the outer side of the core roller 6, the rear side of a workpiece is contacted with the front side of the limiting disc 5, the central control box 4 controls the limiting disc 5, the core roller 6, the two groups of mounting frames 7 and the two groups of tugs 8 to move upwards to an initial position through the adjusting device and the two groups of follow-up devices, the outer walls of the two The main functions realized by the invention are as follows: the multi-station adjustment work is carried out on the main roller, so that the workpiece can be conveniently machined and formed at one time, the time for manually replacing the main roller and the time for secondarily heating the workpiece are saved, the working efficiency is improved, the labor is saved, the equipment machining mode is simplified, the phenomenon of abrasion of equipment parts caused by repeated disassembly of the main roller is avoided, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged; the multiple sets of third oil cylinder push rods 39 are opened, the multiple sets of third oil cylinder push rods 39 respectively drive the two sets of second cambered frames 38 to move towards two sides, the two sets of second cambered frames 38 are separated from the adjusting shaft 26, meanwhile, the inserting rod 41 moves leftwards along with the left second cambered frame 38 and is separated from the slot on the right second cambered frame 38, when the inserting rod 41 moves to the left side of the adjusting shaft 26, the middle control box 4 can control the operation of the adjusting device, the adjusting shaft 26 moves upwards and downwards in the through slot, when the adjusting shaft 26 moves to the initial position and stops moving, the multiple sets of third oil cylinder push rods 39 can push the two sets of second cambered frames 38 to move inwards, the two sets of second cambered frames 38 can clamp the adjusting shaft 26 again, the inserting rod 41 on the left second cambered frame 38 is inserted into the corresponding slot on the right second cambered frame 38 again, so as to move the adjusting shaft 26 again, the adjusting shaft 26, the limiting disc 5 and the core roller 6 are prevented from randomly shaking during the processing of the workpiece, and the strength of the equipment is improved; when the first bow-shaped frame 23 moves up and down, the first bow-shaped frame 23 drives the lower side extending ends of the four groups of telescopic rods 44 to move up and down, and the four groups of telescopic rods 44 are arranged, so that the first bow-shaped frame 23 can be conveniently supported and guided, and the stability and firmness of the first bow-shaped frame 23 during movement are improved; by arranging the protective cover 45, the first motor 20 can be conveniently protected, external impurities are prevented from falling onto the protective cover, and meanwhile, the operating state of the first motor 20 is prevented from being influenced by high temperature on a workpiece; through setting up second laser range finder 46, can conveniently detect the distance between second square frame 15 and the second laser range finder 46 to detect multiunit home roll 17's position, when the multiunit home roll 17 removed, carry out accurate control to the position of home roll 17, thereby conveniently detect the 17 station adjustment circumstances of home roll, improve practicality and reliability.
The ring rolling machine with the main roller multi-station structure has the advantages that the installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode are common mechanical modes, and the ring rolling machine can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the ring rolling machine are achieved; the central control box 4, the first cylinder push rod 16, the second cylinder push rod 25, the third cylinder push rod 39, the first laser range finder 43 and the second laser range finder 46 can be purchased in the market.

of the limiting disc (5), both the left side and the right side of the front end of the vertical plate (1) are vertically provided with a follow-up device, and the front sides of the two groups of the follow-up devices are respectively provided with a mounting frame (7), the right sides of the two groups of mounting frames (7) are longitudinally and rotatably provided with tugs (8), the positions of the two groups of tugs (8) correspond to the positions of the core rollers (6), the front sides and the rear sides of the outer walls of the two groups of tugs (8) are respectively provided with a flange (9), the front upper parts of the vertical plates (1) are communicated and provided with fixed grooves, the left sides and the right sides of the rear walls of the fixed grooves are respectively and vertically provided with first guide rails (10), the two groups of first guide rails (10) are respectively and slidably provided with first sliding blocks (11), the front sides and the rear sides of the inner walls of the first square frames (12) are respectively and transversely provided with second guide rails (13), the two groups of second guide rails (13) are respectively and slidably provided with a plurality of second sliding blocks (14), the inside of the first square frames (12) is provided with second square frames (15), the front sides and the rear sides of the second square frames (15) are uniformly arranged on the plurality of the second sliding blocks (14), the left side and the right side of the first square frame (12) are respectively provided with a plurality of groups of first oil cylinder push rods (16), the right side output ends of the left side groups of first oil cylinder push rods (16) and the left side output ends of the right side groups of first oil cylinder push rods (16) penetrate through the first square frame (12) and are respectively installed on the left side and the right side of the second square frame (15), a plurality of groups of main rollers (17) are uniformly and longitudinally arranged inside the second square frame (15), the position of the right side main roller (17) corresponds to the position of the core
