Background
The standard polluted cloth is a standard substance for measuring whether the washing machine can clean clothes or not, is also a standard substance used by a washing machine performance test method which is internationally passed, and is usually prepared by printing and dyeing raw cloth by using a polluted liquid. The existing preparation method of the pollution liquid is not standard, the problems of unstable reflectivity, high rejection rate, low cloth yield and the like of a pollution cloth finished product are easily caused, and the accuracy and the reproducibility of a performance detection result of the washing machine are seriously influenced.
Therefore, the protein polluted liquid with good stability and dispersibility is developed, and has high practical value.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, the invention provides a preparation method of a protein pollution liquid, comprising the following steps:
1) putting 200mL of water into a beaker, adding 10-13g of Arabian gum powder, stirring and dissolving by using a stirrer, adding 11-13g of carbon black, shearing by using a shearing emulsifying machine at the condition of 4000-;
2) putting 1200mL of water into another beaker, adding 65-70g of milk powder, stirring and dissolving by using a stirrer, heating to 60 ℃, adding 43-46g of egg white and 29-31g of egg yolk, and uniformly stirring;
3) slowly pouring the liquid obtained in the step 2) into the liquid obtained in the step 1), adding 600ml of water, keeping the temperature of the mixed liquid at 60 ℃, and shearing for 30-35min by using a shearing emulsifying machine under the condition of 4000-;
in the invention, when the protein pollution liquid is prepared, the Arabic gum powder, the milk powder and the eggs are used, the Arabic gum powder is one of important components for simulating water-soluble dirt, the thickening effect is achieved, the stability of dispersion liquid is favorably maintained, a layer of high-viscosity high-elasticity film can be formed on the surface of the fabric, and the binding force of the dirt component on the fabric is increased. The milk powder and the egg white are important components simulating protein dirt, both can be uniformly dispersed in an aqueous solution under the preparation condition of the polluted liquid, and can show good stability, so that the protein polluted liquid with stable property by using water as a solvent is realized.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1) the preparation method of the invention takes water as a production solvent, is safe and environment-friendly, and has low cost; 2) the prepared pollution liquid has good stability and uniform dispersion; 3) the prepared pollution liquid is particularly suitable for producing protein polluted cloth, the rate of finished products of the polluted cloth is high, the reflectivity of the finished product can be between 22% and 28%, and the stability is good.
