本发明公开了一种食品生产加工用原料粉碎装置，包括底板，所述底板上方设有顶板，且底板与顶板相对一侧外壁设有等距离分布的弹簧伸缩杆，所述顶板顶部通过支架安装有粉碎箱，且粉碎箱一侧外壁两端均设有粉碎机构，所述粉碎机构包括通过支架安装的电机，且电机输出轴处连接有搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴外壁上焊接有等距离分布的搅拌杆，且搅拌杆外壁上焊接有等距离分布的粉碎刀片，所述粉碎箱一侧放置有水箱，且水箱与粉碎箱之间设有抽气泵。本发明在对食品原料进行粉碎时，抽气泵将粉碎箱内粉碎产生的粉尘及时抽出，通入水箱内，使得食品原料在粉碎箱粉碎完后下料时不会带出大量的粉尘，保护了周围的工作环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及原料粉碎技术领域，尤其涉及一种食品生产加工用原料粉碎装置。
背景技术
食品加工是指直接以农、林、牧、渔业产品为原料进行的谷物磨制、饲料加工、植物油和制糖加工、屠宰及肉类加工、水产品加工，以及蔬菜、水果和坚果等食品的加工活动，是广义农产品加工业的一种类型。“十一五”以来，我国农副食品加工业有了较快的发展，出现了可喜变化，已成为具有较强发展潜力的产业。
在食品加工的过程中需要对食品的原料进粉碎，方便后期进行进一步的深加工，食品原料在进行粉碎时，会产生粉尘降低周围环境质量，同时粉碎的过程中粉碎装置会因为内部粉碎而导致装置本身产生震动，时间长会造成装置零部件的松散，而传统的粉碎装置不具备降尘和减震功能，为此我们提出一种食品生产加工用原料粉碎装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种食品生产加工用原料粉碎装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种食品生产加工用原料粉碎装置，包括底板，所述底板上方设有顶板，且底板与顶板相对一侧外壁设有等距离分布的弹簧伸缩杆，所述顶板顶部通过支架安装有粉碎箱，且粉碎箱一侧外壁两端均设有粉碎机构，所述粉碎机构包括通过支架安装的电机，且电机输出轴处连接有搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴外壁上焊接有等距离分布的搅拌杆，且搅拌杆外壁上焊接有等距离分布的粉碎刀片，所述粉碎箱一侧放置有水箱，且水箱与粉碎箱之间设有抽气泵。
优选地，所述抽气泵进气端通过进气管与粉碎箱顶部内壁两端相连通，且抽气泵出气端通过出气管与水箱内相连通。
优选地，所述粉碎箱顶部外壁开有开口，且开口内壁铰接有门板。
优选地，所述粉碎箱底部外壁开有安装口，且安装口内壁铰接有下料板。
优选地，所述电机和抽气泵均通过导线连接有开关，且开关连接有外部电源。
优选地，所述水箱内设有水。
本发明的有益效果为：
1、在对食品原料进行粉碎时，抽气泵将粉碎箱内粉碎产生的粉尘及时抽出，通入水箱内，使得食品原料在粉碎箱粉碎完后下料时不会带出大量的粉尘，保护了周围的工作环境；
2、弹簧伸缩杆可将粉碎箱在对食品原料进行粉碎时，产生的震动进行减震，对装置本身起到一个保护作用，同时粉碎刀片的加入大大提高了对食品原料粉碎的速度和粉碎效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1，参照图1-2，一种食品生产加工用原料粉碎装置，包括底板1，底板1上方设有顶板2，且底板1与顶板2相对一侧外壁设有等距离分布的弹簧伸缩杆3，顶板2顶部通过支架安装有粉碎箱4，粉碎箱4底部外壁开有安装口，且安装口内壁铰接有下料板12，粉碎箱4顶部外壁开有开口，且开口内壁铰接有门板11，在对食品原料进行粉碎时，抽气泵9将粉碎箱4内粉碎产生的粉尘及时抽出，通入水箱10内，使得食品原料在粉碎箱4粉碎完后下料时不会带出大量的粉尘，保护了周围的工作环境；
且粉碎箱4一侧外壁两端均设有粉碎机构，粉碎机构包括通过支架安装的电机5，电机5和抽气泵9均通过导线连接有开关，且开关连接有外部电源，且电机5输出轴处连接有搅拌轴6，搅拌轴6外壁上焊接有等距离分布的搅拌杆7，且搅拌杆7外壁上焊接有等距离分布的粉碎刀片8，弹簧伸缩杆3可将粉碎箱4在对食品原料进行粉碎时，产生的震动进行减震，对装置本身起到一个保护作用，同时粉碎刀片8的加入大大提高了对食品原料粉碎的速度和粉碎效果；
粉碎箱4一侧放置有水箱10，且水箱10与粉碎箱4之间设有抽气泵9，抽气泵9进气端通过进气管与粉碎箱4顶部内壁两端相连通，且抽气泵9出气端通过出气管与水箱10内相连通，水箱10内设有水。
打开门板11，将食品原料倒入粉碎箱4内，启动两个电机5，带动搅拌轴6转动，通过搅拌杆7和粉碎刀片8将食品原料打碎，对食品原料进行粉碎时，抽气泵9将粉碎箱4内粉碎产生的粉尘及时抽出，通入水箱10内，使得食品原料在粉碎箱4粉碎完后下料时不会带出大量的粉尘，弹簧伸缩杆3可将粉碎箱4在对食品原料进行粉碎时，产生的震动进行减震，食品原料粉碎完之后，在粉碎箱4下方放置一个接料箱，打开下料板12即可。

1.一种食品生产加工用原料粉碎装置，包括底板（1），其特征在于，所述底板（1）上方设有顶板（2），且底板（1）与顶板（2）相对一侧外壁设有等距离分布的弹簧伸缩杆（3），所述顶板（2）顶部通过支架安装有粉碎箱（4），且粉碎箱（4）一侧外壁两端均设有粉碎机构，所述粉碎机构包括通过支架安装的电机（5），且电机（5）输出轴处连接有搅拌轴（6），所述搅拌轴（6）外壁上焊接有等距离分布的搅拌杆（7），且搅拌杆（7）外壁上焊接有等距离分布的粉碎刀片（8），所述粉碎箱（4）一侧放置有水箱（10），且水箱（10）与粉碎箱（4）之间设有抽气泵（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品生产加工用原料粉碎装置，其特征在于，所述抽气泵（9）进气端通过进气管与粉碎箱（4）顶部内壁两端相连通，且抽气泵（9）出气端通过出气管与水箱（10）内相连通。
