The invention discloses a binder component of a reflector and a halogen tungsten lamp of a quartz reflector lamp and a manufacturing process thereof, which consists of quartz sand, potassium feldspar powder, sodium silicate, sodium fluosilicate, aluminum oxide, epoxy resin, bromine carbon phenolic resin, high wear-resistant carbon black, polyvinyl alcohol, mica iron oxide, epoxy linseed oil, talcum powder, zinc oxide, stearic acid, butyl rubber, methyl methacrylate, oleamide, butanone, insoluble sulfur, C9 petroleum resin, rosin, precipitated white carbon black, methacrylate resin, glycerol resin, isocyanate compound, vinyl acetate, polyolefin, methyl cyclohexane and phenoxy resin. Compared with the prior art, the invention is particularly used for bonding the reflector of the quartz spot lamp and the halogen tungsten lamp, has the effects of long-acting high temperature resistance and strong bonding capability, can be used after the agent A and the agent B are uniformly mixed according to the proportion of 1 to 1 when in use, and has popularization and application values.

Specifically, by weight, quartz sand accounts for 4%, potassium feldspar powder accounts for 4%, sodium silicate accounts for 4%, sodium fluosilicate accounts for 4%, aluminum oxide accounts for 4%, epoxy resin accounts for 2%, bromocarbon phenolic resin accounts for 2%, high-wear-resistant carbon black accounts for 2%, polyvinyl alcohol accounts for 2%, mica iron oxide accounts for 2%, epoxy linseed oil accounts for 2%, talcum powder accounts for 3%, zinc oxide accounts for 3%, stearic acid accounts for 3%, butyl rubber accounts for 3%, methyl methacrylate accounts for 3%, oleamide accounts for 5%, butanone accounts for 8%, insoluble sulfur accounts for 8%, C9 petroleum resin accounts for 8%, rosin accounts for 8%, precipitated silica white carbon black accounts for 1%, methacrylate resin accounts for 5%, glycerin resin accounts for 5%, isocyanate compound accounts for 1%, vinyl acetate accounts for 1%, polyolefin accounts for 1%, methyl cyclohexane accounts for 1%, and phenoxy resin accounts for 1%.
The invention relates to a process for manufacturing a reflector of a quartz reflector lamp and a halogen tungsten lamp adhesive, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing quartz sand, potassium feldspar powder, sodium silicate, sodium fluosilicate, aluminum oxide, epoxy resin, bromine carbon phenolic resin, high-wear-resistance carbon black, polyvinyl alcohol, mica iron oxide, epoxy linseed oil, talcum powder, zinc oxide, stearic acid, butyl rubber, methyl methacrylate, oleamide, butanone and insoluble sulfur in a weight ratio, fully grinding and uniformly stirring to prepare an agent A;
(2) fully grinding and uniformly stirring C9 petroleum resin, rosin, precipitated white carbon black, methacrylate resin, glycerol resin, isocyanate compound, vinyl acetate, polyolefin, methyl cyclohexane and phenoxy resin according to the weight ratio to prepare a B agent;
(3) and (4) separately filling the agent A and the agent B to obtain a finished product.

(1) mixing quartz sand, potassium feldspar powder, sodium silicate, sodium fluosilicate, aluminum oxide, epoxy resin, bromine carbon phenolic resin, high-wear-resistance carbon black, polyvinyl alcohol, mica iron oxide, epoxy linseed oil, talcum powder, zinc oxide, stearic acid, butyl rubber, methyl methacrylate, oleamide, butanone and insoluble sulfur in a weight ratio, fully grinding and uniformly stirring to prepare an agent A;
(2) fully grinding and uniformly stirring C9 petroleum resin, rosin, precipitated white carbon black, methacrylate resin, glycerol resin, isocyanate compound, vinyl acetate, polyolefin, methyl cyclohexane and phenoxy resin according to the weight ratio to prepare a B agent;
