③ pouring the soup: pouring the molten soup obtained in the second step into a pouring gate sleeve of a kitchen knife mold, and then injecting the molten soup into the kitchen knife mold by using a punch, wherein the speed of the punch is 1 m/s, and the temperature of the kitchen knife mold is 300oC; in the pouring process, a spray gun is used for spraying neon gas to the surface of the kitchen knife mold so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning molten soup scraps on the surface of the ice skate mold;
cooling: cooling and forming the kitchen knife mold injected with the molten soup in the step three to obtain the amorphous alloy kitchen knife with the cooling speed of 102K/s, the cooling time is 25 s;
taking out the product: and (3) the product taking-out device is used for receiving the amorphous alloy kitchen knife ejected out of the kitchen knife mold and then conveying the amorphous alloy kitchen knife to a product outlet to obtain the overall outline of the amorphous alloy kitchen knife. In this embodiment, the thickness of the overall profile of the kitchen knife is 1.5 mm.
Sixthly, cutting the casting opening and the overflow opening of the amorphous alloy kitchen knife obtained in the fifth step.
(2) Forming a knife edge part of the kitchen knife: the knife edge part is formed by a rapid discharge forming method, and the method comprises the following specific steps: manufacturing an electrode capable of forming a knife edge part of the kitchen knife, releasing electric energy stored in a capacitor through the electrode, heating the position of the knife edge part of the kitchen knife to be formed to a supercooling liquid phase region by using the electrode, applying 1 MPa pressure to the position of the knife edge part of the kitchen knife to be formed by using the electrode as a punch, forming the knife edge part of the kitchen knife, blowing neon gas with the pressure of 0.1 Pa to the knife edge part of the kitchen knife to cool the knife edge part of the kitchen knife, and thus finishing the forming of the knife edge part of the kitchen knife to obtain the amorphous alloy kitchen knife;
(3) surface treatment: and (3) carrying out roller grinding and sand blasting treatment on the amorphous alloy kitchen knife obtained in the step (2).
The amorphous alloy kitchen knife prepared in the embodiment has the Vickers hardness of 650, the yield strength of 2800 MPa and the elastic limit of 2.1 percent, and the surface of the amorphous alloy kitchen knife is still good and free of corrosion after being subjected to a salt spray test for 900 hours.
The amorphous alloy kitchen knife and the manufacturing method thereof provided by the embodiment of the invention are described in detail, the principle and the embodiment of the invention are explained by applying specific examples, and the description of the embodiment is only used for helping understanding the technical scheme disclosed by the invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. An amorphous alloy kitchen knife is characterized in that: the kitchen knife is an amorphous alloy kitchen knife manufactured by adopting zirconium-based amorphous alloy, titanium-based amorphous alloy, copper-based amorphous alloy, nickel-based amorphous alloy, iron-based amorphous alloy, platinum-based amorphous alloy or palladium-based amorphous alloy.
2. The amorphous alloy kitchen knife according to claim 1, characterized in that: the zirconium-based amorphous alloy comprises Zr-Al- (Cu/Ni) alloy, Zr-Al-Cu- (Ni/Ti/Fe) alloy, Zr-Al-Cu-Ni- (Ta/Nb/Co) alloy, Zr-Al-Cu-Fe- (Co/Ag) alloy, Zr-Ti-Al-Cu- (Ni/Be) alloy and Zr-Ti-Al-Cu-Fe-Ag alloy; the copper-based amorphous alloy comprises a Cu- (Zr/Hf) -Ti alloy, a Cu- (Zr/Hf) -Al alloy, a Cu-Ti-Hf- (Nb/Zr) alloy, a Cu-Zr-Al- (Y/Ag/Ti) alloy, a Cu-Zr-Ti- (Y/Be/In/Ni) alloy and a Cu-Zr-Ti-Ni- (Sn/Si/Nb) alloy; the iron-based amorphous alloy comprises Fe- (Ga/Cr) -Mo-C- (B/P) system alloy, Fe- (Cu/Ni/Co) -Nb-Si-B system alloy, Fe- (Cr, Ga) -Mo- (Er/Y/Dy/La) -C-B system alloy and Fe-Cr-Mo- (Ga/Al) -P-C-B-Si system alloy.
3. The amorphous alloy kitchen knife according to claim 1, characterized in that: the amorphous alloy kitchen knife has the Vickers hardness of 450-3500 MPa, the yield strength of 1000-3500 MPa and the elastic limit of 2-3.5 percent, and the surface of the amorphous alloy kitchen knife is still good and free of corrosion after being subjected to a salt spray test for 3000 h with 500-5 ℃.
4. A method for manufacturing the amorphous alloy kitchen knife as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing the overall shape and contour of the kitchen knife: under the protection of a vacuum state or inert atmosphere, preparing the overall outline of the kitchen knife by utilizing an alloy ingot of zirconium-based amorphous alloy, titanium-based amorphous alloy, copper-based amorphous alloy, nickel-based amorphous alloy, iron-based amorphous alloy, platinum-based amorphous alloy or palladium-based amorphous alloy through a die-casting forming method, a suction casting forming method or a spray casting forming method;
(2) forming a knife edge part: the knife edge part is molded by a thermoplastic molding technology or a rapid discharge molding technology, so that air holes of the knife edge part are eliminated, and the amorphous alloy kitchen knife with greatly improved mechanical properties such as precision, strength and the like is obtained.
(3) Surface treatment: and carrying out roller grinding and/or magnetic grinding and/or wire drawing treatment and/or polishing treatment and/or sand blasting treatment and/or physical vapor deposition treatment and/or spraying treatment on the obtained amorphous alloy kitchen knife.
5. The method for manufacturing the amorphous alloy kitchen knife as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the preparation of the overall shape and contour of the kitchen knife in the step (1) is as follows: under the protection of vacuum state or inert atmosphere, the overall outline of the kitchen knife is prepared by utilizing an alloy ingot of zirconium-based amorphous alloy, titanium-based amorphous alloy, copper-based amorphous alloy, nickel-based amorphous alloy, iron-based amorphous alloy, platinum-based amorphous alloy or palladium-based amorphous alloy through a die-casting forming method, a suction casting forming method or a spray casting forming method, and the method comprises the following steps:
feeding: zirconium-based amorphous alloy, titanium-based amorphous alloy, copper-based amorphous alloy, nickel-based amorphous alloy and iron-based amorphous alloyPutting an alloy ingot of amorphous alloy, platinum-based amorphous alloy or palladium-based amorphous alloy into a feeding device of a vertical (or horizontal) die casting machine or a suction casting machine or a spray casting machine, and feeding the alloy ingot into a vacuum degree of 10 by the feeding device-1-10-3In a melting device of a torr vertical (or horizontal) die casting machine or a suction casting machine or a spray casting machine;
melting: melting the alloy ingot in the step I by using an induction heating or resistance heating or electric arc heating mode to form molten liquid, and achieving the purpose of fully and uniformly mixing the molten liquid by using a magnetic stirring technology, wherein the temperature of the molten liquid is 900-oC;
Pouring the molten soup obtained in the step II into a pouring gate sleeve of a kitchen knife mold, and then injecting the molten soup into the kitchen knife mold by a punch, wherein the speed of the punch is 0.1-6 m/s, and the temperature of the kitchen knife mold is 200-350-oC; in the pouring process, spraying inert atmosphere to the surface of the kitchen knife mold by using a spray gun so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning molten soup scraps on the surface of the kitchen knife mold;
cooling: cooling and forming the kitchen knife mold injected with the molten soup in the step three to obtain the amorphous alloy kitchen knife with the cooling speed of 100-106K/s, the cooling time is 10-30 s;
taking out the product: and (4) receiving the amorphous alloy kitchen knife ejected out of the kitchen knife mold by using the product taking-out device, and then conveying the amorphous alloy kitchen knife to a product outlet to obtain the amorphous alloy kitchen knife.

The method for manufacturing the amorphous alloy kitchen knife as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the step (2) of forming the knife edge part, wherein the specific steps of forming the knife edge part by a thermoplastic forming method are as follows: the method comprises the steps of manufacturing a knife edge mold capable of forming a knife edge part, heating the knife edge mold by using an induction coil or a resistance wire, touching the position of the knife edge part to be formed by using the knife edge mold, heating the position to be formed between the glass transition temperature and the crystallization temperature (a supercooled liquid phase region), applying pressure to the position of the knife edge part to be formed by using the knife edge mold, forming the knife edge part, and blowing nitrogen or inert gas with certain pressure to the knife edge part to cool the knife edge part, so that the forming of the knife edge part is completed.

The method for manufacturing the amorphous alloy kitchen knife as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the step (2) of forming the knife edge part, wherein the specific steps of forming the knife edge part by a rapid discharge forming method are as follows: manufacturing an electrode capable of forming a knife edge part, releasing electric energy stored in a capacitor through the electrode, heating the position of the knife edge part to be formed to a supercooling liquid phase region by using the electrode, applying pressure to the position of the knife edge part to be formed by using the electrode as a punch, forming the knife edge part, and blowing nitrogen or inert gas with certain pressure to the knife edge part to cool the knife edge part, thereby finishing the forming of the knife edge part.
8. The method for manufacturing the amorphous alloy kitchen knife as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the step (2) is to form the knife edge part, and in the process of forming the knife edge part of the kitchen knife by a thermoplastic forming method or a rapid discharge forming method, the pressure applied to the position of the knife edge part of the kitchen knife to be formed is 1-35 MPa; and blowing nitrogen or inert gas with the pressure of 0.1-6 Pa to the edge part of the kitchen knife to cool the edge part of the kitchen knife.
