An embodiment of the green building sewage system of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, comprises a garbage pretreatment device, a water tank 9, a pipeline 11, and a sewer pipeline, wherein the garbage pretreatment device is installed at the lower side of the water tank 9 and is connected with a water outlet of the water tank 9 through an inlet connection assembly 1 of the garbage pretreatment device; the water inlet 31 of the garbage pretreatment device is connected with a water pipe so as to continuously feed water in the working process of the garbage pretreatment device; the pipe 11 is used for connecting the discharge opening 61 of the garbage pretreatment device and the sewer opening 10 of the sewer pipe.

Claims (10)

1. A garbage pretreatment device is characterized in that: comprises a shell, a grinding component, a transmission component, a spring and a motor; the grinding assembly is arranged in the shell and comprises a crushing cutter head which can be arranged in a rotating way; the transmission assembly comprises a transmission shaft sleeve and a cutter head connecting piece, the upper end of the cutter head connecting piece is connected with the crushing cutter head, and the lower end of the cutter head connecting piece is connected with the transmission shaft sleeve in a manner of sliding up and down and synchronously rotating; the inner wall of the transmission shaft sleeve is provided with a first transmission guide groove, the first transmission guide groove comprises a vertical groove and a first spiral groove, the upper end of the first spiral groove is communicated with the upper end of the vertical groove, and the lower end of the first spiral groove is communicated with the lower end of the vertical groove; a motor shaft of the motor is inserted from the lower end of the transmission shaft sleeve, a first transmission bulge is arranged on the motor shaft and is positioned at the lower end of the vertical groove, so that the motor shaft drives the transmission shaft sleeve to rotate, and when the transmission shaft sleeve cannot rotate due to the fact that the crushing cutter head is blocked, the motor shaft rotates along the first spiral groove and drives the transmission shaft sleeve to move downwards; the spring is configured to be compressed when the outdrive moves downward and to urge the outdrive to move upward when the first drive protrusion rotates to the upper end of the vertical slot, causing the first drive protrusion to return to the lower end of the vertical slot.

A waste pre-treatment device according to claim 1, characterized in that: the transmission shaft sleeve is characterized by further comprising an impact assembly, wherein a second spiral groove is further formed in the inner wall of the transmission shaft sleeve, is positioned above the first spiral groove and is opposite to the first spiral groove in rotation direction, and the height of the second spiral groove is not smaller than that of the first spiral groove; the impact assembly comprises an inner shaft, the inner shaft is rotatably and axially fixedly arranged on the crushing cutter head, a second transmission protrusion and an impact protrusion pressed with the crushing cutter head are arranged on the inner shaft, the second transmission protrusion is located below the impact protrusion, the second transmission protrusion is located at the lower end of the second spiral groove, the inner shaft rotates along with the transmission shaft sleeve when the transmission shaft sleeve rotates, the inner shaft rotates reversely along the second spiral groove when the transmission shaft sleeve moves downwards, and the inner shaft rotates reversely along the second spiral groove when the transmission shaft sleeve moves upwards and impacts the crushing cutter head through the impact protrusion.

A waste pre-treatment device according to claim 2, characterized in that: the impact assembly also comprises a fixed end cover which is sleeved on the inner shaft, and the upper end of the fixed end cover is connected with the crushing cutter head; the inner wall of the fixed end cover is provided with an impact end face which is mutually compressed with the impact bulge.

A waste pre-treatment device according to claim 1, characterized in that: the grinding assembly also comprises a crushing ring and a crushing cutter, wherein the crushing ring is arranged outside the crushing cutter head, is arranged on the inner wall of the shell and leaves a blanking channel with the inner wall of the shell; a plurality of material passing grooves are arranged on the peripheral wall of the crushing ring at intervals and penetrate through the inner wall, the outer wall and the lower end face of the crushing ring; the crushing cutter has a plurality of, all installs in broken blade disc upper surface, and the cutting edge all faces the broken ring to with broken ring interact with the crushing of kitchen garbage grinding.

A waste pre-treatment device according to claim 6, characterised in that: the lower end of the transmission shaft sleeve is provided with a baffle ring, and the baffle ring is positioned at the lower side of the discharging mechanism so as to prevent the transmission shaft sleeve from moving upwards; the spring housing is in the motor shaft and vertically sets up between the host computer of motor and fender ring.

A waste pre-treatment device according to claim 1, characterized in that: the outer circumference of the transmission shaft sleeve is provided with a spline, the inner side of the lower part of the cutter head connecting piece is provided with a spline groove, and the spline can be installed in the spline groove in a vertically sliding mode.
