Claims (28)

1. An elevator maintenance system is characterized by comprising a portable component, maintenance control equipment, a near-distance card reader and a controller;
the portable component is provided with identity information and operation information;
the maintenance control equipment and the short-distance card reader are arranged in the functional area;
the functional area is an area where non-elevator professionals are prohibited from entering;
the maintenance control equipment and the near-distance card reader are communicated with the controller;
when a portable component enters a set position in a functional area, a short-distance card reader in the functional area can read the identity information and the operation information of the portable component and send the identity information and the operation information to the controller;
and the controller configures the permission and prohibition operation items of the maintenance control equipment in the functional area according to the received identity information and the operation information of the portable component sent by the short-distance card reader in the functional area, so that the elevator runs into the functional area protection mode.
2. The elevator service system of claim 1,
for the elevator with the machine room, the functional area is arranged at the preset positions of the machine room space, the car roof space and the pit space;
in the case of the machine room-less elevator, the functional zones are provided at predetermined positions of the car roof space, the pit space, and the locking space of the landing of a specified floor.

a short-range card reader in a functional area communicates with a portable component at a set position in the functional area through a contact communication interface or short-range wireless communication.

(II) carrying out additional confirmation operation on the portable component, wherein the short-distance card reader can receive the additional confirmation operation information on the portable component and send the additional confirmation operation information to the controller, and the controller allows the elevator to run;
thirdly, the controller controls the elevator car to run below a set speed;
and (IV) when the elevator runs, the controller controls to send out maintenance running warning information.
7. The elevator service system of claim 1,
arranging a remote card reader in an identification area of the elevator;
the identification areas are spaces where elevator equipment is located and landing elevator waiting spaces and comprise landing areas, shafts and functional areas;
each remote card reader is in communication with the controller;
the remote card reader wirelessly communicates with portable units within its coverage;
the portable component stores identity information and operation information in advance;
the identity information comprises a unique identification code of the portable component and the working identity of the corresponding elevator professional;
the operation information comprises at least one of the elevator number of the current operation needing maintenance, the operation place of each elevator, operation items and operation time;
when a portable component enters the identification area of the elevator, the remote card reader arranged in the corresponding area of the identification area can read the identity information and the operation information of the portable component and send the identity information and the operation information to the controller;
the controller is used for sending the information of the portable component sent by the remote card reader to other portable components entering the identification area;
the portable component can display the information of other portable components sent by the controller.
8. The elevator service system of claim 7,
the remote card reader communicates with the portable unit via bluetooth.
9. The elevator service system of claim 7,
the space in which the elevator equipment is located comprises one or more of a machine room, the interior of a shaft and a car roof.

the near-distance card reader is provided with a card slot;
when no portable component is inserted into a card slot of a short-distance card reader, the short-distance card reader cannot read the identity information and the operation information of the portable component and sends the identity information and the operation information to the controller, and the controller prohibits the elevator from running through maintenance control equipment arranged in a functional area where the short-distance card reader is located;
when a portable component is inserted into a clamping groove of a short-distance card reader, the short-distance card reader can read the identity information and the operation information of the portable component and send the identity information and the operation information to the controller, and the controller controls the elevator to run into the function area protection mode.
11. The elevator service system of claim 10,
the short-distance card reader is provided with an indicator light; when a portable component is inserted into a card slot of a short-distance card reader, an indicator light of the short-distance card reader is lightened.
12. The elevator service system of claim 10,
each short-distance card reader is provided with a main card slot and an auxiliary card slot;
when portable components are inserted into the main card slot and the auxiliary card slot of the short-distance card readers in two different functional areas, the controller allows the elevator to operate through the maintenance control equipment arranged in the two functional areas; otherwise, the elevator is forbidden to run through the maintenance control equipment arranged in the functional area.
13. The elevator service system of claim 12,
when portable components are inserted into the main card slot and the auxiliary card slot of the short-distance card reader in one functional zone, if the portable components are inserted into only the main card slot of the short-distance card reader in the other functional zone, the controller sends card-inserting prompt information through the short-distance card reader in the other functional zone.
14. The elevator service system of claim 12,
the short-distance card reader is provided with a first indicator light and a second indicator light;
when the main card slot of the short-distance card reader is inserted into the portable component, the first indicator lamp is turned on;
when portable components are inserted into the main card slot and the auxiliary card slot of the short-distance card reader in one functional zone, if the portable components are inserted into only the main card slot of the short-distance card reader in the other functional zone, the controller controls the second indicator light of the short-distance card reader in the other functional zone to be turned on to serve as card insertion prompt information.
15. The elevator service system of claim 10,
when the controller enables the elevator to run and exit the function area protection mode, the controller controls the card slot of the near distance card reader in the function area to automatically eject the portable component.
16. The elevator service system of claim 1,
the short-distance card reader is arranged to carry out short-distance wireless communication with the portable component at the set position in the same functional area;
when no portable component is arranged at a set position in a functional area, the short-distance card reader cannot read the identity information and the operation information of the portable component and sends the identity information and the operation information to the controller, and the controller prohibits the elevator from running through the maintenance control equipment arranged in the functional area where the short-distance card reader is located;
when a portable component is arranged at a set position in a functional area, the short-distance card reader can read the identity information and the operation information of the portable component and send the identity information and the operation information to the controller, and the controller controls the elevator to run into a protection mode of the functional area.
17. The elevator service system of claim 16,
the short-distance card reader is provided with an indicator light; when there is a portable component at a set position in the functional region, its indicator lamp is turned on.
18. The elevator service system of claim 7,
the remote information center is communicated with the controller, the manager terminal and the expert group terminal respectively;
and the controller is used for sending the identity information and the operation information of the portable component sent by the near distance card reader and the far distance card reader to the remote information center.

the controller stops transmitting the fault related data to the remote information center when the elevator enters the functional area protection mode;
and the controller restores and transmits the fault related data to the remote information center when the elevator runs out of the functional zone protection mode.

after receiving the identity information and the operation information of the portable component, the remote information center sends reference information for maintenance to the controller;
the controller sends the overhaul reference information to the portable component through a near-range card reader.

the portable component can indirectly interact with the remote information center through the short-distance card reader and the controller, or the portable component can directly interact with the remote information center.
