Abstract

CAP非能动核电厂核级支吊架用钢的生产方法,钢的化学成分质量百分比为C=0.10~0.20,Si=0.15~0.35,Mn=0.60~1.00,P≤0.015,S≤0.005,V=0.030~0.080,Ni=0.70~1.00,Mo=0.40~0.60,Cu=0.15~0.50,Nb=0.010~0.020,Cr=0.40~0.60,B=0.0010~0.0060,Alt=0.020~0.050,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质;碳当量Ceq≤0.50。工艺步骤包括转炉冶炼、LF精炼、真空脱气处理、连铸、板坯加热、轧制、淬火+回火热处理。本发明钢的晶粒度在9.0级以上;交货态及模焊态的‑18℃横向冲击AKV8平均值≥47J,侧向膨胀量LE≥0.64mm,可以用于CAP非能动核电厂核级支吊架的制造。

CAP非能动核电厂核级支吊架用钢的生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于冶金领域技术, 涉及到一种CAP非能动核电厂核级支吊架用钢的生产方法。
技术背景
CAP非能动核电厂核级支吊架是核岛一回路内管道系统组成部分,支吊架对管道起着承受载荷,限制位移和控制振动的作用,它直接影响核电站运行的安全性及使用寿命。由于核电站中特殊的使用环境,如高辐射、高湿、高温、腐蚀、抗震、高安全性和可靠性,因此对核级支吊架用钢的技术要求也十分苛刻,一般采用进口美标SA517级别的钢。提高核级设备及钢材的性能,对促进核电的发展及核电技术的提高十分必要。
ASME SA-517/SA-517M标准中的SA517Gr.F常温拉伸性能与CAP1400核电技术要求相匹配,但对低温韧性及360℃高温强度没有具体要求,而CAP1400核电技术有360℃高温拉伸及-18℃低温冲击韧性要求,并且要求常规交货态及模拟焊后热处理态(以下简称“模焊态”)的性能一致;ASME SA-517/SA-517M标准中对SA517Gr.F的碳当量Ceq没有限制,但钢的Ceq≤0.50更有利于钢材的焊接性能。
CN201710983340.4公开了一种三代压水堆核电站支吊架用钢及其制造方法,钢中化学成分质量百分比为:C=0.1~0.17,Si=0.25~0.35,Mn=0.45~0.9,P≤0.015,S≤0.003,V=0.010~0.030,Ni=0.20~0.45,Mo=0.30~0.50,Cu=0.10~0.30,Ti=0.010~0.030,Cr=0.90~1.10,B=0.0010~0.0050,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质。但其360℃高温拉伸强度性能未知。
CN201510312965.9公开一种耐腐蚀高强度支吊架组件及其制造工艺,该专利中采取热轧后先油冷,再采取风冷,最后采取水冷,工艺复杂。
CN201510765103.1公开了一种具有抗裂耐腐蚀性能的支吊架的生产工艺,涉及一种锻轧结合的生产工艺,且该钢为稀土不锈钢,生产周期较长且生产成本较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种CAP非能动核电厂核级支吊架用钢的生产方法,生产钢的交货态及模焊态不仅满足360℃高温抗拉强度与常温抗拉强度一致的要求,同时在-18℃低温时具有较好冲击韧性,交货态及模焊态的-18℃横向冲击AKV8平均值≥47J,侧向膨胀量LE≥0.64mm,可以用于CAP非能动核电厂核级支吊架的制造
发明的技术方案:
CAP非能动核电厂核级支吊架用钢的生产方法,钢的化学成分质量百分比为C=0.10~0.20,Si=0.15~0.35,Mn=0.60~1.00,P≤0.015,S≤0.005,V=0.030~0.080,Ni=0.70~1.00,Mo=0.40~0.60,Cu=0.15~0.50,Nb=0.010~0.020,Cr=0.40~0.60,B=0.0010~0.0060,Alt=0.020~0.050,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质;碳当量Ceq≤0.50。
包括如下工艺步骤:
a. 转炉冶炼:出钢时C≥0.06,P≤0.0012;
b. LF 精炼:白渣保持15min以上,出站S≤0.005;
c. 真空脱气处理:在真空度≤0.5tor下保持时间≥12min;破空后进行Ca处理,喂入纯钙线≥200m;软吹氩时间≥15min;
d.连铸:全程保护浇铸;中间包钢水过热度8~18℃;采用动态轻压下技术,压下量≥6mm;
e. 板坯加热:轧制前板坯加热温度1150~1200℃,加热速度7~12min/cm;
f. 轧制:采用TMCP轧制,一阶段开轧温度≥1050℃,一阶段终轧温度>980℃,保证最后三道次压下率在15%以上;二阶段开轧温度在850~900℃,终轧温度800~860℃,返红温度600~650℃,累计压下率>45%;
g. 热处理:采用淬火+回火热处理工艺,淬火温度920~940℃,保温时间10~40min,然后大水量冷却至室温;回火温度620~660℃,保温时间控30~60min,然后空冷。
本发明CAP非能动核电厂核级支吊架用钢产品标准参考ASME SA-517/SA-517M及CAP1400相关核电技术标准。钢板交货态及模焊态力学性能均应满足:常温拉伸Rp0.2≥690MPa,Rm=795~930MPa,A50≥16%,Z≥45%;360℃高温拉伸Rp0.2≥580Mpa,Rm≥795Mpa;-18℃横向冲击AKV8平均值≥47J,侧向膨胀量LE≥0.64mm。
所述碳当量Ceq的计算公式:Ceq= C+Mn/6+(Cr+Mo+V)/5+(Ni+Cu)/15。
本发明的CAP非能动核电厂核级支吊架用钢及其生产方法,该钢通过合理的化学成分设计,使碳当量Ceq≤0.50%;通过LF精炼+真空脱气处理工艺保证钢质的洁净度;采用TMCP+淬火+回火的工艺,最终得到组织为回火索氏体,晶粒度达到9.0~10.0级。钢的交货态及模焊态的常温及360℃高温拉伸抗拉强度皆达到795Mpa以上,并具有较好的低温韧性及良好的焊接性能的厚度为6~65mm的CAP非能动核电厂核级支吊架用钢。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例,进一步详细说明本发明。
实施例1
炼钢工艺实施过程:转炉出钢C=0.07%,P=0.008%。LF精炼白渣保持时间16min,出站S=0.0032%,VD真空度0.5tor,保真空时间15min,破空后喂入纯Ca线220米处理,软吹氩时间16min。连铸浇注260mm厚度铸坯,连铸中间包钢水过热度10~13℃,连铸动态轻压下压下量6.3mm,熔炼成分如表1所示。
轧钢工艺实施过程:铸坯加热速度8.8min/cm,出钢温度1180℃,第一阶段开轧温度1070℃,最后三道次压下率分别为20%,19%,20%,终轧温度1000℃,轧制中间坯厚度110mm。第二阶段开轧温度880℃,累计压下率49%,终轧温度830℃,返红温度635℃,轧制成品厚度30mm。
热处理工艺过程实施:钢板从室温加热至920℃,保温15分钟,然后水冷至室温;回火温度645℃,保温35分钟,然后空冷。最后得到所述钢板,其性能如表2所示。
实施例2:
炼钢工艺实施过程:转炉出钢C=0.09%,P=0.011%。LF精炼白渣保持时间18min,出站S=0.0037%,VD真空度0.5tor,保真空时间14min,破空后喂入纯Ca线230米处理,软吹氩时间15min。连铸浇注260mm厚度铸坯,连铸中间包钢水过热度8~10℃,连铸动态轻压下压下量6.1mm,熔炼成分如表1所示。
轧钢工艺实施过程:铸坯加热速度9.1min/cm,出钢温度1185℃,第一阶段开轧温度1090℃,最后三道次压下率分别为18%,20%,18%,终轧温度1010℃,轧制中间坯厚度140mm。第二阶段开轧温度855℃,累计压下率47%,终轧温度820℃,返红630℃,轧制成品厚度65mm。
热处理工艺实施过程:钢板从室温加热至940℃,保温22分钟,然后水冷至室温;回火温度620℃,保温40分钟,然后空冷。
最后得到所述钢板,其性能如表2所示,其金相组织如图1,由图可知其组织为回火索氏体,晶粒度9-10级。

表2中的常温拉伸及夏比V型缺口冲击试验按ASME SA370进行试验,高温拉伸按ASME E21进行试验。所有试样皆垂直与钢板轧制方向,试样的纵轴线大于板厚1/4。上表2中模焊态试样的模拟焊后热处理工艺为:试样进炉温度≤425℃,升温速率≤55℃/小时;保温温度610℃±10℃,保温时间15小时至15.5小时,然后以≤55℃/小时的冷却速率冷却至425℃以下。
表1所示,各实施例碳当量Ceq皆小于0.50%。
附图1所示,本发明钢为稳定的回火索氏体组织,晶粒度在9级以上。
表2所示,各实施例常温拉伸Rp0.2≥690MPa,Rm=795~930MPa,A50≥16%,Z%≥45%;360℃高温拉伸Rp0.2≥580Mpa,Rm≥795Mpa;-18℃横向冲击AKV8平均值≥47J,侧向膨胀量LE≥0.64mm。本发明钢拥有良好的高温强度及低温韧性,满足交货态及模焊态的各项力学性能要求,且同时钢具有良好的内部及表面质量,通过核电CAP1400相关技术要求的直射波+斜射波+磁粉探伤合格,可以用于CAP非能动核电厂核级支吊架的制造。

Claims (1)

1.CAP非能动核电厂核级支吊架用钢的生产方法,其特征在于:钢的化学成分质量百分比为C=0.10~0.20,Si=0.15~0.35,Mn=0.60~1.00,P≤0.015,S≤0.005,V=0.030~0.080,Ni=0.70~1.00,Mo=0.40~0.60,Cu=0.15~0.50,Nb=0.010~0.020,Cr=0.40~0.60,B=0.0010~0.0060,Alt=0.020~0.050,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质;碳当量Ceq≤0.50;
包括如下工艺步骤:
a. 转炉冶炼:出钢时C≥0.06,P≤0.0012;
b. LF 精炼:白渣保持15min以上,出站S≤0.005;
c. 真空脱气处理:在真空度≤0.5tor下保持时间≥12min;破空后进行Ca处理,喂入纯钙线≥200m;软吹氩时间≥15min;
d.连铸:全程保护浇铸;中间包钢水过热度8~18℃;采用动态轻压下技术,压下量≥6mm;
e. 板坯加热:轧制前板坯加热温度1150~1200℃,加热速度7~12min/cm;
