Abstract
The invention discloses a splitting and transporting method of an extra-heavy drilling machine, wherein one end of a girder is connected with a front support pivot, the other end of the girder is jacked up by a rear support leg, so that the girder is separated from a chassis, then a trailer is used for backing a vehicle to enter the bottom of the girder, and the girder is dropped on the trailer for transporting. The invention has the advantages of simplicity, easy operation, convenient operation, efficiency improvement, time saving, labor saving, money saving and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of application of drilling machines, and particularly relates to a splitting and transporting method for an extra-heavy drilling machine.
Background
The original large-scale drilling machine is overweight, and the height is superelevation, generally directly drives the rig to the trailer and transports to the destination again. The drilling machine comprises a girder and a chassis, the total weight can reach dozens of tons to hundreds of tons, the girder and the chassis are not separated, the height is ultrahigh, the length of the girder also causes transportation inconvenience, and due to the current road transportation policy, a vehicle which is overweight and ultrahigh cannot be normally transported on the road, or the vehicle can be transported on the road by planning a specific road, and an individual height-limiting and weight-limiting area cannot be reached. At present, the drilling machine is required to be detached and transported to a destination independently, the drilling machine is required to be lifted and detached by a crane in transportation, and time, labor and money are wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a splitting and transporting method of an ultra-heavy drilling machine, which is simple and easy to implement, convenient to operate, capable of improving efficiency, time-saving, labor-saving and money-saving.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a method for splitting and transporting an ultra-heavy drilling machine comprises the following steps:
(1) fixing a front support on the ground, and connecting one end of a girder with the front support pivot;
(2) loosening and dismantling the connecting bolts of the chassis and the girder;
(3) a rear supporting leg is arranged on the other side, opposite to the front support, of the girder, and the rear supporting leg is driven by a hydraulic oil cylinder to extend upwards slowly to jack the girder until the girder is separated from the chassis;
(4) the chassis is opened out from the lower part of the girder;
(5) backing a trailer and entering the lower part of the girder from the space between the rear support legs, and placing sleepers in front of and behind the trailer;
(6) slowly retracting the back support leg, and dropping the crossbeam onto the sleeper;
(7) and (4) dismantling the front support and the rear support leg, and conveying the girder to a destination by using a trailer.
Further, the chassis is also sent to a trailer and transported by the trailer to a destination.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the method is simple and easy to implement, convenient to operate, free of the need of a crane for dismounting and simple to assemble and disassemble manually.
2. The efficiency is improved, the time and labor are saved, the money is saved, the operation can be carried out by a single operator in the whole loading and unloading process, and the operation is convenient and quick.
