accommodating the vertical stress rod, the lower surface of the cover plate is provided with a pair of stop posts which take the center of the round hole as a symmetrical center, and the maximum stopping distance between the stop posts is matched with the inner diameter of the sleeve; and the vertical stress rod is provided with a locking nut on the cover plate. In the invention, the sealing effect of the cover plate is better than that of the adhesive tape, so that concrete in the sleeve is prevented from being blocked; the sleeve and the template are connected into a whole, so that the sleeve and the template are firmly installed; the device is detachable, flexible in installation and detachment and reusable; the vertical positioning component enables the positions of the upper layer sleeve and the lower layer sleeve to be consistent, and the installation quality of the sleeves is ensured; the positioning is accurate, the sleeve can be installed at one time, and the construction process is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sleeve mounting and positioning technology in a building mounting process, in particular to a sleeve fixing and vertical positioning device which is used for realizing firm mounting of a sleeve and one-step mounting and forming.
Background
In the construction process at the present stage, when the vertical pipeline sleeve of the building is installed, in order to prevent the upper and lower floors of the building from deviating, an installation method of reserving a hole and then installing the sleeve is basically adopted. When a hole is reserved, a nail is adopted to fix the two-size large sleeve on the template, and the sleeve is pulled out after the concrete is initially set. In order to prevent concrete from entering the sleeve during pouring, a method of sealing two ends of the sleeve by using an adhesive tape is adopted. However, the following problems often occur in the construction process of installing the sleeve after reserving the hole, fixing the nail and sealing the tape:
(1) the process is complicated, and links such as installing the sleeve, removing the sleeve, chiseling, installing the sleeve again, erecting a formwork, pouring and the like are needed;
(2) the joint parts between the secondary pouring concrete and the concrete and between the concrete and the pipe orifice are easy to cause water seepage hidden trouble;
(3) nails are not firmly fixed, concrete is easy to deflect due to vibration in the pouring process, secondary reworking is caused, the nails in the roof plate need to be treated later, and the hidden trouble of rust return after decoration exists;
(4) the adhesive tape plugging is easy to damage, so that coagulation and plugging in the sleeve are caused when the sleeve is reserved for the first time, and the cleaning work is increased.

The invention provides a sleeve fixing and vertical positioning device, and aims to solve the problems that in the embedding process of a vertical pipeline sleeve of an existing building, the vertical relative position is deviated, the fixation is not firm, construction links are multiple, concrete is easy to enter the sleeve in the construction process, and the sleeve is blocked.

Compared with the prior art, the measuring method has the advantages that:
the sealing effect of the cover plate is better than that of the adhesive tape, so that concrete in the sleeve is prevented from being blocked; the sleeve and the template are connected into a whole, so that the sleeve and the template are firmly installed; the device is detachable, flexible in installation and detachment and reusable; the vertical positioning component enables the positions of the upper layer sleeve and the lower layer sleeve to be consistent, and the installation quality of the sleeves is ensured; the positioning is accurate, the sleeve can be installed at one time, and the construction process is reduced.

the lower end of the vertical stress rod is provided with a hook which is connected with a vertical positioning component.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the locking means is composed of a vertical force-bearing rod 3, a transverse force-bearing rod 4 and a locking nut 5. And the vertical stress rod 3 and the transverse stress rod 4 are respectively provided with a connecting hole 6, the vertical stress rod and the transverse stress rod are rotatably connected through a rotating shaft arranged in the connecting hole 6, and the connecting hole 6 is positioned at the lower part of the transverse stress rod 4.
