The magnetic material sorting mechanism is arranged at the front upper part of the box body 1 and comprises a sliding track structure, a magnetic separation structure and a driving mechanism, one end of the magnetic material sorting mechanism is fixed on the box body 1 through the sliding track structure, the magnetic separation structure is arranged on the sliding track structure, the other end of the sliding track structure is connected with the driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is connected with a screening plate, and the screening plate is connected with the two conveying ports; through magnetic separation structure attracts magnetic substance out from sandy beach rubbish, the outage of magnetic separation structure, and magnetic substance drops on the screening board 212, accomplish magnetic substance's classification, through screening board 212 selects separately large-scale unrecoverable iron rubbish and small-size recoverable iron rubbish, and passes through two respectively the delivery port is exported.
The light material sorting mechanism is arranged at the rear part of the box body 1 and is used for sorting recoverable garbage and non-recoverable garbage and outputting the garbage through different conveying openings.
The heavy material sorting mechanism is arranged at the front lower part of the box body 1 and sorts heavy garbage by gravity.

As shown in fig. 1-7, a beach garbage collection and classification device comprises a box body 1, a magnetic material separation mechanism, a light material separation mechanism and a heavy material separation mechanism, wherein 6 conveying ports are distributed on the box body 1, each conveying port is provided with a garbage cover, unclassified beach garbage slides down onto a first partition plate 109 through a first feeding sliding plate 101, the first feeding sliding plate 101 is welded on the box body 1 in an inclined manner and is rectangular, one long edge is welded on the upper edge of the front side box wall of the box body 1, the other long edge is connected with the first partition plate 109, two short edges are welded on the left side box wall and the right side box wall of the box body 1 in an inclined manner, the first partition plate 109 is fixed on the rear side box wall of the box body 1 through two hinges, one end of a first push rod 102 is hinged on the rear side box wall of the box body 1, the other end is hinged under the first partition plate 109, and the hinges are, the opening and closing of first baffle 109 of control, first push rod 102 contracts, the hinge is closed, first baffle 109 is opened, the rubbish that collects gets into this sandy beach rubbish collection sorter, first push rod 102 stretches out, hinge 207 opens, second baffle 206 is closed, this sandy beach rubbish collection sorter is isolated with other systems, magnetic substance sorting mechanism establishes the preceding upper portion at box 1, its left end is fixed on box 1 through lead screw 204 and feed bar 203, the right-hand member passes through lead screw 204 and is connected with lead screw motor 210, lead screw motor 210 passes through motor support 209 and fixes on motor support plate 211, select separately large-scale unrecoverable iron rubbish and small-size recoverable iron rubbish through screening plate 212. The magnetic substance sorting mechanism comprises a second partition plate 206, a hinge 207, a second push rod 208, a sliding track structure, an electromagnet 201, an electromagnet frame 202, a coupler 219, a second feeding sliding plate 214, a second feeding baffle 213, a screw motor 210, a motor supporting plate 211 and a screening plate 212, wherein the second partition plate 206 is fixed on the front side wall of the box body 1 through two hinges 207, one end of the second push rod 208 is hinged on the front side wall of the box body 1, the other end of the second push rod 208 is hinged under the second partition plate 206, the hinge 207 is opened and closed through the expansion and contraction of the second push rod 208, the opening and closing of the second push rod 206 are controlled, the second push rod 208 is contracted, the hinge 207 is opened, the second partition plate 206 is opened, the second push rod 208 extends out, the hinge 207 is closed, the second partition plate 206 is closed, the electromagnet 201 is fixed on the electromagnet frame 202 through screws, the electromagnet frame 202 is arranged on the sliding track structure, the sliding track structure is connected with the screw motor 210, when the electromagnet 201 is powered on (the power on and off of the electromagnet 201 is controlled by a PLC, and the power is directly supplied by a power supply which is a part of the whole garbage truck and is not shown in the drawing), magnetic substances are attracted from the sandy beach garbage, the screw rod motor 210 is started, the sliding track structure starts to operate, namely the screw rod 204 rotates, so that the magnetic separation structure drives the magnetic substances to move above the screening plate, the electromagnet 201 is powered off, the magnetic substances fall on the screening plate 212 to complete the classification of the magnetic substances, concretely, the sandy beach garbage falls on the second feeding sliding plate 214 through the first partition plate 101 and then directly slides on the second partition plate 206 by means of gravity, at the moment, the electromagnet 201 is powered on to attract the magnetic substances in the sandy beach garbage, the screw motor 210 is started, the screw rod 204 rotates, the electromagnet 201 linearly moves above the screening plate 212 along with the electromagnet frame 202 matched with the screw rod 204, the electromagnet 201 is de-energized and the magnetic substance falls on the sieve plate 212.
The sliding track structure comprises two slide rail supporting seats, two bearing seats, threaded lead screw 204 and feed rod 203, and two slide rail supporting seats are first slide rail supporting seat 218 and second slide rail supporting seat 216 respectively, and two bearing seats are first bearing seat 215 and second bearing seat 217 respectively, and electromagnet frame 202 is right angle shape, and vertical right angle limit bottom is equipped with two through-holes, is unthreaded hole and screw hole respectively, and the center connection line of two through-holes is parallel with vertical face, and simultaneously with the horizontal plane perpendicular. Among them, recyclable garbage having small friction such as plastic bottles enters the third conveying port 105, non-recyclable garbage having large friction enters the fourth conveying port 106.
The heavy material sorting mechanism is composed of a fourth feeding sliding plate 401, a fourth feeding baffle plate 402 and a fifth feeding baffle plate 403, the fourth feeding sliding plate 401 is welded in the box body 1 in a rectangular shape in an inclined mode, one long side is arranged below the third partition plate 304 in the rotating opening direction to ensure that the residual beach garbage separated from the magnetic materials and the light materials slides to the fourth feeding sliding plate 401 by means of gravity, the other long side is welded with the front side box wall of the box body 1, the height of the other long side is the same as the bottom edge height of the sixth conveying port 108, the two short sides are respectively welded on the left side box wall and the right side box wall of the box body 1, the residual beach garbage is collected to slide into the sixth conveying port 108 by means of the fourth feeding baffle plate 402 and the fifth feeding baffle plate 403, the final classification and collection of the heavy material beach garbage are finished, the fourth feeding baffle plate 402 and the fifth feeding baffle plate 403 are welded on the fourth feeding sliding plate 401 in, the distance of the large port is the length of the third partition 304 and directly below the third partition 304, and the length of the small port is the length of the sixth delivery port 108 and directly opposite the sixth delivery port 108.
In this embodiment, the first push rod 102, the second push rod 208, the third push rod 305, and the fourth push rod 306 are small hydraulic cylinders, and the principle design of the specific hydraulic system is not illustrated in this embodiment.

the magnetic material sorting mechanism is arranged at the front upper part of the box body (1) and comprises a sliding track structure, a magnetic separation structure and a driving mechanism, one end of the magnetic material sorting mechanism is fixed on the box body (1) through the sliding track structure, the magnetic separation structure is arranged on the sliding track structure, the other end of the sliding track structure is connected with the driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is connected with a screening plate, and the screening plate is connected with the two conveying ports; magnetic materials are attracted out of the beach garbage through the magnetic separation structure, the magnetic separation structure is powered off, the magnetic materials fall on the screening plate (212) to finish the classification of the magnetic materials, and large-sized unrecyclable iron garbage and small-sized recoverable iron garbage are sorted through the screening plate (212) and are respectively output through the two conveying ports;
the light material sorting mechanism is arranged at the rear part of the box body (1) and is used for sorting recyclable garbage and non-recyclable garbage and outputting the recyclable garbage and the non-recyclable garbage through different conveying openings;
the heavy material sorting mechanism is arranged at the front lower part of the box body (1) and sorts heavy garbage by gravity.

The beach garbage collection and classification device of claim 1, wherein a first feeding slide plate (101), a first push rod (102) and a first clapboard (109) are arranged above the box body (1), and unsorted beach garbage slides down to the first clapboard (109) through the first feeding slide plate (101);
the first feeding sliding plate (101) is rectangular and is obliquely welded on the box body (1), one long side of the first feeding sliding plate is welded on the upper edge of the box wall on the front side of the box body (1), the other long side of the first feeding sliding plate is connected with the first partition plate (109), and the two short sides of the first feeding sliding plate are obliquely welded on the left side box wall and the right side box wall of the box body (1);
the first partition plate (109) is fixed on the rear side box wall of the box body (1) through two hinges, one end of the first push rod (102) is hinged to the rear side box wall of the box body (1), the other end of the first push rod is hinged under the first partition plate (109), and the hinges are opened and closed through the extension and contraction of the first push rod (102) to control the opening and closing of the first partition plate (109);

The beach garbage collection and classification device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the magnetic material sorting mechanism further comprises a second partition plate (206), a hinge (207), a second push rod (208), a second feeding sliding plate (214) and a second feeding baffle plate (213), the second partition plate (206) is fixed on the front side wall of the box body (1) through the hinge (207), one end of the second push rod (208) is hinged on the front side wall of the box body (1), the other end of the second push rod is hinged right below the second partition plate (206), and the hinge (207) is opened and closed through the extension and contraction of the second push rod (208) to control the opening and closing of the second partition plate (206); the second feeding baffle (213) is connected with the second feeding sliding plate (214), and the second feeding sliding plate (214) is connected with the driving mechanism.

the sliding track structure comprises a first sliding track supporting seat (218), a second sliding track supporting seat (216), a first bearing seat (215), a second bearing seat (217), a lead screw (204) and a feed rod (203), one end of the lead screw (204) is fixed on the left side box wall of the box body (1) through the second bearing seat (217), the other end of the lead screw penetrates through a through hole below the electromagnet frame (202) and is fixed on the second feeding baffle plate (213) through the first bearing seat (215), and the first bearing seat (215) is fixed on the short side of the second feeding baffle plate (213);
the feed rod (203) is positioned right above the screw rod (204), one end of the feed rod is fixed on the left box wall of the box body (1) through the first slide rail support seat (218), the other end of the feed rod penetrates through a through hole above the electromagnet frame (202), the feed rod is fixed on the short side of the second feeding baffle plate (213) through the second slide rail support seat (216), the feed rod and the screw rod (204) jointly guarantee the linear motion of the electromagnet frame (202), and the electromagnet frame (202) is fixed on the screw rod (204) through a screw rod nut (205);

the sliding track structure is connected with the lead screw motor (210) through the first bearing seat (215) and the coupler (219), the electromagnet (201) is electrified, magnetic materials are attracted out of beach garbage, the lead screw motor (210) is started, the sliding track structure operates, the magnetic separation structure drives the magnetic materials to move above the screening plate (212), the electromagnet (201) is powered off, and the attracted magnetic materials fall on the screening plate (212), so that the classification of the magnetic materials is completed.

The beach garbage collection and classification device of claim 5, wherein the electromagnet support (202) is in a downward-opening right-angle shape, and the bottom of the vertical right-angle side is provided with two through holes, and the central connecting line of the two through holes is parallel to the vertical plane and is also perpendicular to the horizontal plane; the two through holes are respectively connected with the lead screw (204) and the light bar (203) in a matching way.
