Abstract
The invention discloses a 3D four-layer TPU velvet-proof moisture-permeable breathable functional seamless channel fabric which comprises a first fabric layer, a first polyurethane film layer, a second polyurethane film layer and a second fabric layer; one surface of the first fabric layer is connected with one surface of the first polyurethane film layer in a gluing mode, a gap is reserved between the other surface of the first polyurethane film layer and one surface of the second polyurethane film layer, and the other surface of the second polyurethane film layer is connected with the second fabric layer in a gluing mode; a plurality of water absorption fiber threads are uniformly arranged between the first polyurethane film layer and the second polyurethane film layer, and the water absorption fiber threads can quickly absorb and transfer water on the second surface cloth layer contacted with the skin of a human body to the external first surface cloth layer, so that the moisture permeability of the fabric is improved; the arrangement of the first air holes enables the air flow speed to be gradually increased when external air flow enters the fabric, so that the air flow in the fabric is pushed to flow rapidly, and the fabric has high air permeability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of clothing, in particular to a seamless channel fabric with three-dimensional (3D) four-layer Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) fluff-proof, moisture-permeable and air-permeable functions.
Background
The traditional warm-keeping clothes mainly comprise a down jacket, the down jacket is clothes filled with down filling materials, the appearance of the down jacket is large and mellow, the amount of common duck down of the down jacket accounts for more than half, meanwhile, some fine feathers can be mixed, the duck down is cleaned and disinfected at high temperature, then the down jacket is filled in the clothes, and the clothes are generally worn in cold seasons.
However, the moisture-permeable and breathable functions of the existing thermal clothes are common due to the fact that the fabric layer is thick.
Therefore, how to solve the defects of the prior art is a subject of the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a 3D four-layer TPU velvet-proof moisture-permeable breathable functional seamless channel fabric.

As an improvement of the present invention, a plurality of elastic supporting fibers are further disposed between the first polyurethane film layer and the second polyurethane film layer, one end of each elastic supporting fiber is connected to the first polyurethane film layer, and the other end of each elastic supporting fiber is connected to the second polyurethane film layer.
As a modification of the invention, the elastic supporting fiber is polypropylene elastic fiber, and the diameter of the elastic supporting fiber is 0.2-0.5 mm.
As an improvement of the invention, the water-absorbing fiber thread is a water-absorbing cotton thread, and the diameter of the water-absorbing cotton thread is 0.3-0.5 mm.
As an improvement of the present invention, the first fabric layer is a polyester fiber fabric layer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: according to the fabric, the plurality of water-absorbing fiber threads are uniformly arranged between the first polyurethane film layer and the second polyurethane film layer, and can quickly absorb water on the second fabric layer in contact with human skin and transmit the water to the external first fabric layer, so that the moisture permeability of the fabric is improved; meanwhile, a plurality of first air holes and a plurality of second air holes are formed in the polyurethane film, the aperture of the first air hole, which faces one end of the first fabric layer, is larger than the aperture of the first air hole, which faces one end of the second fabric layer, when external air flow enters the inside of the fabric due to the arrangement of the aperture of the first air holes, the air flow speed is gradually accelerated, so that the internal air flow of the fabric is pushed to flow quickly, the aperture of the second air hole, which faces one end of the first fabric layer, is smaller than the aperture of the second air hole, the speed of the air flow at the fabric outlet is relatively large when the internal air flow of the fabric is discharged due to the arrangement of the aperture of the second air holes, the influence of external resistance.
