After adopting above-mentioned structure, this embodiment beneficial effect does:
1. the paper pulp is primarily stirred by the stirring blades 6-2 in the primary stirring mechanism 6, and the primary mixing is carried out by adopting a small amount of stirring for multiple times, so that the subsequent processing is convenient;
2. the paper pulp at the bottom of the box body 2 and the paper pulp at the upper side in the box body 2 are mixed and stirred by the paper pulp mixing and stirring mechanism 7, so that the stirring uniformity is increased, and the stirring efficiency is greatly improved;
3. waste gas output from the interior of the box body 2 is cleaned and discharged through the waste gas treatment device, so that physical and psychological damage to workers is reduced;
4. when the pressure in the water tank 8-1 is gradually increased, the rubber cover 17 is gradually deformed upwards and jacked up, the rubber cover 17 touches the contact switch 18, and the contact switch 18 turns on the water pump 8-5; when the air pressure is higher, the water pump 8-5 is opened, so that the resources are saved.

the paper pulp mixing and turning mechanism (7) comprises a second motor (7-1), a second rotating shaft (7-2), a sleeve (7-3), a connecting plate (7-4) and an arc-shaped stirring plate (7-5); the bottom surface of the box body (2) is arranged in a semi-circular arc shape; a second motor (7-1) is fixedly arranged on the left side wall of the box body (2) through a motor support, a second rotating shaft (7-2) is fixedly connected to the output end of the second motor (7-1), and the right end of the second rotating shaft (7-2) is rotatably embedded on the right side wall inside the box body (2) through a bearing after rotating to penetrate through the left side wall of the box body (2) through the bearing; a second rotating shaft (7-2) in the box body (2) is fixedly sleeved with a sleeve (7-3), the outer side wall of the sleeve (7-3) is fixedly provided with a plurality of connecting plates (7-4) at equal fillets, the end parts of the connecting plates (7-4) are fixedly connected with arc-shaped stirring plates (7-5), and the arc-shaped stirring plates (7-5) at the lower side are in contact with the inner bottom surface of the box body (2); the central axis of a cylinder formed by the plurality of arc-shaped stirring plates (7-5) is superposed with the central axis of the second rotating shaft (7-2) and the central axis of a semicircular arc at the bottom of the box body (2);
