Description

Method for lapping different coiled materials
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of lap joint of coiled materials, in particular to a method for lap joint of different coiled materials.
Background
In recent years, the method of adopting pre-paving and anti-sticking in basement bottom plate waterproofing engineering is becoming more and more common.
The pre-paving reverse adhesion is a construction method that the back of a pre-paving waterproof coiled material is laid on a cushion layer in a hollow way, and the bonding surface is upwards bonded with a post-pouring structure bottom plate. The construction method can eliminate water channeling, greatly reduce the leakage probability, greatly reduce the cost and shorten the construction period, and is highly advocated by the industry and widely popularized. The waterproof roll material adopting the pre-paving and anti-sticking method is generally divided into three types according to main material, wherein the first type is asphalt-based polyester tire waterproof roll material (PY type), the second type is plastic waterproof roll material (P type), such as sheet materials including HDPE, TPO, PVC and the like, and the third type is rubber waterproof roll material (R type), such as ethylene propylene diene monomer waterproof roll material and the like. The application range of the pre-paved waterproof coiled material has limitation, and the pre-paved waterproof coiled material is generally used for basement bottom plates, or can be used for external anti-sticking construction of basement side walls when the basement side walls do not have enough space for construction and waterproofing. When the basement side wall has enough construction space, the side wall is waterproof generally by waterproof coating, self-adhesive waterproof coiled material, SBS waterproof coiled material and the like.
Therefore, when the basement bottom plate adopts plastic waterproofing membrane (P type) or rubber waterproofing membrane (R type) to spread in advance and to glue the construction, and the basement side wall will go wrong when adopting self-adhesion waterproofing membrane or SBS waterproofing membrane to construct, and the material that the bottom plate adopted and the material that the side wall adopted are not same type material, and the waterproofing membrane overlap joint of different material types is not firm, breaks away from easily, causes whole waterproof system to become invalid, appears the seepage.
