Specifically, the base includes an exterior trim panel 1, a side case 3, and a rear case 4 which are fastened together, for example, by screws, wherein the exterior trim panel 1 is overlaid on a front end surface of the side case 3 remote from the rear case 4 for a decorative effect, and a box bucket 2 is accommodated in a cavity defined by the side case 3 and the rear case 4 to move between an open position and a closed position by being turned upside down. As shown in fig. 4, the box 2 has a bushing structure 21 on both sides, the side housing 3 has a hole structure 31, and the bushing structure 21 is disposed through the hole structure 31 from inside to outside to realize stable turnover of the box 2 relative to the base.
As shown in fig. 3, the sterilizing storage mechanism 100 for a vehicle according to the present embodiment further includes a UV lamp 11 disposed on the rear housing 4 to sterilize items in the storage compartment S of the bucket 2 when the bucket 2 is in the closed position. It is contemplated that the UV lamp may also be disposed on the bucket. When the UV lamp 11 is turned on, the bucket 2 is restricted from moving from the closed position to the open position to prevent the UV lamp from directly irradiating the human body. In this embodiment, the UV lamp 11 is mounted on the top of the rear housing 4 through the UV lamp cover 12 to form an integral piece with the rear housing 4, and a cooling fan 13 is further mounted above the UV lamp 11 to cool the UV lamp 11 when necessary.
As shown in fig. 2, the sterilizing storage mechanism 100 for a vehicle according to the present embodiment further includes a controller 14 for controlling the opening and closing of the bucket 2. In this embodiment, the controller 14 is connected to the bucket 2 through a drive structure. As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the driving structure includes a driving gear 5, a driven gear 6, a spline rotating shaft 7 and a motor 8, wherein the motor 8 is connected with the driving gear 5 to drive the driving gear 5 under the action of the controller 14, the driven gear 6 is engaged with the driving gear 5 to drive the rotation of the driven gear 6 through the driving gear 5, the driven gear 6 is connected with the spline rotating shaft 7 to drive the rotation of the spline rotating shaft 7 through the driven gear 6, and the spline rotating shaft 7 is inserted into shaft sleeve structures 21 (see fig. 4) at two sides of the bucket 2 to be matched to drive the opening and closing of the bucket 2 through the rotation of the spline rotating shaft 7. As shown in fig. 3, the driving structure further includes a gear cover 9 fixedly coupled to the side case 3 to sandwich the driven gear 6 between the side case 3 and the gear cover 9.
