Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a waterproof coating of a concrete structure.
Waterproofing works to form impermeable waterproof layer on the surface of the structure in order to prevent moisture from penetrating into the interior of the building, such as the roof, floor, underground parking lot, and joints of buildings. Depending on the part to be waterproofed and depending on the base material such as reinforced concrete and lightweight concrete, there is a slight difference in the structure and the construction method depending on the base state or the waterproof material. The most commonly used methods are asphalt waterproofing, sheet waterproofing, and film waterproofing. Recently, a complex waterproofing method suitable for the situation such as a combination of these and lamination has been applied.
The asphalt waterproofing method has been used for the longest time. However, since the asphalt sheet has been used recently because of the inconvenience during construction, the self-cracking of the waterproofing coating film still occurs due to the temperature difference.
The sheet waterproofing method is a method in which a synthetic rubber or the like is formed into a sheet having a certain thickness and width and adhered to a waterproof surface at a construction site to form a waterproof layer. Although this method is easy to implement necessary physical properties through various laminated structures in the production of sheets, it is convenient for construction, but it is difficult to construct complex parts, and it is difficult to achieve complete watertightness in the seam between seats, There is a problem that this is done manually.
On the other hand, there are several kinds of coating waterproofing methods depending on the type of materials, such as urethane waterproofing method. The urethane waterproofing method is a method of arranging the floor to be applied, applying the primer thereto, sufficiently penetrating the floor, drying the floor, applying liquid urethane resin to the floor surface, and forming a urethane coating film to waterproof the floor. This urethane waterproofing method is advantageous in that it can be adhered relatively easily to the lower surface of the concrete and has excellent elasticity so that waterproof performance can be maintained to some extent even against cracks in the floor. In addition, it is relatively easy to install in a narrow or complex area, it is possible to construct seamlessly, and it is relatively easy to repair. However, it is difficult to fundamentally solve the cracks in the floor due to the close contact with the floor surface, and when the severe temperature change, water evaporation of the concrete, and cracking of the floor concrete occur largely, the swelling phenomenon may occur as in the sheet construction method. There is a problem that the coated urethane coating is damaged and continuously exposed. Particularly in places such as parking lots, there is a problem that the lifetime of the urethane coating is short due to repetitive loading, resulting in short waterproof life. In addition, since it is applied in liquid form at the work site and flowability is good, the thickness of the coating film may be uneven due to the curvature of the bottom surface, and the thickness of the coating film should be sufficiently formed.
Usually, a urethane waterproofing agent is applied on the primer and repeatedly applied to form a required thickness. In this case, a urethane waterproofing agent is applied first, a nonwoven fabric, glass fiber, etc. are laminated thereon and then a urethane waterproofing agent is applied again It is also said. The nonwoven fabric and the like are used for the purpose of forming the thickness of the urethane waterproofing agent and for the purpose of the reinforcing material. However, they have not yet overcome the problem of damage or tear due to repetitive external force due to poor stretchability and poor tear strength.
The present invention relates to a waterproof coating composition which is excellent in waterproof performance of a concrete structure and which can prevent lifting phenomenon of a waterproof coating film caused by bubbles and moisture generated from concrete and is excellent in durability in response to cracks of a concrete structure, And to provide a waterproof coating film of a concrete structure having improved installation properties during installation.
The waterproof coating film of the concrete structure of the present invention comprises a primer layer on the concrete structure; A first coating layer on the primer layer; A composite sheet layer on top of the first coating layer; And a second coating layer on top of the composite sheet layer.
Here, the primer layer, the first coat layer, and the second coat layer may be at least one selected from a silicone resin, an epoxy resin and a urethane resin, and each layer may be the same or different resin selected from the resin.
The non-woven fabric for forming the composite sheet layer may be at least one selected from the group consisting of polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyester resin, polyurethane A resin selected from the group consisting of a resin, a polycarbonate resin and a polyimide resin, and the film constituting the composite sheet layer is preferably a polyethylene film, a polypropylene film, a polyvinyl chloride film, a polyester film, A polyurethane film, a polycarbonate film, or a polyimide film.
It is preferable that a resin coating layer is formed on one surface or both surfaces of the nonwoven fabric constituting the composite sheet layer, and the resin coating layer is an adhesive composed of an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin or a urethane resin.
Particularly, it is preferable that the primer layer, the first coat layer and the second coat layer are polyurethane resins, the nonwoven fabric forming the composite sheet layer is a spunbonded nonwoven fabric made of a polyester resin, and the film is a polyurethane resin film .
The surface of the composite sheet may further include a protective layer formed of a PET film or a protective material coating layer.
The present invention relates to a waterproof coating film for a concrete structure which is excellent in waterproof performance of a concrete structure and which can prevent lifting of a waterproof coating film and has excellent durability in response to cracking of a concrete structure, Respectively.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described.
The waterproof coating film of the concrete structure of the present invention comprises a primer layer on the concrete structure; A first coating layer on the primer layer; A composite sheet layer on top of the first coating layer; Wherein the primer layer, the first coat layer, and the second coat layer are formed of at least one selected from the group consisting of a silicone resin, an epoxy resin and a urethane resin, May be the same or different resins selected from the resins.
Particularly, the composite sheet layer is characterized in that the nonwoven fabric and the film are bonded to each other. In this case, the nonwoven fabric forming the composite sheet layer may be a polyethylene resin, a polypropylene resin, a polyvinyl chloride resin, a polyester resin, A resin selected from the group consisting of a resin, a polycarbonate resin and a polyimide resin, and the film constituting the composite sheet layer is preferably a polyethylene film, a polypropylene film, a polyvinyl chloride film, a polyester film, A polyurethane film, a polycarbonate film, or a polyimide film.
That is, the waterproof coating film of the concrete structure of the present invention is characterized in that a composite sheet layer formed by bonding a nonwoven fabric and a film is provided between the first coating layer and the second coating layer.
By including the composite sheet layer between the first coating layer and the second coating layer, the waterproofing performance is basically improved substantially, and particularly, the waterproofing after the construction caused by the bubbles or moisture generated from the concrete structure is prevented You can do it.
Further, since the composite sheet layer is formed with a film layer bonded to the nonwoven fabric, the workability and durability of the composite sheet layer can be greatly improved. Particularly, when the concrete is cracked, the durability of the waterproof coating film It can be improved.
Here, the resin coating layer may be formed on one side or both sides of the nonwoven fabric constituting the composite sheet layer, and the resin coating layer may further include an adhesive composed of an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin or a urethane resin, And the adhesion between the composite sheet and the first coating layer can be improved, and the durability of the waterproof coating can be greatly improved.
It is preferable that the primer layer, the first coat layer and the second coat layer are a polyurethane resin, the nonwoven fabric forming the composite sheet layer is a spunbonded nonwoven fabric made of a polyester resin, and the film is a polyurethane resin film .
Here, it is more preferable that the primer layer is a one-pack type moisture-curing polyurethane resin after curing to form a transparent or pale yellow film so as to improve the strength and adhesion of the base resin.
The surface of the composite sheet may further include a protective layer formed of a PET film or a protective material coating layer.
