The production process of the anti-mite and mite-killing functional fabric comprises the following specific process steps of coating nanoscale anti-mite and mite-killing slurry on the fabric through a coating machine, drying, cutting, sewing and packaging to obtain a finished fabric product:
(1) preparing the anti-mite and mite-killing material: heating, decocting and mixing fructus Cnidii, Kochiae fructus, Stemonae radix, folium Artemisiae Argyi, Sophorae radix, Lavender, herba Menthae, Angelicae Gigantis radix, Camphora, flos Jasmini sambac, gelatinum oxhide, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, herba Agastaches, vaseline, glycerol and deionized water according to a mass ratio, and cooling to obtain mite-preventing and mite-killing material;
(2) grinding: after the anti-mite and mite-killing material is cooled, adding the anti-mite and mite-killing material into a wet three-roll grinder for multiple grinding and filtering to obtain nanoscale anti-mite and mite-killing slurry;
(3) coating: then coating the nanoscale anti-mite and mite-removing slurry on the cloth through a coating machine to enable the nanoscale anti-mite and mite-removing slurry to penetrate into the fibers of the cloth;
(4) feeding the cloth into a drying device, and drying the redundant water in the cloth to enable the effective ions to be embedded into the fibers of the cloth;
(5) finally, cutting, sewing and packaging to obtain a finished product, and cutting and sewing to manufacture bedding articles with different specifications.

A cloth with mite preventing and removing functions is prepared by coating nanoscale mite preventing and removing slurry on cloth, wherein the nanoscale mite preventing and removing slurry comprises fructus Cnidii, Kochiae fructus, radix Stemonae, folium Artemisiae Argyi, radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Lavender, herba Menthae, radix Angelicae sinensis, Camphora, flos Jasmini sambac, oxhide gelatin, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, herba Agastaches, vaseline, glycerol and deionized water; wherein, the mass portion of each component is 2 portions of fructus cnidii; 1.5 parts of fructus kochiae; 2 parts of radix stemonae; 2 parts of wormwood; 3 parts of sophora flavescens; 2 parts of lavender; 0.8 part of mint; 0.8 part of angelica; 0.3 part of camphor; 1.5 parts of jasmine; 2 parts of yellow gelatin; 1.5 parts of orange peel; 1.5 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb; 2.5 parts of vaseline; 1.5 parts of glycerol; and 85 parts of deionized water. The fabric is non-woven fabric, elastic fabric, chemical fiber fabric or cotton cloth, and the non-woven fabric is medical non-woven fabric.

A cloth with mite preventing and removing functions is characterized in that a nanoscale mite preventing and removing slurry is coated on the cloth, wherein the nanoscale mite preventing and removing slurry is composed of fructus cnidii, fructus kochiae, radix stemonae, wormwood, radix sophorae flavescentis, lavender, mint, angelica sinensis, camphor, jasmine, oxhide gelatin, orange peel, wrinkled gianthyssop herb, vaseline, glycerol and deionized water; wherein the mass portion of each component is 1-2 portions of fructus cnidii; 0.5-1.5 parts of fructus kochiae; 1-2 parts of radix stemonae; 1-2 parts of wormwood; 1-3 parts of sophora flavescens; 1-2 parts of lavender; 0.2-0.8 parts of mint; 0.2-0.8 parts of angelica; 0.1-0.3 parts of camphor; 0.5-1.5 parts of jasmine; 1-2 parts of yellow gelatin; 0.5-1.5 parts of orange peel; 0.5-1.5 parts of agastache rugosus; 2-2.5 parts of vaseline; 0.5-1.5 parts of glycerol; 75-85 parts of deionized water.
2. The cloth with mite and mite preventing and killing functions as recited in claim 1, wherein the cloth is non-woven fabric, elastic fabric, chemical fabric or cotton fabric, and the non-woven fabric is medical non-woven fabric.

The production process of the anti-mite and anti-mite functional cloth material as claimed in claim 1 or 2, which is characterized in that the nano-scale anti-mite and anti-mite slurry is coated on the cloth material through a coating machine, and a finished product cloth material is obtained through drying, cutting, sewing and packaging, and the specific process steps are as follows:
