Description

Treatment system and wastewater treatment process for circulating sewage and RO (reverse osmosis) concentrated water in petrochemical industry
Technical Field
The invention relates to a wastewater treatment method, in particular to a treatment system and a wastewater treatment process for circulating sewage and RO concentrated water in the petrochemical industry.
Background
In the 80 s, 236 water-deficient cities in China have water deficiency with total water deficiency of 1.2X 107m3D; the water shortage in the first 90 s is increased to 300 seats, and the total water shortage is increased to 1.6 multiplied by 107m3And d. At present, more than 400 cities in China have water shortage, and the water shortage in 2030 years is expected to reach (4-5) x 1010m3
According to statistics, in the petrochemical industry, the circulating sewage accounts for about 80% of water used in the petrochemical industry, direct discharge is not beneficial to resource saving, the circulating sewage can be subjected to advanced treatment, and can be reused for multiple purposes such as circulating sewage supplement, and the like, and the water quality is characterized in that the concentration of suspended matters in the incoming water is high, and most of the incoming water is non-soluble COD. If the circulating sewage can be recycled after advanced treatment, the huge gap of urban water shortage can be filled, the problem of shortage of water resources in China can be greatly relieved, the sewage discharge amount to the water environment is reduced, and great environmental benefits are brought while considerable economic benefits are brought.
Meanwhile, in the petrochemical industry, RO concentrated water produced by reverse osmosis process treatment has the characteristics of low biochemical efficiency due to the fact that the water quality of the RO concentrated water is characterized by containing organic matters which are difficult to degrade, and the wastewater biochemical property is improved by adopting a proper process to pretreat the RO concentrated water.
Therefore, the economic and efficient recycling pretreatment process for treating the circulating sewage and the RO concentrated water is developed and combined with the rear-end sewage recycling process to recycle the sewage, so that the method is an effective way for reducing the water pollution degree, improving the ecological environment and improving the urban water shortage problem, and has great social value and practical significance.

(5) sludge dewatering: the sludge generated by the circulating sewage pretreatment unit and the flocculation precipitation unit is subjected to preliminary dehydration in a sludge dehydration unit by adopting a dehydration process, and the sludge with the water content of 99 percent is dehydrated to the sludge with the water content of 85 percent for subsequent treatment of the sludge.
7. The wastewater treatment process according to claim 6, wherein the biochemical treatment unit in the step (3) is one of a biochemical tank, an MBBR tank, an MBR tank and a modified MBBR tank.
8. The wastewater treatment process according to claim 6, wherein the dehydration process in the step (5) is one of a conventional dehydration process and a stacked-spiral sludge dehydration process.
