Abstract
A film-clamping bag-making process based on a vacuum pre-opened bag comprises the steps of supplying films through a film supply assembly, utilizing a film-separating block to separate double-layer films in the film supply process, pulling the double-layer films after upper and lower films are separated to a limited length by a film-clamping assembly, cutting the double-layer films by a hot cutting assembly to form a single-opening bag, placing the single-opening bag on a transmission platform, opening a pre-opened bag opening of the single-opening bag by the vacuum pre-opened bag assembly, and finally completely opening the single-opening bag into a rectangle by a bag opening assembly; compared with the prior art, the method reduces the steps of adsorbing and fixing the packaging film by the upper bag pre-opening nozzle and the lower bag pre-opening nozzle before the traditional double-layer film hot cutting, pre-opens the bag by utilizing the vacuum pre-opening bag assembly, saves the time for adjusting and calibrating the pre-opening bag assembly, facilitates the subsequent bag opening assembly work, and accelerates the production efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of packaging and bag making, in particular to a film-sandwiched bag making process based on vacuum pre-opening bags.
Background
